In questa recensione metteremo a confronto le caratteristiche che deve avere una friggitrice di qualità con quelle oggetto di questa recensione.
Crediamo infatti che descrivere un prodotto senza parametri di riferimento e come dire che il vino dell’oste è il migliore senza aver mai assaggiato quello degli altri.
Per completezza espositiva diciamo subito cos’è una friggitrice ad aria:
La friggitrice ad aria calda, a differenza di quelle tradizionali, consente di friggere gli alimenti utilizzando quasi esclusivamente l’aria riducendo al minimo l’utilizzo di olio.
Chiamarla friggitrice è infatti in proprio, sarebbe più corretto chiamarla forno ad aria ventilata.
Può essere anche definita friggitrice senza olio
e sta diventando un prodotto molto popolare, soprattutto per chi ama l’alimentazione salutare che vuole limitare o escludere la classica frittura tra le modalità di cottura in cucina.
Di seguito metteremo in evidenza quali sono le caratteristiche che deve avere una friggitrice ad aria di qualità e vedremo se la nostra Cosori è all’altezza delle migliori.
– Temperatura di cottura :
Tra i vari elementi da considerare bisogna tenere conto della temperatura massima che può raggiungere la friggitrice:.
Un buon prodotto deve raggiungere almeno i 200° di temperatura .
La friggitrice che siamo recensendo ha un intervallo di temperatura che va da 70° a 230° C.
Sotto questo aspetto si tratta di un’ottima prestazione.
– Capacità cestello:
In base al numero familiare è da valutare la capacità del cestello.
Se vivi da solo o in coppia va bene un cestello piccolo, mentre i modelli più capienti sono più adatti a famiglie numerose o con bambini.
Le friggitrici più piccole consentono di cuocere fino a 500-600 g di alimenti, quelle di dimensioni medie arrivano al chilo, quelle più grandi, arrivano anche a 1,7 kg.
I modelli medio-grandi, hanno il grande vantaggio di poter cuocere più alimenti diversi contemporaneamente grazie alla griglia separatrice in dotazione che permette di dividere la camera di cottura creando due strati di pietanze.
La friggitrice che stiamo valutando ha una capacità di 4,7 L ed è l’ideale per 4 persone.
– Regolazione temperatura:
La possibilità di regolare la temperatura per scegliere il livello di croccantezza è una caratteristica che solo i prodotti di un certo livello hanno.
La Cosori in oggetto prevede la possibilità di regolare la temperatura da un minimo di 70° al massimo di 230 con i tasti +/- sul display one touch in vetro.
– Regolazione Tempo di cottura:
La friggitrice può essere provvista di un timer e della funzione di auto spegnimento.
Il modello in oggetto permette di impostare la cottura da 1 a 60 minuti con i tasti touch +/- .
Non ha però un timer con cui programmare l’inizio della cattura quando ad esempio si è fuori casa e si vuole cuocere il cibo prima di rientrare.
– Potenza :
Da non sottovalutare la potenza.
È vero che la friggitrice è un oggetto che consuma molta elettricità, però va considerato anche il fatto che all’aumentare della potenza il prodotto sarà più rapido e friggerà in tempi più brevi.
La potenza di questa friggitrice è di 1500 watt come si vede dalla foto della scheda tecnica che abbiamo allegato.
– Materiali:
Per quanto riguarda i materiali, l’esterno è plastica opaca. Il prodotto è esteticamente molto bello e solido e messo in mostra fa la sua figura .
Ma purtroppo dobbiamo sottolineare un aspetto negativo che riguarda il cestello e la salute.
Tra poco vedremo quale.
Anche a livello di isolamento termico si può stare sicuri. Durante la cottura si riscalda ma non diversamene da altre che abbiano già provato.
Bisogna però sempre fare attenzione.
“Per quanto riguarda la camera di cottura uno dei materiali migliori è senza dubbio l’acciaio inox”.
Purtroppo il cestello di questa friggitrici, come di tante altre, è rivestito di materiali antiaderenti.
Il problema non è da poco, perché l’azienda non da alcuna indicazione sul materiale antiaderente usato.
Non dicono nulla sul fatto che sia privo di acido perfluoroottanoico o PFOA, molto usato nella produzione di alcuni materiali come il teflon e potenzialmente cancerogeno.
A pieno regime la camera di cottura raggiunge 230° di temperatura e a quel punto se ci fosse il PFOA, dal rivestimento passerebbe al cibo contaminandolo.
Questa purtroppo è la vera nota negativa di questa friggitrice, che riteniamo un prodotto fatto bene, con buone caratteristiche e funzioni.
Non abbiamo però alcuna certezza sui materiali utilizzati per il rivestimento antiaderente del cestello e questo mette tutto in discussione.
Si tratta della salute e sembra un controsenso acquistate una friggitrice ad aria per migliorare la propria alimentazione e condizione fisica per poi rischiare di ingerire sostanze cancerogene che possono addirittura farti male sul serio.
Per le ragioni appena espresse non ci sentiamo di consigliare questo prodotto proprio per la mancanza di queste informazioni a nostro avviso importanti.
L’ultima parola ovviamente spetta a te
Secondo noi sarebbe corretto che i produttori che vogliono vendere uno strumento di cottura, si prendono l’onere e la responsabilità di dichiarare i materiali che utilizzano per oggetti che vanno direttamente a contatto con il cibo.
Non ripeteremo di seguito il resto delle caratteristiche tecniche in quanto sono già riportate sulla pagina descrizione prodotto Amazon.
Vogliamo però sottolineare un particolare che non abbiamo trovato in altri prodotti simili .

