Lo recomiendo, el producto llego nuevo, sellado y en perfecto estado

I was given a watch that was not intended for the North American market. It did not have the Samsung Pay feature nor was it able to be downloaded to the watch. Other than that the watch was fine. Before purchasing, I would suggest messaging the seller if its not coming from Samsung directly or just purchase the watch where the seller is Samsung.

I bought an Active 2 watch, when I set up Samsung Pay to pay with my watch, I have to register the application in United Arab Emirates, which makes my credit cards impossible to register, Read well this! I have already saved my cards on my S10 + phone and its working great! The problem is with the watch! Very bad!

Lots of issues with this Samsung Galaxy Active2 Watch so I just returned it to Amazon.ca
1- Unable to use Samsung Pay.
2- Unable to use my Bluetooth Airpods neither my Bluetooth Boze Headphones for phone calls. Only working when listening to music. When picking up phone calls or trying to make one, the conversation transfers itself to my cell phone so I loose contact.
3- Battery life when full charged: Half a day when in use (Music, Phone calls, Text Messages, etc…)
After 2 hours of troubleshouting with a Samsung Customer service rep, I found out that this watch was not configured for Canadian Market. The version I received was for the United Arab Emirates. Plus, the seller had put his own “canadian” sticker on top of the original Samsung sticker where we can see the real Model Version. Probably to make sure we don’t see the problem at first sight. The seller wrote “INTERNATIONAL” in the description which is false for some features as per Samsung Customer Support. The model I received was SM-R820NZKAXSG (UAE Version) and the real Canadian model versions are these ones: SM-R825FSKAXAC (LTE MODEL) or SM-R820NZSAXAC (BT MODEL). Better look for THESE 2 MODEL NUMBERS ONLY if your Canadian. Bottom line: Not a good experience at all!

Si esperas un reloj de calidad, Samsung es la mejor opción, pero no a través de este vendedor.
Si esperas un sello de seguridad, este vendedor te entregará una caja sucia que tiene por sello una cinta adhesiva sucia (y encima una etiqueta barata de $3 que la esconde).
Si esperas un reloj nuevo, este vendedor te entregará uno que, al encenderlo, mostrará la leyenda “Reboot” antes de mostrar el logo de “Samsung”.
Este vendedor te entregará una caja con dos cargadores. Un reloj usado que promete ser nuevo. Una caja pegada con cinta. Una caja golpeada.
Si bien el reloj llegó “en excelente condición estética”, también llego usado.
¿Recomiendo el reloj? Absolutamente. Pero no comparlo aquí.
Solicité la devolución porque recibir esto fue una burla, además de que Samsung no incluye garantía al ser comprado fuera de tiendas oficiales., no vale la pena arriesgarse.
Tu dinero lo obtienes con tu tiempo, y tu tiempo es valioso… No lo malgastes, si vas a hacer una compra fuerte, hazla bien…

I found what I wanted in a smart watch. But was disappointed it doesn’t have canadian samsung pay, instead of it supports UAE samsung pay. So I think this came from UAE.
Message to seller: Please mention this in your product description about SAMSUNG PAY not supported. Overall its a perfect watch.

Excelente reloj. El display es increíble, tiene buenas aplicaciones y es bastante acertado en sus mediciones. Le cambié la correa porque compré el reloj de 44 mm y la correa era muy grande para mi muñeca, y le compré un case para que no se dañe la pantalla mientras hago ejercicio. El paquete llegó bien protegido aunque estaba abierto porque pasó por aduana, pero estaba en perfectas condiciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I returned this watch because it is a version for Panama, not Canada. So if your intention is to use Samsung Pay and other apps that take the country into account, this particular model from this seller will not work. The warranty will probably not work either for that particular reason.
Other than that the watch is very nice. I’m ordering a 44 mm version from an authorized store.

Best all-rounder Android watch for daily use and simple activities/exercise. A beautiful AMOLED screen is a plus.
Battery life is better than I expected. I don’t mind charging it every day, It can go for a couple of days easy if you are using “wake up gesture” option.
However, if you are serious about long-distance running or extreme sports, go for Garmin. I guess the Garmin watch gives you more accurate measurements and better battery life. Also, I wish there was more memory space. It gives you 4GB but you will actually see useable space of 1.3~1.4GB for downloading personal apps+watch faces.
Anyway, I’m happy with my purchase. 🙂

I’m coming from a Fitbit Charge 3 as my daily fitness tracker so I when I was looking into this watch I was concerned about 3 things: comfort, battery life and the samsung health app.
I’m happy to report that the watch is very comfortable, I hardly feel it on my wrist and can wear it for extended periods. My wrists are 7.5 inches, so if you look at my pictures you can see what the 44mm version looks like and my size wrist.
I’m much preferring The Samsung Health App vs the Fitbit app. Samsung seems to auto track exercise significantly better than Fitbit. I also think their sleep tracking and scoring is more accurate from what I’ve seen so far. That said, you’re most likely going to want to turn the annoying “move notifications”… Leaving those on gets bothersome fast!
Battery life: This was the main thing I was worried about switching from a fitness band to a smartwatch. I hate having to charge my fitness tracking device every day (that’s what ruined the healbe give 2 for me). So far, Battery life has been pretty good. I’m pretty easily getting 2 days with normal daily usage.
As for notifications: Pretty much everything I own is Samsung, so I even get appliance notifications on my watch which is nice. That said, there are some apps missing unfortunately. Signal is not available yet, and you have to update you can get WhatsApp. However, there’s no widget for Google’s Messages app, you can get notifications, but the app is limited… And I’m not a fan of Samsung messages.
Bixby is the main voice assistant, but you can get an API key with the GAssist App to out Google on the watch and it works decently.
My biggest complaint so far would have to be with how I received the watch. For some reason the box not wrapped in plastic like they normally are? It was also opened and the watch was not packaged like a new item would be. I called Amazon and they said I’d need to buy a new watch and return the one I had if I wanted to do anything about it. They offered me a discount on the item, and because everything was working, I opted for that instead.
All in all, I’m pretty happy with the watch so far. I hope this review was helpful to anyone considering this watch!
