These are nice but a bit on the small size but big enough for a hot chocolate bomb provided you do not want a lot of extras (peppermint candy, marshmallows etc). I was a little shocked a how thin the silicone was. You have to fill them on a plate and keep on a plate to chill etc as they will deform and crack if you are not careful. I have a lot of silicone forms and have never had any this thin. You do get what you pay for. Also, ships from China and took forever to arrive.

These arrived early (great!), they don’t have any smell (a problem with other silicone molds in the past) and they are exactly as described. These work really well and the price is really good. They are smaller than you think they would be but they are exactly the size it says in the description. So far so good! I recommend these. And for the price, they can’t be beat. UPDATE: tried for hot chocolate bombs. The molds worked really well and the size (5cm across) is a much more reasonable size to fit in a mug. These are great!

Read description… not only did I make this mistake once but twice…🤦♀️ I just assumed the description of medium was my idea of medium.. alas it was more the size of the opening of the top of a small juice cup … so 1/2 size of a regular cocoa bomb recipe if you cut the ingredients in 1/2 to 1 – 1/2 Tbs and only a few marshmallows and 1/2 cup hot milk or water max… so good for little ones but not really for teens/adults who want a nice size cup of cocoa.

These are amazing! You can make desserts to impress others and it hardly takes any effort (depending on what you do of course, as with any recipe). For example, to test them out I tried making chocolate molds without tempering or anything. They turned out very smooth and shiny. I think that if you’re going to make dome-like things that are hollow, I suggest chilling them upsidedown to avoid a flat spot on the mold from it sitting, and to thicken the rim a bit. HOWEVER I haven’t tried putting them in the oven yet.