Per completezza informativa di seguito ripartiamo le misure: 27,5 x 27,2 x 30,3 cm.

Vorwort:
Wir nutzen seit Jahren Heißluftfritteusen und unter anderem einen Philips Airfryer und können daher Neueinsteiger in die Welt der Heißluftfritreusen schon vorab verraten das diese Geräte funktionieren und gute Ergebnisse liefern.
Ich habe die Rezension in verschiedene Bereiche gegliedert und werde nur auf das Gerät eingehen und zum Schluß gibt es noch einen kleinen direkten Vergleich mit dem Philips Airfryer XXL.
Das Gerät:
Die Heißluftfritöse ist wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet und das Design mehr als gelungen.
Die Anleitung liegt auf deutsch bei und es gibt zudem ein Rezeptebuch mit ein paar netten Inspirationen.
Das Knusperblech muss in den Backbehälter kurz über den Boden eingelegt werden.
Die Heißluftfritöse steht stabil und der Korb lässt sich einwandfrei einschieben und herausnehmen.
Da das Gerät im Neuzustand einen Eigengeruch hat, muss man vor der ersten Nutzung den Korb und das knusperblech mit Wasser und spülmittel reinigen und anschließend das Gerät zwei, dreimal ohne Essen betrieben werden. Danach war der künstliche Geruch bei uns weg.
Das Touchfeld mit der Glas Oberfläche sieht richtig edel aus und reagiert einwandfrei auf Eingaben und dank der Beleuchtung lässt es sich auch gut ablesen.
Bis jetzt ist das Bedienfeld nicht so kratzempfindlich wie ich dachte, mal schauen wie dieses nach ein paar Wochen aussieht.
Die Bedienung ist einfach und es gibt sowohl vordefinierte Programme (für z.b. Pommes, Steak…), als auch die Möglichkeit die Temperatur und die Zeit selbst einzustellen. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Gerät über eine vorheiz und eine warmhalte Funktion.
Da fast der gesamte Korb als Backraum dient und lediglich das knusperblech für einen kleinen Abstand zum Boden sorgt, passt ordentlich was hinein und sogar ein kleines bis mittelgroßes Hähnchen findet darin Platz.
Backen:
Die vordefinierten Programme helfen einem z.b. Pommes Steaks und co. Gut weiter doch darüberhinaus kann man natürlich auch Brötchen, Laugenstangen usw. Ausbacken und So ziemlich alles reinhauen was sonst in der Pfanne oder in dem Backofen zubereitet wird.
So machen wir oft Hähnchenspieße, Bratwürste, Leberkäse, Fischstäbchen, Ofengerichte, käse, Falafel usw. Darin. Die Ergebnisse waren alle gut.
Lediglich bei Pommes könnte die Bräunung etwas gleichmäßiger braun sein aber durch das schütteln nach der Hälfte der Zeit (es gibt sogar eine Schüttelerinnerung) wird das Ergebnis auch gut.
Wir nutzen für Pommes kein zusätzliches Öl und diese werden dennoch knusprig.
Allerdings gibt es Unterschiede bei den Pommes selbst, so werden die eigenmarken von Aldi Süd und Edeka, genauso wie die von mccain unserer Meinung nach am besten.
Bei sehr fettigen Gerichten kann es durchaus passieren, dass Fett durch das knuspergitter tropft und es etwas raucht.
Hier kann es helfen, etwas Öl oder Wasser unterhalb des knuspergitters zu geben.
Reinigung:
Die Reinigung ist sehr einfach und bis jetzt lassen sich, Essensrückstände, Öl, Fett und co. Leicht mit Wasser uns Spüli entfernen. Der Lappen sollte aber nicht so grob/hart sein, um die Beschichtung nicht zu verletzen.
Der Korb und das Knuspergitter scheinen nicht so empfindlich wie bei anderen günstigen airfryern zu sein.
Durch das knuspergitter können kleine Pommes fallen, diese lassen sich aber auch wieder leicht entfernen.
Vergleich Philips Airfryer XXL und Cosori:

