Pretty good for the value! Keeps the coffee really warm on the lowest setting, i havent even tried the higher settings.
To get a 5 stars for me would be to add an on/off switch for security. I have kids so im worried about them putting something on it at my desk. Which would turn it on. Seems simple enough and low cost for the company to do.
Design is pretty nice, maybe a tad bigger than i expected. It also rocks a bit like the feet aren’t leveled, not sure it its a design choice so you don’t put your mug in the wrong place?? Doubt it lol
For the price its good enough

Great warmer, I especially like that there are 3 temperature settings. Keeps coffee/tea at just the right temperature for you. Lowest keeps it at a nice warm, middle keeps it hot, I’ve never needed to go to high.
Only negative, but not even enough to impact my rating, is that there is no “off” button, so you have to slide your mug to the back of the warmer so it doesn’t detect the weight of it (or remove it completely). It automatically comes on or off with the weight of your mug compressing a little button on the bottom.

Es para mi papá pero me encantó, el diseño, el tamaño, estoy segura que a él también le encantará.

I think it’s safe to say that I am in love! I would not buy a coffee mug heater without an automatic shut off and this one has it 2 ways! It turns off when you remove the mug via a pressure switch on the bottom and if you do forget a mug on it the heater will turn off after 4 hours as well
It keeps coffee warm and I love that you can choose the temp it heats to!
I do wish that there was an on-off switch so that I could turn the heater off at the end of the day and not worry about something triggering the pressure switch. I just turn the power bar it is connected to off right now to give me peace of mind. I would take off a half star for that if there was an option

I received this coffee cup warmer as a gift, and so far I have enjoyed it. I did not care much for the mug which came with it, but a friend of mine bought the same product, a while back and she absolutely loves her mug, so I gave her mine as well. The only design issue I have with the warmer is that it sometimes does not turn on due to my cup not being heavy enough (full enough) or if I accidentally place it too far back on the pad from the front where the little circle is. However, I soon learned to rely on the sound of the click it makes when activated so that I know I placed the cup correctly, and also the front light illuminates once it is turned on. I love the fact that I can grab my coffee and walk away knowing that the warmer has turned off.

I have used different brands of a coffee cup warmer over the past 20 years. I like having coffee in a “real” mug at my desk (not some insulated cup), and I like it hot when I drink it. This is WONDERFUL. By far the best one I have owned. This has two settings (not an infinite number between 131 and 176 degrees). 131 Degreees is for those who like their coffee nice and warm, but not too hot. 176 degrees is for those who like it “right out of the pot” hot! I use 176 when the cup is full and 131 if the cup is less than 1/3 full so it doesn’t get too hot. I know, crazy to think that “too hot” is an option with a small warmer like this. But it is. But HERE IS THE CATCH, you need to use the right mug. I like discount stores (tuesday morning, odd lots, etc etc. They all have lots of mugs for a couple bucks. Find one with a FLAT SMOOTH BOTTOM. Like a pot for your stove. A typical coffee mug with the raised bottom will not transfer heat any more than a pot on your stove would if the bottom is not flat. Good luck and enjoy.

I’ve used this everyday and highly recommend it. It’s silent and unintruesive easy to figure out, and quickly becomes your go-to-product.
When I work its nice now that I can sip my coffee over longer periods of time and it stays at a constant temperature. The coffee seems to heat up evenly and doesn’t get hot at the bottom and cool off towards the top which is great.

Fabulous product and not as large as I had thought! After buying THREE Mr Coffee warmers and 1 Salton over the last year and having them all fail, finally I have one that works as advertised! One of the Mr Coffee warmers even started throwing my breakers so that was fun – NOT! This has auto shutoff and reaches 167f and has consistently kept my beverages hot. BUY THIS if you want a reliable device with auto shutoff or if you want a mug warmer… period!

Works wonders, can’t believe I waited this long before trying one out.
It’s easy to use, turns on/off based on whether there is the weight of a mug on it. It has 3 settings (131F, 149F and 167F) which work great, and are retained after turning it off/on again, like when picking up your mug. It works best on flat-bottomed mugs, works well-enough on narrower mugs, and works somewhat on larger, dome-bottomed mugs.
The range of settings should please pretty much anyone, especially paired with mug choices which can allow you to go from lukewarm with a dome-bottomed mug at 131F, to “fresh out of the pot” hot with a flat mug at 167F. Note that if you like your drinks SCALDING, like dropping boiling water in a mug and drinking it right away, this won’t get your drink to THAT point, but close enough.
It has no problem keeping the temperature of a drink and will actually reheat it IF you give it enough time (around 5-30 minutes depending on the size of the drink and the “fit” of the mug)
The plate gets very hot to the touch to the point where it can burn your skin if you take off your mug and place your hand on it right away, but it doesn’t last too long once turned off, and the sides of it get warm, but still far from scalding.

Works like a charm. Keeps my tea and coffee from very warm to very hot based on selection. I touched the surface when very hot and while I quickly removed my hand, not hot enough to accidentally burn. Therefore, I consider it very safe to use. The only noise it can make is a quick beep when I change temperature selection. This will be a go to gift to give family and friends this year. As a suggestion, my cup has a dome bottom which reduces the heat transfer effectiveness. I often use a silicone cover on top of my cup to reduce heat loss through steam and avoid anything (dust, etc.) from going into my cup. Works great. Final note, the picture showing a “red hot” top element is very misleading as the unit temperature never gets hot to a dangerous heat level.
