These baking cups are just awful. They give off a foul odour when coming hot out of the oven. The cupcakes stuck to the bottoms vs the other cupcakes that just slide out of my oxo silicone cups. What a waste.

These were a game changer for cupcake production for school events. They are useful for multi-stage (different temperature process) ‘bain Marie’ baking. You to set the cups in a larger baking pan of hot water before placing in the pre-heated over, and it gives the cupcakes a more even and moist cooking environment for a softer and loftier result.
Great release on cupcakes with or without paper liners, but items started to acquire a faint dishwasher soap aroma after a few months of weekly baking and washing in the top rack of the dishwasher. It was a recent issue, and a solvable one. The cure is to bake them at 300F for 30min, while dry, clean and empty. Lingering scents disappear!

Bought them to make muffins in the airfryer and what can I say, they are perfect and the colours actually lift your mood up even before you get the muffins!

Really great honestly, it will be cheaper in the long run than buying disposable baking cups and they have multiple uses besides just muffins too. When I make chicken stock I fill these up and freeze little pucks of chicken stock than I keep in the freezer, really fantastic for when you want chicken stock but only a smaller amount so you don’t need to unfreeze a whole jar or whatever. No sticking at all, from the muffins or frozen stock.

…y descubrir que no tienes moldes.
👀

I bought these because i recently started the keto diet and im constantly making fat bombs and savory grab and go muffins so these seemed like the enviormentally friendly thing to buy. They work well, almost nothing sticks to them when i use them, EXCEPT when i wash them in the sink OR the dishwasher… they come out tasting like soap. and then the next thing i bake with them has the taste of soap too. Once i figure out how to get the soap taste out of them i will only wash them in hot water with some baking soda. Other than that they are great

I really do love them and will continue to use them. Only complaint is that when I make eggs in them, the eggs rise and the bottom creates suction and the eggs are pinched to about the size of a quarter at the bottom. I found that if I move the silicon slightly and break the suction mid-cooking time, this alleviated the issue.
I made muffins with them and did not have this problem (as they have air inside and aren’t complete liquid). It’s so nice not to have to spray and have barely a mess to clean up as NOTHING sticks to them.

They work great, just like my other silicone baking cups. They are thicker than I expected, but that actually makes them easier to fill.. My only complaint is they seem to retain odour. I made mini quiches with bacon, in them and the bacon smell lingered. I had to re-soak over night with a strong mix of soap. My other ones through Betty Crocker, are thinner and do not have the odour holding issue. Although after the extra soak I managed to get most of the smell out.
I like that you get two dozen and they are an excellent price. I would buy them again.

Bought these to make my crustless quiches, as was fed up of them sticking in my tin, they are absolutely brilliant!
Quiche just lift straight out, don’t stick at all.
Just soak them few minutes in soapy water after use and dry off back in oven.
Used them many times and still as good as first time.

Bought this for recipes that do not work with paper cups. They are pretty thick if I compare them to cheaper ones on Amazon.
PROs:
– Reusable
– Good quality, they are quite thick
– They do not smell or leave a silicon taste
CONs:
– They do stick a little, making them painful to wash.

These are sturdier than I had anticipated – which is great! I bake dense-batter muffins and cupcakes quite often and the sides don’t really bend during baking, unlike am inferior set I used to have. Best part: FCSs (frequent cupcake snackers) are more than happy to return their wrapper for re-use… and refill. Good thing I ordered 2 sets!
As another use, I keep 2 baking cups in my vehicle’s cupholders – helps to eliminate crusty bottoms, and easier to just swap out and wash when needes 🙂