Im Philips Airfryer werden Fischstäbchen etwas besser als in der Cosori.
Auch können wir im Philips airfryer eine Portion Pommes und Fischstäbchen zeitgleich machen, ohne den Korb schütteln zu müssen. Und das Ergebnis ist immer gleichmäßig und gut.
Bei der Cosori sind die Pommes dann zum Teil roh und teils zu durch…Auch die Fischstäbchen wurden etwas schlechter als in dem Philips airfryer.
Der Philips Airfryer hat somit die Nase vorne und ich reduziere die Bewertung der Cosori auf 4 Sterne

Beide Geräte sind top verarbeitet und nehmen sich hier nichts.
Die Consori wirkt mit der Glasoberfläche einen ticken schicker.
Der Philips Airfryer hat etwas mehr Leistung und ist bei den Gerichten ein bisschen schneller und auch das Ergebnis ist etwas gleichmäßiger. Dies fällt einem aber nur im direkten Vergleich auf.
Bei der Consori kann der ganze Korb genutzt werden und somit bietet diese mehr Platz als bei dem Philips Gerät.
Da der Philips Airfryer ein Gitter besitzt, wird für Gerichten mit Soße ein zusätzlicher Einsatz benötigt.
Das reinigen bei der Consori ist einfacher und ein wenig schneller.
Insbesondere der Gittereinsatz ist bei dem Airfryer etwas aufwendiger zu reinigen.
Wem also die etwas längere Backzeit und das nicht ganz so gleichmäßigem Ergebnis (welches nur im direkten Vergleich auffällt) nicht stört, der wird mit der Consori glücklich werden.
Fazit:
Die Cosori ist ein wertiges und gutes Gerät, welches gute Ergebnisse liefert und leicht zu bedienen ist.
Auch die Reinigung ist einfach und das Gerät bietet viel Platz.
Lediglich die Leistung könnte etwas höher ausfallen, das wirkt sich aber nur minimal auf die Backeit aus.
Und das Bräunungsergebnis könnte etwas gleichmäßiger sein, das schütteln bringt hier aber einiges und das Ergebnis ist natürlich dennoch als gut zu bezeichnen.
Wie lange die Beschichtung hält, wird die zeit zeigen es folgt nach ein paar Wochen/Monaten ein Update und sollte mir etwas auffallen, wird die Bewertung angepasst und die Rezension ergänzt.

