So I bought these over a year ago and they worked great during that time, however sometime last month the one cable stopped working. To be fair, it was the cable that got used the most and also got the most abuse, so I wasn’t entirely surprised that it stopped working. I was thinking of buying a new cable but figured I would try putting in a warranty claim first. I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find that the warranty process is not only easy (tip: leave the S/N label on the cable, it’s not necessary, but it definitely helps with the process and I’m glad I left it on) but it was also extremely fast!
It started with submitting a claim via their online form, after which I got an automated response with some troubleshooting steps and instructions to make sure I provide all necessary information (I already had, so all I had to do was reply yes after trying the troubleshooting steps and them not resolving the issue)
Next I got an email from the Anker Support Team (specifically the person’s name was Yandy) who informed me that the original single cable (this listing but just a single cable, since the other two in the pack still work) was out of stock currently, and offered to send me an upgraded Anker Powerline+ USB C to USB 3.0 Cable (6ft, gray). Obviously this is a huge upgrade so I accepted the offer and he said it would arrive in 7-10 days, but because packages can take a while to get to my house (I live in the country) I would be happy if it arrived as soon as 2 weeks. It arrived within 3 days!!
Anker really does stand behind their products and their warranty is absolutely amazing 11/10 stars, would definitely recommend.

I bought this product becsuse the 6 ft. Cable I bought3 weeks ago is charging my Galaxy S9+ phone really slow . It is giving only 0.39 amperes. I got this 6 ft Anker cable and it is giving 1.t52 amperes, 3 times more than the Aukey brand. Therefore this is a much more faster charging cable. I trust Anker product, they are well made and very good product. I bought Anker cables before fore my older phone and are still in good condition until today. So I am confident these 2 cables that I just received will last a long time. My advice to everyone, don’t just by any cable because they look very good, colorful, fancy or with lights. Make sure you will be able to get a good performance by the amount of current they provide when charging your phone below 50% battery level atleast 0.89 amps should be a good.

The cable works but you have to put the work into it for it to work and by that I mean I have to keep replugging to a different outlet and keep doing it until it starts charging and for some reason it doesn’t work when plugged inside the car charger so idk what’s the issue about it but yeah based on what I have so far it works but I have to keep unplugging and plugging again for it to work and it happens everywhere I use it at home and work and when I go out and have to keep doing the same method for it to start charging

I needed new charging cables after the ones that came with my phone needed to be replaced. The only brand that I searched for was Anker. I’ve ordered portable chargers and an extended charging cable from them in the past and the quality has been on point and the products have lasted me for years. These charging cables came quickly and have been just what I needed. I will continue to support Anker as long as they continue to make quality products that are reasonably priced and continue offering the customer service they do.

This deal is great, 2 top quality Anker cables for the price of one.
On arrival, I was surprised to find the packaging to be fairly basic for Anker (who usually blow me away with Apple-like packaging) however this is not to be scoffed at, because the product is fantastic. 2 braided cables which are extremely high quality, with velcro straps to keep them in place when not being used.
I have tried the data transfer functionality and this works well, allowing fast data transfer and also fast charging. I already own 2 of the older red USB C cables and these, although cheaper, are up to the same standards as you would expect from Anker.
The dimensions and weight of the product is as advertised and overall I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase, Fantastic value for money, I would definitely buy these again if I was in need of some more cables.

I’ll start with the positives, they are pretty well built and have a very robust feel. The fact they are six feet long is very useful if your only plug isn’t right next to you. Now on to the negatives, the actual end that gets plugged into the phone is very lose and has a tendency to fall out. They are very finicky with the fast charge working(most of the time it just doesn’t). Overall i wouldn’t recommend these cables to anyone.

EDIT: Anker refunded me for the cables, unfortunately they are not meant to support dash charge so I’ll continue to look for alternatives
“Leading Charging Technology” not really accurate, since this cable doesn’t seem to support any kind of dash/fast charging technology. Also the naming convention are so bad with their product line that you can’t even tell what they are clearly so you end up ordering USB 2.0 like I did by accident

I’m going to preface this review with saying, I have long been a fan of Anker products, owning multiple cables, power banks, headphones & audio devices and generally I am very pleased with the quality and the support I have received.
However, with that being said, all of this only goes to amplify the frustration of small issues. These cables are great quality. Long, durable and sleek but sadly, they don’t sit very tight when plugged in.
I’ve had these cables for the best part of a week and both seem to have this issue. Falling out of the port with the slightest tug to the cable or resistance applied to the cable in general use.
This is all while other cables, including a cable supplied from Anker 2 years ago, work perfectly and snug since the first day of purchase.
I’d like to think this is a defect in my cable but as this is the case for both cables, I lean towards thinking this cable’s dimensions are slightly off in comparison to the port it sits in.
I highly recommend the brand but not this cable. Not even to sit charging on a table or desk, it’s just too frustrating to leave your desk and return to see the cable dangling on the floor.

I purchased these cables back in March 2019 and they have been fantastic. The length is just right, and the finish is durable. Unfortunately, one of the cables stopped working, so I thought to reach out to Anker support seeing these cables remained under warranty. I was primarily dealing with Nancy from Anker customer service whom has been extremely prompt and helpful with me. After gathering more information about the defected cable, Nancy had shipper over a replacement, free of charge, that arrived at my doorstep within 2 business days. The new cable works perfect. Overall, this experience has exceeded my expectations, and I would like to thank Nancy for her hardwork and efforts. Thank you!

Slightly disappointed, however once I realized what it was it works as its intended.
This is a charging cable with data however when they listed the speed it might not be noticed right away.

480Mbps is only USB 2.0 speed. I was looking for a USB-C to USB A 3.0/3.1.

They worked exceptionally well in terms of charging power when I first got them, but seem to have become quick flimsy at the joints after a few weeks use so I don’t recommend them for durability or sturdiness, but to find that then you’ll be paying 5x the price. Can’t say they are any worse than others on the market, but for the price they (comparatively) are good value

Bought two mini USB Anker cables recently which I was very happy with because unlike most others, they stated they were fast charging and they were. These on the other hand state fast charging but definitely are not.
Well made but not at all happy with these.
EDIT. My plug turned out to be faulty. Leads are fast charging.

I originally thought the cables did not have a pull up resistor in them and wrote a unfavorable review but Anker customer service contacted me promptly and assured me the cables do indeed have the 56k ohm pull up resistor and apologized for the confusion. Their customer service is second to none and I will not hesitate to buy their products in the future. They contacted me quickly and made sure everything was right. I wish there were more companies like them.
