Unfortunately the back bracket is exactly where the power cord is for my 55” Samsung TV. So while the TV fits perfectly on this stand, it won’t hook in if the power cord is plugged in. Which means I have a great piece of art hanging on the rack! See picture for more details. While this thing definitely works, I wish I knew there was an issue for my tv. Would recommend for others if they do not have this issue.

I was looking for a universal base to use with an older 60″ flat screen weighing just over 80 lbs. While scanning through the many offerings on Amazon, I noticed this one and it seemed to meet my necessary specs – could support over 100 lbs. (having some margin of excess capacity – good), and fit panels up to 70″. Plus, the cost seemed reasonable.
The package arrived and it immediately was obvious that it was well-packed. The assembly instructions were crystal clear (as in idiot-proof), and all of the installation fasteners were packaged in clearly marked individual packaging by assembly step. After confirming all parts were in the box, I proceeded to assemble the base. All parts fit as they should and the actual assembly probably took all of 15 minutes if that. I then attached the mounting brackets to the back of the TV panel, lifted then panel onto the stand and was done. I need to mention that this stand includes a large variety of hardware and spacers to allow fitment of the mounting brackets to many different sizes and types of TV. It was very easy to determine which four screws my TV required. Also, the stand provides excellent height adjustment – you have choices for positioning the mount bars on the stand itself, and you also have the ability to adjust the placement of the mounting brackets on the TV panel. Well thought-out design.
Once installed, the TV was extremely stable. And a nice finishing tough on the stand was the inclusion of two velcro fasteners on the back of the stand to permit routing the cables down the stand so that they are hidden when viewed from the front. That made for a very clean installation. I’ve had problems in the past with items requiring assembly that are manufactured in that certain large Communist country, (e.g., missing parts, parts not fitting, etc.) , but not this one. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice looking heavy duty TV stand.
I would add that the negative reviews posted are for the 32″ – 65″ stand, not this beast of a 40″ – 80″ stand. I don’t know about the smaller stand, but the larger one I’m reviewing was perfect for this discriminating reviewer – I send crappy products back immediately, but this one is absolutely a keeper.

There is no doubt the sturdiness of this stand would have been excellent. Unfortunately one of the bars included in the set up was clearly from a different product and too short. I tried for a week to contact the supplier to have it replaced with the correct part and left many messages both e mail and voice. No response so I returned it to Amazon.

I can feel that the metals used are not very thick and it worries me that this stand may not be able to hold the weight they state it can hold. If you have a TV that is close to the maximum weight limit of this stand I do not recommend this stand. I think it will give you much more peace of mind to just mount the TV on the wall rather than use this stand.
It was also poorly made as some of the screw holes did not align to the point where the screw could not be put in the hole.
It was fairly easy to put together however, due to the misalignments in the brackets it made it much more difficult than it should be.

I didn’t want to put holes in my wall this is a great bracket holds my 65 np and super sturdy

Yes, it will hold up to the adverstised weight but the horizontal bars have a ton of slop in the bolt holes. Need to place tv off centre and be very careful about balancing the tv so it doesn’t droop to either side. Manufactured incorrectly; main horizontal post has cable keepers on the front instead of the back and is one piece as opposed to what’s shown in the picture. The mounting for the horizonal bars is different/weaker than what’s shown in the picture as well.
Overall, it doesn’t inspire confidence.
Will be replacing with a low cabinet type stand when I can find a decent one at a good price.

Work has advertised. Took 30 mins to install. Very stable on the table, does not wobble. You are able to elevate it from the table which create space to add things on the table.

Someone else mentioned that the sticky footers on the bottom seem to not hold well and will eventually slide in one direction. Exact same thing happened to me. Noticed my television slowly starting to tilt backwards over the period of a week. Took if off the mount and the entire back row of footers had slide about halfway toward the front.

Buen producto fácil de instalar con una oled LG de 65 pulgadas proporciona buena altura para evitar distorsión de sonido en la sound bar

Just finished setting up the new TV on my new TV stand after making several height adjustments to get it just right. Assembly was straightforward. However, I spent more time getting the height right than actually putting the table top stand together.
I bought this table top stand because I wanted to raise the TV high enough to allow me to slip the sound bar underneath the TV without blocking the bottom part of the screen. The legs that were included with the TV were just too short. The mount fit my Sony 55″ X80J TV perfectly.
A few things that prevented me from giving it 5 stars include:
a) Rubber feet – The adhesive was old and upon removing the rubber feet from the backing, the adhesive separated making one of the feet useless. I had to buy another full set of replacement rubber feet. Fortunately, Amazon also sells these with one-day delivery so I wasn’t delayed too much with the rest of the assembly.
b) M6x30 screws (Metric) – The supplied screws were too short and the supplied washers were Imperial size (not metric) so the diameter was too small to fit the metric screws. I had to go to Home Depot to get longer M6x40 screws, M6 washers, and M6 lock nuts (lock nuts were not included).
Other than these two issues, the TV table mount stand works as designed and is a nice edition to my home theatre setup.

The package arrived with the box damaged …not sturdy enough for the heavy weight of the stand…then a part plus several screws were missing requiring a visit to a hardware store to purchase more……
I am usually satisfied with purchases from Amazon but this was not one…

I installed this stand on my LG TV (65″, 45.2lb, less than half the maximum weight specified for this product). Installation was easy and the TV stand was stable when I tested it after installation. I put the TV back on the cabinet and everything was great for a week.
Well, until I woke up last Sunday morning from a loud crash in the living room. The TV had fallen over and my brand new $1300 TV was broken beyond repair. I started looking for clues on what went wrong and eventually found the culprit: The TV stand stands on six rubber feet which are glued to the bottom of the stand. Apparently the glue is not very strong and the unequal weight distribution led the rubber feet to slowly move from the front edge towards the center (see picture). This lowered the front of the stand, ultimately causing the TV to topple.
Needless to say I am angry and in contact with Amazon to ensure that the product is removed from the market place. Please upvote if this product should still be available. Let’s make sure nobody else gets his TV damaged by this flawed product!
