This is NOT a small pan, 28 cm is almost 12 inches. Works very well with an induction cooktop, browns well and cleans like a dream.
UPDATE December 2020: I have used this pan daily since February and it still performs like new. This stainless steel pan is fabulous on my induction cooktop, heats quickly and evenly and cleans with a quick wipe. I have a titanium fry pan from T-Fal that barely works with induction.

This fry pan is a treat. The stainless exterior looks good, cleans up easily and the stainless bottom transfers heat well. The non stick surface does its job exactly as it’s supposed to. This is not a light weight fry pan although a good deal less heavy than cast iron. It is light enough to toss ingredients with one hand, but not for every cook. Nonetheless, I give it 5 stars and would buy it again.

This pan is incredible value for money. It has very even heat distribution for its size (although no pan is truly uniform), cleans up incredibly easily, and truly does transfer from stove top to oven. It is a bit heavy but manageable for both myself and my wife. It is also rated for harder utensils, although we haven’t put that to the test. We would have a hard time trading this pan for another!

At the first use, I could see the center portion of the pan is bulging up significantly over the heat. If you put in oil, all the oil is going to the rim. So the food along the rim is dip frying and the center portion is burning. I’m having stainless frypan from T-fal as well but it never bulge up like this. Yes it was my mistake trusting big company name and higher price. I’m not throwing this out only because I paid good money for this crap. After a while I’ll throw this out with the big curse!

I have only been using these pans for a week now so I cannot attest to the overall durability however so far they are amazing. I follow the instructions, hand washing and then applying a light oil before putting it away. Do not use non-stick sprays as that will create a build-up on any pan. Ideally, you should never use a pan above medium heat (unless cast iron). The red ring turns solid when the pan is at the optimum cooking temperature and is a great addition. I always use just a bit of oil or butter and this pan, so far nothing sticks and is very easy to clean up. The heat distribution is perfect and I am using this on a basic old-style ring element. I find the pan has the perfect balance from the handle to the weight of the pan itself.
These pans look gorgeous as well and although not officially a commercial pan it is very close to commercial. I can see a very long service life.
I will update this review after some months of use to attest to its durability.
I recommend this pan to any cook who is looking for a truly quality non-stick pan.

I can’t say enough about this frypan. When used according to instructions and NOT on high heat, it does exactly what it says it will do. It will brown meat perfectly and you can even get the brown bits to make gravy, etc. I fried sausage last night and in any other pan I would have to soak it overnight to get the stuck on bits off. This pan cleaned off with no scrubbing. The heavy base gives an even heat. It does have more weight to it than my other pans but not as heavy as cast iron pans. Utensils will rest on the handle so are always ready to use.
However, I was looking for a deeper frypan and the description says this one is 10.2 cm (4”) deep. It is NOT. It is a regular depth frypan of 2” including the solid base. I was also going by the video showing Jamie Oliver using a pan like this which appears deeper. This is not the same pan. The one in the video is definitely deeper and also the handle is different. Mine does not have a silicone pad underneath the handle and the handle is configured slightly different.
Having said all that, I liked this pan so much that I will be keeping it even though it’s not as deep as I would have liked.

I’ve always bought what I thought were decent pans (Lagostina, Paderno, etc.) but they all eventually bowed in the middle and burned the crap out of everything I cooked. This pan has been an awesome upgrade. Cooks evenly, easy to clean, and has a nice thick bottom that won’t bow and stays steady on the stove. In terms of weight, it is heavy enough to feel substantial, but no where near as heavy as cast iron. Once the pan cools I just give it a quick wash under some running water and everything comes off easily. Have only owned for a couple of weeks, but use every single day and so far quite impressed. Will update review if anything changes.

I was looking for a stainless steel fry pan. The pans at Walmart are around $25. This pan is $45 at the time of my purchase. I used it almost everyday for the past two months. No complaint so far. Quality feels great, easy to clean, and non-stick. Majority of non-stick cookwares I owned started peeling after 1 year. I hope this one would last longer.
