Had to be returned because could never get hard drive to work – a huge disappointment as it was purchased to use in my own start up business; the computer tried 4 times to repair itself but nothing worked. Now I have to wait for credit and then purchase another computer, monitor, etc.

The Optiflex 790 is what I recieved with the same specs as the 990 due to being refurbished the cases may have been switcheds, not sure. I looked into gaming with hte computer and found it requires a graphics card update (the refurbished computers donot include a graphics card). The gards for gaming to get you started cost about $150 and up depending on your funds. I bought a card for designing (Quatro card) and I can game at fairly decent FPS.
Overall hte computer is a sutible computer, and yes if your wondering you can game very well depending on your graphics card choice. Have a great day and happy gaming or developing.

I had my reservations about buying a refurbished product but this computer bundle is Fantastic! Easy set up, fast browsing, and a all around great computer.
I did have an issue with receiving my package at the fault of Fed Ex. However, both the Amazon and Blair Technology customer service was impeccable (depsite me being downright rude if I’m being honest.) Blair Technology even communicated with me via email over the weekend despite their office being closed! Top notch customer service.
After finally tracking down my package I can honestly say this is my favorite computer I’ve ever purchased, and at an amazing price!

Computer wouldn’t boot up. It says inaccessible boot device. Kept restarting and getting the same error. I love how it says in the item details it’s been thoroughly inspected and tested….smh

It came with the wrong screen and without hesitation, they sent the label to ship back and had a new one already on its way out. Everything works great.

It’s DELL computer and HP monitor. It’s quite different from pictures Amazon shown on website. Monitor is 2012 and quality is very low. Computer is big noise and slow. It is not my expectation at all. It’s first time for me to buy items on Amazon. I returned it and I paid 33.2$ shipping fee although I printed seller’s label according to return policy. Disappointed!

Dear seller we could not figure out if there’s a speaker in the CPU. My son is taking online classes on this unit and we purchased it for this sole purpose but he has to use earphones to take the class and we had to attach our own MIC to speak in the class but I thought it would at least have a speaker but as we play even youtube no sound . Bought this unit as a replacement for an older system. Carton was very well packed with no damage whatsoever. All components were included and it was difficult to tell if some components were previously used. Was easy to assemble and had it all set up in about an hour. Downloading took most of the time. This product is a good bang for your buck and would certainly recommend to others.

Well this was a big mistake. With random computer for about 14 days and as of 2 days ago it keeps crashing and telling us the hard drive can not be found. When I was finally able to find it I have to spend a $100 to recover my files just to have the same problem again and the hard drive cannot be found. When it was running originally, it was unable to run direct X and everything we tried did not work they are for useless for gaming for my son. The mouse was not usable, which is whatever. Over all it was a big waste of money and a big waste of time. So now if I want this to be dealt with I have to go buy another Box, pay a fortune for shipping and will probably be cheaper off buying another computer instead. What a disappointment.

Bought a refurbished Dell OptiPlex computer and Periphio monitor from Blair Technology Group through Amazon. Both products are working perfectly fine. At this point I must say I am very happy with my purchase–great value for the money!
