I already own a Keurig 2.0 for use at home and bought the Mini for my workplace. Once I figured out the sequence necessary for the Mini to brew a coffee, I was pleased with the result. The instructions are not as clear as I would have preferred. My only issue is that it takes a good 4 or 5 minutes to make a 12 ounce cup of coffee, about twice as long as my larger unit with a much larger reservoir. I would have thought the Mini would be faster due to holding less water. Brewing a small 6-8oz cup after a 10oz often results in the machine simply stopping and eventually powering off. Very frustrating. I am forced to brew a larger selection than I wanted and, of course, it takes longer

It’s wonky and incredibly loud when it’s warming up. It looks like the simplest design possible but it’s not clear as to when the button should be pressed to dispense the coffee. There’s a whole lot of blinking. It’s very slim, which is nice for small spaces, but I’m sad I gave away my older, clunkier Keurig model. It was way more predictable and was never this loud.

Only one person drinks coffe in our house so this was perfect. Sleek design doesnt take up much counter space. Uses all the water in the reservoir to make a cup of coffee so you don’t have to worry about emptying old water if its not used for a while. Only issue we ran into is our cupboards are fairly low to the counters so we need to pull the keurig all the way out to be able to open the lid to pour water in and put the coffee pod in and out. Has a detachable tray for your cup so that it will also fit a travel mug, which is nice; however, depending on the size of your travel mug, the reservoir only holds so much water so you wouldn’t end up with a full large mug. Otherwise love this machine for what we use it for.

Color looks good. The coffe k-Cup has not yet arrived, so no idea how it works. However, clearly it was used before, there are so many coffe stains in the tray and also in the area of k-cup. It seems a return object

This Keurig Mini is built cheaply and priced accordingly. Its small composition makes it easy to fit on any countertop. It’s also very easy to use, as the convenience comes with the Keurig brand. You put the pod in, fill it with water, press a button and you have coffee in a matter of seconds. My only complaint is it can be a bit difficult to fill the water, as it’s at the very back and the lid flips outwards, so if you have a cramped countertop like mine, you’ll have to move it out to fill it.

Downsized from a large Kureig. Perfect for me. One cup at a time.

I have had a Keurig for years and thought the one cup would be better use and less counter space in my now small apartment. Wish I had kept the big one. It is hard to refill without overfilling. Water all over the counter results. Twice, in a short time, coffee has been cold. Also, once or twice, it just turns off without making the coffee. Low price – I guess in this case equates to low value.

Didn’t even work out of the box. Brew indicator light doesn’t come on. Won’t Brew. Right out of the box… Not impressed whatsoever oh and my replacement says itll take 1-3 months… Terrible

edit: All I have to say is Thank you to Amazon for speeding up my replacement model. I just got it, despite the website telling me January so I am very happy, and it works flawlessly. Just a shame the original order didn’t work out of the box, seems like a known issue. Perhaps Keurig should beef up their QC…

Of the picture made it look like it was a small compact travel size definitely not a small compact travel size very disappointed I bought this months ago for a birthday present in May and she opened it and we were very disappointed. If I would’ve known how big it was I would’ve sent it back but I did not know how big it was
