I had bought two of these chalkboards for meal planning purposes and thought they looked great when I got them. On the front bottom corner of each is a sticker with the company name on them. They are VERY stuck onto the frame. I was able to peel them off finally but they left a sticky residue, so I used Goo Gone to remove that but instead it removed the paint!! I was so disappointed, especially because I don’t consider Goo Gone a heavy-duty cleaner.
However, after I contacted the company, they were very helpful and I appreciated their prompt customer service. I was able to get 2 more and this time, I just left the sticky residue on because I wasn’t about to risk it again. Since they are hanging on the wall, you can’t notice it that much and I think I’ve gotten used to it, because I don’t notice unless I’m looking for it.
Overall, I really like the functionality of these chalkboards as they help keep my crazy life a little more organized for me and my family. Just DON”T USE GOO GONE or else you’ll be sad just like I was.

I was disappointed to find the cork thickness is extremely thin. It can be scratched/torn way too easily! The shape is cute and adds variety but do not believe these to be worth the price. Amazon needs to be careful in packing – mine torn through the plastic it was wrapped in when it arrived. 🙁

The corners of the whiteboard were dented, speaking to its poor quality. Would’ve expected something better for the price. Feels like it’s something that comes from the dollar store. Not worth the $15+.

Nice sleek design. Somewhat small but that is my own fault for not measuring. Perfect for my grade 8 son to keep track of his weekly tasks assignments and events.
Positive; clean board, perfect weight to hang on wall. Easy to wipe clean. Chalk markers look bright and vibrate on the material. Plenty of room to write under each day
Negative; assembly required to hang on wall. Not sure how I will be able to place such tiny hooks/hardware on such chalk board as the board isn’t very thick.
I’ll give this item a B++++ because I bought this as a Back to School for my Grade 8 so we could hang it on the wall and easily view his weekly tasks and events. I’m not looking forward to applying the hardware to hang on the wall.

It says that the hardware is included but it do d not come with it! I’ll have to buy one now so I can hang it. Also, the black frame is full of scratches and looks like an used board. So annoying.

It’s a nice lightweight framed cork board for a good price. It works for what I needed it for!
My biggest grief about this that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that standard push pins will puncture through the cardboard backing. You may want to put an extra layer of protection behind it if you’re worried about scratching yourself or your wall.
My second issue with it is that there is a logo sticker attached to the bottom corner that does not come off clean. If you want a solid colored frame, like I did, you’re going to have to end up removing the sticker adhesive. It will end up leaving a hazy mark over the shiny black paint and be a pain in the butt to strip off. Googone/Goofoff will end up removing the paint as well, so get ready to repaint it.

Using to display small artworks at an exhibition, so I was kinda bummed that the actual cork surface is smaller than 13″, but I probably just didn’t read the product description carefully enough. Otherwise it’s good and I think it’ll still work. It’s good quality with a thick piece of cork – some of the ones I checked out in stores had such a thin cork board you’d poke right through with a pushpin… but this one is nice and sturdy.

I bought 2 of these for work. They are cute, a little small, look nicer than a typical framed cork board though. 1 came with the hanging kit and 1 didn’t. It also wasn’t in the box so Amazon actually shipped it that way. don’t have time to return and wait for a new one so I will figure something else out.

The texture and material of the blackboard is almost like plastic. It is therefore almost impossible to write and especially erase with chalk… disappointed with this purchase. I literally ended up throwing it out. Better to purchase a more expensive one that works!

The image fails to reflect the product. It does not have the nice sharp curves as presented in the photos. You can tell it has some type of curves but it almost just looks like a square. I bought this item specifically for its shape, and that did not satisfy my order. I would not recommend this item if you are buying it for the sharp quatrefoil shape as in the photo.
