Easy to clean , easy to use, very good value for money . Works better then another one that I had that was way more expensive.
Not too loud either ! I’m very happy with this grinder.

Great company size. Mirror works great. The blade stays in place so it’s harder to clean. It’s very easy to use. Just put lid on and press the button.
I was happy with you either get chunks or A very fine dust there wasn’t much of an in between.

Blade mills are better than burr. Burr mills won’t give the fine grind that coffee aficionados demand. Worried about sediment? Coffee is primarily a suspension, and fine grind in a percolator yields no noticeable sediment. Same with espresso. Compared to two other blade mills that I have purchased recently, Rival and Proctor Silex, this one is best. The motor is faster, the blades more closely located to the edges of the bowl, and the motor is quieter. In 15 seconds, it gives a finer grind than the other two. The bowl is lined with metal (unlike Proctor Silex) to keep the coffee from sticking. Having the grounds stick reduces the evenness of the grind, and adds to the cleanup time. Rival has an indentation in the bowl between the metal portion and the plastic area, which gets clogged. Not so with Black & Decker.

Works great, especially for ‘bud’. But this contains BPA and Styrene. Located the warning on the box.
Very dissapointed in BLACK+DECKER for creating a product that can be harmful like this.

There is a WARNING on the box stating the following “This product can expose you to chemicals including Styrene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, and Bisphenol-A, which is known to the State of California to cause health defects or other reproductive harm”.

Was very upset when I opened the package to see a warning on the outside that this grinder is coated with both Biphesnol-A and Styrene.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE to use these chemicals in products in this day and age. BPA is a well known chemical that has been definitively linked to hormone disruption, birth defects and cancer.
FYI, BPA is a xenoestrogen and is linked to inappropriate breast growth and testicle shrinkage in males and not to mention it completely trashes the environment as well.
It should be pure stainless steel PERIOD.
Styrene is a KNOWN HUMAN CARCINOGEN. Absolutely livid that Black and Decker coated their products in this garbage.
Stay safe and do not buy this.

I would recommend avoiding this product. I used it for a few months and during that time it worked great! Ground up coffee, nuts and spices really fine. The issue is with the button mechanism which is activated by pressing down on the cover. The button got jammed and I just couldn’t unjam it! And I think that sent the motor into overdrive cause I could hear it spinning way faster than normal until the inevitable happened, and smoke started pouring out of it! So I would say avoid this for anything other than extremely light use; no more than the beans for 1 cup of coffee a day.

I was about to give this 3 stars as a mediocre but cheap grinder that can be useful to alot of ppl. However, It broke down on me before I got into my fourth use. This thing is really not built to last.
Beyond that, I noticed the warning for BPA and styrene on the front when I was looking into the return. I know now some other reviews point it out but there’s no reason to buy a product that still uses BPA and styrene. This thing shouldn’t even be legal to sell in the first considering what we know about these compounds now.
