Have used it as a desk lamp as described. I wouldn’t recommend it. When I turn it on, the light flickers. I have to tap on it pretty hard to stop it from flickering. Wish I had bought a more expensive and well-made one.

Now for some reason the manufacturer put in a screw to keep the lower arm assembly from moving. The upper arm moved, as well as the light housing as to tilt and highth of bulb from the table. But the lower arm was solid. I removed this particular screw and let the total assembly move like a scissor and gained full highth of the lamp. Other from that, it works great for my orchids. Picture shows the screw hole that I took the screw from, to release the lower arm assembly.

Lamp arrived broken and is unable to adjust. Would not recommend and returning.

A good product, BUT the photos and instructions do not show or tell you how to make the bottom arm adjustable. See answers to the Question “Does the bottom arm extend horizontally?” Especially the answers from Yaz (April 17, 2020) and Tim in Colorado (January 3, 2018). I was ready to send this back, but thankfully read these comments first. I can’t imagine why the instructions say “Save These Instructions.” They’re useless.

The top of the lamp keeps falling when I try to lift it up. The knob that keeps it in place doesn’t work, it’s completely smooth so it won’t hold. Good light but limited on the range of motion

See my photos. This desk lamp is exactly what I wanted. It’s a traditional desk lamp style but with a beautiful soft pink colour. I took a photo of the lamp beside my pink cricut machine so you can see the difference in the colour. The lamp is a soft, dull pink. It’s not vibrant. It’s a pastel pink. It is matte, not shiny. It throws off a good amount of light and the height and angle are adjustable. It’s sturdy and well made, and a good size.

Pros, does it needs to do, and it looks nice from a few feet awat. But when handling it, it feels rather cheap. The base doesnt stop it from tipping over, if you try to use a smart bulb thats marginally heavier than a regular led or cfl bulb. I opted to purchase a desk clamp thats universal, however theres a few mm of play which doesnt feel secure, and im not sure if its the lamp or the clamps fault. This can be remedied by shimming the gap with popsickle sticks or something. The screw that tilts the lamp shade itself is quite weak, because even if you crank it, a heavier bulb will still make it droop down. Since the knob handle and lamp shade hinge is plastic, i would not advise tightening with pliers or a wrench. The lamp comes in a fixed angle and is not meant to be adjusted. You can rearrange some of the screws to allow full range of motion.

Got this one cheaper because it was supposedly damaged but it was only the box that was damaged. It is a great lamp for my computer area.

Low quality. If you hit the lamp area by accident it gets disconnected and the light turn off! Cheap plastic used.
It looks good though. Pricey for the quality. I returned it!
