I had to get all the software installed and pay an extra $100 and then it crashed on me and would NOT start up!! Piece of junk!

First, the product is excellent.
It feels solid and when I opened the case to install a wifi card, it because clear that it is well-designed and properly engineered by HP. The computer with a core i5 6500 processor, 16gig ram, and an SSD is very fast. It boots into Linux in 10 seconds. Remarkable.
Shipping by Amazon was incredibly slow- the computer came from a supplier in the USA, but shipping took over 3 weeks. I have received packages from the other side of the world in less time. Very poor service by Amazon.
My only disappointment was the computer did not come with a wifi/bluetooth card. The seller, Canada Computers responded immediately to my email and resolved the problem immediately. I highly recommend their dedication to customer satisfaction and will buy from them again.

Not accurate description just like any other reviewer says. If I were you dont gamble from this seller. And if do buy from them, I hope you’ll get what you want. But I wasn’t lucky. I waited 2 weeks for the item to arrived just to find out that it was missing a part. Told the customer service about the issue but instead of correcting it right away, instead they implied that the item is in the box and it came with it so they gonna do a “replacement” for an item that it wasn’t even the box. So right now, i’ll wait for the “replacement” to arrived to see the quality if it’s worth keeping. Or else Im going to return it. By the way, the USB WIFI that came with it is only 802.11n Network. Very unstable. So if you’re planning to use wifi on this this item, forget about it.

When I buy this PC, the listing picture showing there is an original HP Mini Antenna on the back. So I think I can easily buy an additional WiFi Card to enjoy the integrated WiFi and Bluetooth. But the item I received has no antenna, and it’s expensive extra cost to buy or install the both antenna and Internal WiFi Card. Otherwise it’s a good PC for the price I paid.

8th gen i5 16GB ram and a 256ssd; i plan on upgrading to a NVME M.2 cause this thing supports it!

I replaced an ageing tower with this micro computer.
This computer is very small, takes up almost n space – and is LIGHTNING FAST.
I had the vendor double the RAM before shipping, don’t know if that was really necessary but the price was right!
One note – the WIFI is not via a built in antenna, but a micro USB device. I found it’s range to be VERY limited and not capable of 5GB commuications. I swapped it out for a 5GB WIFI with an external antennae. The SSD drive is extremely fast and would be very easy to upgrade if extra space is needed. The USB ports are all 3.0, so speed it exceptionally fast. I also highly recommend the insurance and support package, it’s very inexpensive considering the scope of support it offers.

So I purchased two of these for my company to act as remote connection PCs for external clients. While they didn’t need much power, they needed what was advertised in this particular model of mini-pc. Though some of the reviews stated that the product received was not as advertised. I can assure you that the two I purchased from here were EXACTLY as they were advertised. Same Internals, Same specs, and the display connectors are TWO Display Port and 1 VGA. Which was a relief in itself. The included Windows 10 Pro licenses WORK and are VALID when you follow their included instructions in the box.
So far, the computers have ZERO issues with performance and work like a dream. They don’t overheat or anything. No blue screens, No IO fails, everything works.
I plan on buying more of these exact models for future client machines.

This is the second of these computers I have purchased from Amazon in the last month. The machine itself is quite fast and so far works well, so you really can’t go wrong with a 16 GB machine running Windows Professional for less than $400. Amazon’s own explanation of Amazon Renewed, states, “Professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to work and look like new.” Somehow, I was sent a power cord that had one bent prong, and the ground prong was missing completely. Obviously, really well inspected. These units do ship with a USB mouse and keyboard, but you likely won’t use them – they are complete garbage.

Computer arrived today. It was exactly as described and in good condition, well packed, and it arrived in two days. The computer fan is very quiet. The back has two display ports.

After setting up this computer and getting it logged into windows it suffered a severe hard drive memory error. It appeared that the ssd was corrupted or broken. Everytime I reset it wouldn’t even allow me into bios to try and fix the issue. I would be very careful purchasing this computer. Not everyone’s experience will be like mine but at least the money was refunded upon return. In my experience it is always just better to buy new than buying renewed or refurbished when it comes to PC’s.
