Ich habe die Tajine 2019 im September gekauft, als Geschenk, sie kam kaputt an und wurde retourniert… die neu erhaltene wurde dann von den Beschenkten ausprobiert und ist trotz Befolgung der Einkochanweisung gesprungen, nach der Reklamation wurde ich an Emile Henry Deutschland verwiesen, dann an Emile Henry Frankreich. Gestern kam sie an. Im Juni 2020. Es bleibt spannend, wie diese nach der ersten Benutzung aussieht!

This is a great pot to make casseroles.
Used it for a Lamb shank and Oxtails.
The meat just fell off the bone.
Would recommend any one who loves Casseroles and Stews to but this Tagine.
Good price too as in local stores its around $ 400 .

Innerhalb von einem Jahr und maximal 10mal im Einsatz ist der Boden schon gerissen …was für den hohen Preis nicht akzeptabel ist. Die Gerichte waren super lecker. Nur wie schon gesagt,hatte ich mir eine bessere Qualität für den Preis gewünscht.

I love this tagine, this is my new favorite item to cook almost anything on top of my gas stove or in the oven. Every time I try any kind of meat it turns out so flavourful and melt in your mouth tender so far I have made a few moroccan tagine dishes, beef or lamb stew and soups. Very happy with this tagine.

Ottimo prodotto, esteticamente bella e ottima non solo per la cucina etnica ma anche per piatti italiani che necessitano di una cottura lenta. Mancano però le istruzioni in italiano, visto che ha bisogno di un pretrattamento prima del primo utilizzo sarebbe comodo averle. Scegliete l’imballaggio rinforzato!

Ich wollte den Rezensionen zu diesem Produkt (in anderer Farbe) nicht glauben und habe die Tajine bestellt.
Leider musste auch ich gleich erkennen, dass ein Riss im Topf ist. Diese Tajine ist 2. Wahl!
Schade, der niedrige Preis nützt nichts, wenn das Produkt defekt ist.
Der Artikel scheint bereits von einem Kunden zurückgesandt worden zu sein. Die Originalschachtel ist an einer Seite verletzt und weiters mit Klebeband versehen.

The Tagine itself is awesome. Still learning how to cook with it, but gone really well each time. Cooked on the gas hob, very quick with tender meat and veg (90min). Sauce doesn’t thicken though as very little steam escapes. Bottom has caught on the hob so diffuser might be needed. Tried on large and small burner on low heat. The burned bit is then difficult to clean afterwards. Slow cooked a curry in the oven too.. heat was too low and had to crank it up after a few hours to generate the steam). Was delicious though.
Best part was the truly amazing customer service from Kim at Haus2. Thank you!

We’ve only tried one recipe so far and it cooked really well and it cleaned really well. It would have been nice if it came with more recipes to try.
