I expected more even given that it was refurbished. I had to get a new wifi dongle to replace the one the was included which was very low quality. The included keyboard and mouse were dollar store quality. The description says that the machine was cleaned but no, I blew out clouds of dust from the inside of the case as soon as I received it because I could readily see the dust in the vents. I did try and contact the vendor but it has been several days (business days) and no response yet.

Overall, this was a very good deal (price) and the product is performing well. However, there were a few issues I found upon opening the box and setting up the computer: 1. Case was damaged with a dent in top and the Dell Logo missing from front 2. Description stated 512GB SSD – Product has 480GB SSD. BIG DISCREPANCY!!! I should get a partial refund. I will keep the product but this is NOT GOOD. 3. The keyboard and mouse that were provided are VERY CHEAP/LOW QUALITY products. I DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO LAST LIKE OEM PRODUCTS.
Good points: 1. Good price for the system. 2. Arrived on time and in “reasonable” condition. SEE ABOVE. Damage does not appear to be from shipping. The Dell logo from the front of the computer was not broken off in transit. It was not in the box.
Other Comments: Please provide the TRUE country of origin fo this computer.. Is this a Chinese knock-off that you refurbished to “current standards”? I know it is an obsolete model, no longer produced by Dell. However, I would like to know if it was a US surplus, returned product, 3rd party copy, etc.
Again, I am please (SO FAR) with the performance of your product with the exception of the SSD specifications. I only with that sellers provided 100% accurate descriptions.

This was for a friend of mine who wanted to use two monitors on Zoom and who couldn’t pay much for a good computer. The 16GB of RAM and SSD drive make it very fast and responsive. However the processor is i5 so you can’t see up to 49 videos in one screen on Zoom like you do with an i7. Still, the overall experience is pretty good when you consider how low the price is.

I performed my due diligence with Blair Technology and was not let down. This computer so far has performed above and better then expected. It came packaged professionally, with cushion blocks to help with impacts during normal shipping. I couldn’t see any physical signs of wear or abuse as I did understand this was a (renewed) computer. I opened the side to view the inner workings and components and it was spotless. The only negative I personally found with this computer was the speaker built into the tower. I wasn’t crazy about it, however; I didn’t purchase this machine for the sound. I was looking for reliability and a machine to keep up with the normal, activities of computer use without it slowing down due to too many processes. I purchased a set of Bose Companions, and I’m overly happy with my selection. I would definitely recommend this computer by Blair Technology to anyone looking for a basic computer to handle their daily needs. I can not speak for any other seller, as I stated I did my own research on sellers, and paid a touch more for quality and insurance of knowing I purchased from a reputable seller. I’ve been using this product for about 10 days now, and if anything changes I will update my post. Also my wife has fallen in love with this system, which is a plus!

Honestly, the computer itself worked just fine and I liked it quite a bit until it crashed and then refused to boot up again when I had it for about a month and a half. I walked through the troubleshooting with the third party seller, and when that failed I asked for a refund, which they did not fight me about, seemingly.
It wasn’t until I checked on it that I noticed the refund they were issuing me was 73 dollars short of what I paid. I called Amazon, and they told me it was from a restocking fee. When I mentioned that I requested the refund because of a defect, they forwarded me to the third party to resolve it.
This is when my trouble truly began. I explained that I had returned the computer because of a defect, not a small one, but instead something that made the product unusable. The defect that caused the crash was on them, not me. They told me that they would not issue a full refund, still, and that I had been adequately warned about this (both the restocking fee and the 30 day refund limit – I was not), when the item description about Amazon renewal states that you have 90 days to get a refund with this product, not 30 days. Still they said they could not help me.
73 dollars charge because their product failed on me? I feel like anyone thinking about buying from SJ COMPUTERS LLC should be aware that if something goes wrong, you may find yourself not only with a worthless product, but also charged almost a third of the price for daring to send it back. (I paid $298 for it.)
I am trying to work with Amazon itself to resolve the issue now, and I will update this with the end result just so fellow consumers can be warned, either way.

The audio drivers and graphic card kept cutting out so we sent it back. We tried calling while we had it to try and trouble shoot but they never answered. We sent it back and they received it on Friday but we still haven’t gotten our refund. Also we accidentally sent our hdmi cord in the box. I have called repeatedly and left messages and sent messages on Amazon inquiring about our money and explaining the cord situation and letting them know we will pay the shipping back and still no answer. We also found the exact same model for $130 less a week after we got it. The name in Amazon is not the same as the name in the voicemail. Pretty sketchy…

The computer goes in a loop, and doesn’t even start. Fan spin for half a second, a white light appear on front and it tries to restart and restart everytime I tried contacting them but I had to leave a message no reply for now. I’ve contacted amazon, they could only give me the number and email of the seller wich I already have since it was in the box.

I opened it up to check for dust and… everything seems in new or like new condition. The cpu and ram are probably refurbished but the fans and cooler and power supply are new and had absolutely no dust on them.

Wow!! A 2nd to none customer service experience! I bought a Dell computer from this seller. About around five-month down the road, I had some blue screen issues. My friend told me that it might be an HD issue. I contacted the seller and came to know that I am over the warranty period (2 months), yet they offered me free repair. As per our discussion, they replaced the HD, tested and sent it back within two days. I set up the PC, but the next day, I had some software issues (USB recovery Key).
