Bought this along with another swing after seeing a review that mentioned this one was enormous (with picture of their 7 year old in it!). Got both swings at the same time and immediately noticed a significant size difference just between the boxes. I didn’t even bother putting my 20 month old toddler in it to check – I took the smaller swing right out to our playset and hung it up. Even that one has plenty of room for him at this point in time.
It’s sort of a shame because I liked that the red colour would have matched our swing set better than the other swing, which only came in green; I was also excited about the straps to hang the swing over a tree, thinking it could be fun for camping.
This would, however, be awesome for a chunkier kid, or even an older kid who is unable to safely support themselves on a traditional flat swing.

The swing seems very well constructed, akin to those you find in public playgrounds, so sturdy, but comfort isn’t exactly to be expected. Not that any child would mind or even likely notice. Received earlier than expected. Simple installation. My only complaint was the manner in which it was packaged. The sides were zip tied together to make it narrow enough so as to fit in a rectangular box as opposed to a square box. Unfortunate choice. Due to the rigid nature of it’s structure, it is not springing back to an open shape. I have placed an object inside in order to hold it open to its intended width. Hopefully with time and heat it will maintain it’s intended shape instead of the narrow state it currently holds. Fortunately I have the time to wait as the recipient won’t be able to use it until the spring. Fingers crossed that it will reshape appropriately.

While this product looks well made and I would love to use it for my kids, it’s WAY TOO BIG. I bought it for my 8 mo old and 2 year old, thinking it was roughly the size of the toddler swings at the park. However, upon opening I see it’s TWICE the size. The attached picture is of my SEVEN YEAR OLD, and you can see it’s roughly the right size, if not a touch big, for him. the circumference of the top is 43″! You could fit a smaller adult in that opening. The listing should clearly state it’s an oversized swing, as this is NOT for your average 2-5 year old.

Overall I am very happy with this swing. I bought this swing for my 9 month old, as of right now we are not aloud to go to parks due to them being closed. It is exactly like the baby swings at the park with the exception that the chains are coated in rubber plastic which Is an added bonus and the actual bucket seat is bigger. The seat being so big is a little bit of a down fall as it is big for my baby but at least it’s a swing that’ll last for a few years before she grows out of it.

Great quality swing! I attached it to our swing set in the back yard and it’s really nice, very similar to a swing you’d see at the park but the seat is on the bigger end. Which is actually nice because my kids will be able to use it for a long time.
The chain seems to have a very durable rubber on it and I think it will last well.

Ordered this swing for my two and a half year old to use indoors over the winter. It’s the same size as a park swing. He is big for his age (size of a 4 year old) and fits perfectly in this swing. I do agree it isn’t suitable for a 6 month old like some people were saying even though the description says differently. Super easy to install.

I really wanted to like this swing, but it’s just too big to be safe. It does say it’s meant for a 2-5 year old, but also referrs to it being perfect for a baby. It’s just too big to be safe. I don’t know any 2-5 year old who would be happy in a baby swing. They are meant for babies, and so it seems weird that it would not be intended for a smaller human. Even my 3 year old was small in this swing.

So happy with this purchase!! Our 20 month old son was so excited to see it hanging in our yard and he really enjoys it. The leg openings are really not much larger then the swings at our local parks. We have hung it from a strong branch and it’s quite sturdy. Recommend!!