This is my very first airfryer and so I did a lots of research and finally choose this one! It makes perfect fried food everytime, from fries to meat to fish, requiring only a tiny amount of oil. It is also super easy to clean, and you don’t have to clean the oil splatters on the stovetop as you would normally do when you fry things. Reasonable price and great quality! Highly recommended!

This is a great unit. PROS: The square basket seems roomier than other models with round baskets. Cleanup is super duper easy. Beautiful machine, outer surface stays cool (except steam vent in back of machine of course) very efficient and cooks food till crispy. Foods are much more flavorful than boiling or steaming and much quicker than oven or pan frying and WAY healthier than oil frying. Interesting and varied collection of recipes in the recipe book that I would actually try! Lol CONS: smaller basket than I expected- they must show the larger unit’s basket in the promotional pictures. However it holds more than it looks like it would. It would serve 4 decent sized portions…if your family is larger or are big eaters then I would go the size up. 2) It is louder than I expected (though, from recent research, I surmise that most brands have an audible fan to circulate the air) it was just unexpected but doesn’t diminish how awesomely it works. 3) it does not have a ‘go back’ or reset button so that you can change your selection but I simply turn it off and on again. 4) concerning the directions for adjusting oven recipes….they suggest lowering the temp 25 degrees and taking off 20% of the time. I was finding things over cooked and dry. Following an online suggestion I found a better method to be to keep the temp at the original suggestion and reduce the time by half. Much better! OVERALL: extremely pleased, two year warranty, great for up to 4 people, average sized portions. Smart looking, super easy cleanup, healthy and delicious cooking, great recipe book. A lot smaller appliance than some other air fryers (takes up less counter space), very competitively priced. Would definitely buy again.

In my opinion, an air fryer is pretty much a ‘must-have gadget’ in the kitchen and there are plenty of them out there to choose from, ranging in price from around fifty quid to well over double that.
This air fryer from Cosori is, in my opinion, a pretty good buy towards the lower end of that price range, particularly if you can snap it up when on offer or using a voucher to reduce the price.
The Cosori is attractively designed with a tempered dark glass touch screen control panel covering the whole of the top. It has a nice compact footprint (LxWxH 30×36.4×32.3cm) and easily sits on a kitchen worktop under fitted cupboards even when in use. It has a protruding bar on the back to ensure it is far enough away from the wall to ensure adequate air circulation on the back.
The air fryer basket is square-shaped, which I found made it easier to accommodate larger/multiple food items than the round baskets I have used. It also has a decent 4.7L capacity, although if you are cooking for a family you might want to consider one of the larger 5.7L + fryers that are available, including ‘The Classic’ from Cosori.
In addition to the operating instructions, the Cosori comes with a well-written and illustrated colour recipe book. You can also scan a QR code on the box that will take you to an app offering further recipes, which are added to on a regular basis.
I like the fact that, in addition to the nine pre-set temperatures and times for various foods and tasks, you can also manually adjust times and select a temperature right up to 230℃, which is close to the ‘Max Crisp’ temperature setting offered by one of the leading models in the market. I find this really useful for achieving the results described by that ‘Max Crisp’ setting.
Another useful feature is the ‘Pre-heat’ function, which strangely doesn’t feature on some of the other air fryers I have used, which means you have to manually set time and temperature on them to pre-heat before use. Once the pre-heat has taken place on the Cosori it bleeps to let you know it’s ready to start using.
The fries function also has a useful feature in that the Cosori bleeps half way through the set cook time to remind you to give your chips a shake.
My biggest criticism of the Cosori is that the glass touch screen only illuminates each button as you touch it and that unlit the buttons can be quite hard to read. Therefore, until you get used to the positioning, you can end up touching the screen in different places until the function you want illuminates.
I managed to make some pretty decent chips without any difficulty at all, although I have yet to find an air fryer that will produce chips which you couldn’t tell apart from those bought from your local chippy. However, those produced by an air fryer are far better for your health!
The Cosori also allowed me to warm up some croissants to perfection, saving both time and energy costs compared to using the regular oven.
Cleaning after use was really easy – the basket can be washed by hand but is also dishwasher safe.
If you like really crisp crackling with your roast pork then an air fryer is ideal. Just whip the skin off your pork ten minutes or so before it’s finished cooking and put it on a rack inside your air fryer, set to a high heat >200℃ for a few minutes (check every so often to ensure it’s not burning). The air fryer will drive off a lot of the unhealthy fat. When you first take the crackling out, it will still be soft but leave it on a rack for a couple of minutes and you’ll end up with perfectly crisp, largely non-oily, crackling.

