    GALAXY S20 FE (128 GB = 5G) Cloud Navy
Finally an android phone that my husband is extremely happy with. Even though we purchased a renewed unit, it was mostly scratch free apart from the small nick towards the bottom speaker. But this was easily covered up by the case.
    The screen quality is exceptional.
The cameras are phenomenal. Stills and videos are on par with the best in the industry.
Fingerprint reader is quite finicky but not atrocious.
Battery life seems to be improving now that it’s been in use for a few days. System seems to be learning and adapting accordingly. A full day of heavy use is easily available.
If you are in the market for an excellent Android device, do yourself a favor and definitely consider the Galaxy S20 FE.
-Snap Dragon processor is a beast.
-120 Hz refresh rate! You will never want to go back to 60 Hz.
    -Excellent screen.
-wireless charging with reverse power share
-hasslefree Celleular, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
    -call quality is excellent
-stereo speakers are industry leading and consuming content is just a joy.

This phone (my second one) has an issue with the proximity sensor. During a call, put the phone to your ear and the screen goes black as it should but if the call is more than about 7 or 8 minutes and you take the phone from your ear the screen stays black until you press the side key. If you then put it back to your ear it will remain lit and your ear and cheek causes unintended action like opening apps you don’t want. Another major issue is Samsung installs bloatware you don’t want or need and can not be uninstalled. One of them called Samsung Visit In will track your whereabouts to see if you were at a location that sells their products and then sends you ads. The first phone I bought from Amazon was cheerfully replaced with the second because I thought the proximity issue was the fault of the phone but the second phone has the same issue so this is a software/hardware problem. I don’t want to get in to the different methods of removing apps with a computer as some people do as soon as I find a replacement for this phone I will be returning it. Sad, this is otherwise a great phone but being tracked by my $950.00 phone is not what I signed up for.

Have has the new phone for a couple of days now, still getting used to it as it’s a huge step up from my S7.
Two things I’ve noticed right away is the power button and volume up-and-down are both on the right side and I keep hitting the volume down button to close out my phone, a bit of annoyance. They other thing I don’t like is if someone message you through messenger or send you a text message, you don’t know that there is a message waiting. With my S7 if someone message through messenger there would be a green flashing light, same with a text message there would be a blue flashing light. It seems they have eliminated that option with the S20 FE. Now I have to frequently check my phone to see if there is a message waiting. Sorry but I’m not one of those people that have my phone glued to my hand and again, this is bit of an annoyance. Those are my only 2 negative drawbacks so overall I would rate this a 4.5 star out of 5. As for the seller, it was fast shipping. I had at the next day but I also have Amazon prime.

Initially i was hesitant about buying a “renewed” phone from Amazon. The cost savings was huge in this case and was covered by Amazon return policy so i was a little more relaxed.

The phone (Samsung S20 FE) came in the original box with a charger and cable only. Some dents and scratches on the box. The phone itself looked brand new. Not a scratch or marke anywhere. Even had the protective film on the sides.

Unfortunately the battery was completely discharged on arrival. The phone wouldnt turn on or charge. The screen displayed a white ring and lightning bolt, which indicate the battery is dischaged beyond acceptable levels and cannot be charged. After a little Google-Fu, I found that using a wireless chager can bring the battery back to life. After a minute on the wireless charging pad the indicator showed 1% battery. I then switched to a USB C cable to charge and it worked as normal charging quickly.

Overally extremely pleased so far with this renewed phone. Good as new at almost half the cost of new.

The product I received was broken. It was the phone I expected but it drops calls and even worse it randomly and frequently shuts down during use leaving the phone unusable. Be very wary of buying phones here

Finger print reader is absolutely useless on this phone for any person working in a trade.
Biggest issue I’ve been experiencing is my service will cut out (I’m with Bell) and the odds of getting anything over 3 bars is absolutely rare. I thought it was something do to with my provider, but after countless calls they figured it’s the phone? To some it up- NOT worth the $900 plus canadian .

Updated review. Phone was listed in error as non North American model. That being said, seller looked after me and will issue full refund.
