Robust CPU hampered by lackluster graphics processing.
Tends to randomly fail its boot-up, but does eventually boot and works well until the next boot-up glitch. Hasn’t crashed while running.

La clé UBS réseau 802.11n fournie n’est plus aux normes d’aujourd’hui c’est une vielle technologie. Elle a fait “bugé” tout mon système wifi y compris celui de la télé sans fil. Le vendeur devrait fournir une clé USB réseau 802.11AC c’est la norme actuelle. Ça pris un déplacement de technicien $$$

As the heading indicates, I did not research this well, and thought it was an updated 2018 version of this excellent little desktop that I used for years in a former workplace. It is not. The architecture won’t permit me to upgrade the hard drive above 2 TB, and thus far, I am unable to get a 5G dongle to work correctly, and am stuck with slower internet. Don’t be sucked in by the “2018” in the listing! An additional point: Amazon is allowing multiple vendors to sell this within the same listing, which is why there is such a variance in the reviews. I find this to be a little shady on Amazon’s part! My supplier was evidently one of the good ones, because my machine has had no flaws, does not smell smoky, and was perfectly clean inside.

Been looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade my security system, torrent downloader, and turntable host. This fit the bill pretty nicely. Lots of processing power for the cameras and turntable and it’s already going to be on 24/7 so good for the torrenting. Replaced the 2tb with an SSD I had lying around as it was a little noisy and the keyboard and mouse are about as useful as the fake Ikea ones but I didn’t even realize it came with them so no us anyhow. Nicely packaged for safe arrival. I would have liked faster free shipping options though.

Computer was as advertised, compact and fast – with a larger then advertised H Drive!
I particularly like the large RAM – speeds up the system; I run Ubuntu 18.
Just one small disappointment , the front panel mic connection/jack is open circuit.
Gonna have to open the case and check the connections to the mother board

Il n’y a pas de prise HDMI donc utilisez une prise VGA mâle / mâle , l’ordinateur est parfait pour les jeux et aussi pour la musique sauf si vous n’avez pas de caissons de sons il vous faudra débourser pour avoir plus d’options 👍 a part ça tout est conforme et fonctionnel

We are very pleased with this product, we ran into some difficulties 1.5 months in, where we couldn’t connect to the internet no matter what we tried and it was determined to most likely be a software issue. I tried calling the number provided which didn’t work or go anywhere. I was frustrated and asked to return the product, and said why I wanted the return. Luckily someone reached out to us and said they were having difficulties with the phone system. Our Reps name was Eric and he was fantastic. He worked with us to diagnose, stayed late as we weren’t home from work until the end of his shifts, and provided us with all the help and solutions needed to get up and running again. So far the product is as expected and working great! Thanks very much to the support team! (I cancelled my return)

VERY NICE PC for the price. I am very impressed. It is really good for general use, not for HIGH end gaming as the video is standard. Packed secured and came in a reasonable time considering COVID19.
The only problem that I had was the wireless adapter needed some advance setting changes to work with my Bell router (in my case the Frequency was wrong out of the box). So, unless you are an IT guy you would have been calling them for support. Either way I might be the exception .

Worked for a little while…right now the power light is blinking off and on, but it won’t power up. The mouse light is not on and the monitor is black. I put in for a return as I purchased on March 24 and it was May 16 when issues began. My request for return/refund was denied saying it was no longer under warranty. The listing states a 90 day warranty. I am now awaiting a response. I will update.

J’ai bien reçu mes commandes bien emballé de Blair Technology Group & Hi Tech Bay, Mon choix premier, Saura Hi Tech Bay pour une valeur de 12 dollar de plus j’ai eu droit à un SSD et un Graveur et aucune pattes de rubber en moins et le collant avec le numéros de série pour activé moi-même WINDOWS 10 apposé sur le boitier et l’intérieur très propre bien que le temps me confirmera la durée vie des Pc refurbished de ses deux compagnie. Okay, it’s mfg. date is 2013, but know what your buying. I needed this machine for my surveillance software and streaming cameras. This was the ticket. I had a new Win 7 64 bit, 4gb RAM, Dual core 2.8ghz processor, and it ran with the CPU at 80 to sometimes 100% maxed out. Now with this machine, the same software is running at a cool 20 to 26%.
On with the review…
The packing was very nice, see the photo. To my surprise, it included a keyboard and a mouse. I thought I was buying a bare bones PC. My first dismay was that it said processor i5 (photo) on the front panel sticker. However, looking the PC properties (photo) it is in fact an i7 processor, just like advertised. I don’t know how that happened, but that’s good. Opening the side panel, it is very clean indeed. Runs quiet and smooth. I don’t know what the price is now, but I paid $239 and what a buy. Windows 10 pro, 16gb RAM, quad core i7 processor, 2TB real HDD. I say real HDD because mechanical HDD’s are more reliable than SSD’s, so the old 3.5HDD is still preferred for now. The CA on the panel says ‘Windows 10 PRO, for refurbished PC’s. I’ve never seen that before. I’ve built many OEM machines myself, but never saw this. It must be some deal worked out with Microsoft. It came with a WI-Fi dongle too. WHAT! No monitor! (just kidding).