Para ser una freidora de 4.7 litros el tamaño no es demasiado grande. Tampoco es pequeña, pero se ajusta bien de tamaño.
Este tipo de freidoras sin aceite son geniales para reducir la cantidad de aceite en la dieta.
Trae muchas recetas y también tiene su propia app. Yo personalmente, prefiero buscar recetas por internet, y poner temperatura y el tiempo. Pero siendo que cuesta lo mismo que otras, está bién que tenga hasta tu propia app.
Cuando la pruebes por primera vez, déjala 5-10 min a 230 grados para que saque todo el olor a nueva. Límpiala también!

Exceptional unit. 5.8l capacity basket. Safety latch to prevent unwanted separation ie while shaking. Beautiful recipe book included. Access via wifi is so cool and convenient. Thought would be a gimmick never used….on the contrary, it’s the best way to control and be aware of your fryer status at any time. Very well built unit. Sleek (for an air fryer!) and well laid touch screen. We have cooked salmon (out of this world!), fries (takes practice with timing, but when done right on, the fries are the best you’ll have anywhere. Banana bread cake….WOW and gluten free to boot (sometimes GF cooks up like a boot!). Chicken…DONE…PERFECT, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, root medley…beautiful! And we have dehydrated hot peppers for our own crushed chilies. This Cosori unit was well researched amongst several other models. What sold us were the features, size, price. We decided to look at these seriously after a recommendation from our vegan website to utilize a fryer for much healthier cooking without the fat/oil. We are totally sold and notwithstanding the huge footprint on your counter (definitely a con), it’s relatively light and easy to carry and store until next use. It also comes with a 2 year warranty so no need to consider the add-on optional ext warranty. Some foods take practice determine timing vs weight but easy to figure out. There is a fridge magnet (very inexpensive) with conversions for air fryers which is very very helpful in taking out any guesswork. The mobile app has tons of features, including a beautiful recipe site in addition to the professional looking cook book provided with 100 included there. All in all, we are pleased to say the least, and very happy with the $160 CDN WIFI Cosori purchase. Will provide a longevity review in due course. Hopefully our opinion doesn’t change. Give it a try. You will wonder why you hadn’t looked at long before, as you try to figure out where to put when not used…😂…the dilemma will come from when to decide to put away…it sort of takes over it’s so convenient and wickedly accurate with hot air cooking, so chances are good it will stay put!

Después de mirar muchas Air fiyer me he decidido por esta por el tamaño y el poco ruido que hace es excelente me llego hace dos dias , hoy he preparado unas croquetas congeladas y parecían fritas de verdad .
Lo que menos me gusta es el precio , pero la verdad que calidad precio es la mejor de lejos . No puedo poner mas cosas porque la tengo poco tiempo , espero os sea de ayuda para tomar una decisión
