I am so frustrated I can hardly stand it…. The Instruction booklet does not even tell which key to press to save the choice made right from the beginning item of…. select English or French…. how to do it?… the book doesn’t say… I am not a stupid person… I have a high IQ… but I can’t figure it out from the instruction book…

purchased these for my parents after the answering machine stopped working on their previous set. Picked these because of the ratings and the price. Both of my parents are in their 70’s and both wear hearing aids. Being able to hear the phone and see the buttons is important. These are good sounding phones, the speaker is clear, the answering machine is relatively easy to set up and the buttons are big enough to see. My Dad even figured out how to call using them, so bog bonus! Good product for the price. Arrived on time.

I am having lots of problems with these phones. They will not accept any voice mail messages and the phones always say there is a voicemail message even though there is none. I go to the base unit and press erase twice and it says no messages but then in a minute the phone display shows there is a voicemail message even though there are not any. Nothing I have tried changes these problems and I have gone through the entire instruction booklet. What can I do about this???????

Bought this for my 83 year young Mom and she really likes it, especially that it announces who is calling. It’s nice to have multiple handsets so she han have units throughout the house

I just found the there to be no customer back up unless you paid money so if you had any questions on setting things up you are out of luck. I struggled with voicemail when I first got them.

this phone set has the worst user interface I have ever seen. After a few weeks of use, I’m still confused what the different keys do and how to do simple operations like dialing a number from my phonebook on the phone. Have to go through many keypresses to do what you want (and I’m technically-minded). Very frustrating.

I have had this phone since the end of March. It worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. We had it set for 4 rings before the answering machine cut in, somehow the machine starting cutting in after 11/2 or 2 rings and we cannot get it to go back to 4. We have tried everything we know to fix it but nothing works.

Only good thing I can say about this product is that there are 4 handsets. Voice and sound quality is poor, range distance from the base station is terrible. Compared to my previous Panasonic set is like day and night. Meaning my old set that I bought 15 years ago, was excellent sound quality and excellent range. To sum up in one word garbage, buyers beware and consider something else. Panasonic has certainly fallen behind. Wish I could return it for a refund but I’m past my 30 days, should be a longer return policy, Walmart allows 90 days.
