Not as sturdy as I was expecting. The photograpgh in the advert shows holding a mobile phone , this is deceptive as there is no attachment to enable you to do this.

I bought this so I can put my dslr on it and set it on my desk. The telescopic shaft will not say up and will always slowly go down with the weight. Kind of disappointing of the quality.

Good little tripod, luckily for me it was just what I was looking for, however I felt the picture for the product was a little misleading as it shows it being used as a phone selfie stick as well as a camera tripod. There was no attachment to use it as a selfie stick. Other than that I thought this was a good product and good value for money

The grip is made from thin plastic material that does not necessarily feel the most sturdy, but plastic can have an advantage over metal. At no point (airport or security screening of amusement parks) did I have to remove this grip for security inspection, as a plastic grip is probably not usable as a weapon.
The ball joint is very useful to frame your shots and the tripod feet (while feeling flimsy) are are very useful for makeshift setups (trashcans, tables)
Oh another thing, the top extension is so short, it also does not trigger any ‘selfie-stick bans’

I just received and unboxed this item and to say I am disappointed is an understatement… I was expecting it to be at least the size of the Manfrotto Pixie Mini Tripod and about as sturdy as it. Plus the piece that extends is considerably shorter than I had hoped. I am sadly disappointed. The only positive is how the ball head locks with the screw in piece. It will hold the weight of a Sony RX100 VII with a SmallRig cage on it, plus holds your basic action camera and with the holder piece will hold a cellphone….but if you are looking for reach I would suggest buying a Manfrotto Pixie and screw on a selfie stick that has a 1/4 20 threading on the bottom. Definitely NOT worth the money and this should sell for maybe $5.00 or $10.00 at most.

Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough but the photos are very misleading. It doesn’t come with a cell phone attachment. It seems ok, but I’m using this on my heavy Nikon SLR. Will update when I’m back from my trip on how it worked out.

The tripod is good meterial is also nice but has 2 major disadvantage 1 the ball head when fasten will tend to move so the camera can sometime bend down this could be fixed by tightning the screw but has to be very tight and secondly which has no work around is while taking protrate mode photos the stand cannot carry the weight of a dslr and mine is such a light weight setup fujifilm x s10 and 18-55 fx lens which is about 300gm less than 1kg which this tripod says its weight capacity this is mainly because the center of graviety of the tripod is high so unstable in protrate photography

I’m really happy with this purchase. I especially like the little bit of extension you get. The design is nice and it is super lightweight. Personally, I wish the hinges (and legs?) were metal since I’ve found myself applying too much pressure (by accident) and I think over time that will wear the plastic down. The ball joint works nicely, but be careful not to over tighten.
Overall, though, a really great purchase and unless you have extra money to burn on a name brand, buy this little tripod. You will be happy with it.

I am distraught when I open the Package as the picture shows on amazon and the actual item is not the same. The product description is mentioned as “Extension” Vlog Phone Tripod, which is not correct. It is not extendable, which conformed me to return the item.

I use this all way around and all the time, I mean it. If you use your cell phone, tablet or camera a lot, you should have one of these. It’s small but the height stretches. It fits in your handbag and pocket. But, don’t forget to order the device holder gear. I have the same brand’s gears as I found this brand’s products of high quality and well-designed but they are a bit hard to find. There are other brands in the market too. just order this tripod and use it while watching a movie, following an instruction in doing something, making your own vides, in doing photography, face-timing with friends and family, in the gym etc. and enjoy the versatility of this gear.

Super lightweight and holds my canon g7x! I’d recommend this for anyone who is looking for a small affordable, durable tripod. Perfect for vloggers on a budget. As a vlogger I personally use this every time I am recording, whether I am walking or using it on a desk, it’s a great addition to my video recording experience!

– extends vertically to keep your webcam at the right eye level
– has a swivel ball which is controlled with a knob to manage the angle of your camera.
– unclear to me how this can be used for remote controlling a phone camera for example as I saw advertised but this use case of no interest to me so sticking with 5 stars.

Very happy with this product but I’ve taken one star off as I genuinely thought the phone holder attatcent came with the tripod but it doesn’t unfortunately. The tripod and remote are fabulous. Very well made and quality product. Does exactly as described but it needs showing in capital letters theat the holder attatcent DOES NOT COME WITH THE TRIPOD AND NEEDS PURCHASING SEPERATELY.
