Good product – then died in 3 months of use due to faulty activation button. The button just fails to engage rendering it useless. The contacts in the button must be junky.
Seems lately with Amazon there is no way to easily sort out failed products.

This worked very well at first but then it started to rotate off centre. I am disappointed. It often starts rotating properly but as soon as it is placed into the milk it goes off centre and does not have enough power to do the job.

I was initially very pleased when this item arrived as I wanted to use it to make milk shakes. However, after one month and light usage it stopped working! I changed the batteries several times but to no avail; not sure if I have been unlucky or the unit is poor quality but I would (and will) look elsewhere for a replacement!

This whisk will froth up a jug of hot milk in seconds for perfect frothy coffee. Too powerful to just use in in the cup but in a jug – PERFECT.

This came WAY quicker than I had been told/thought. The quality is amazing for the price, instructions and info cards are thorough. I would purchase again and I would use this company again. Used it for my tea this morning and worked amazing. You do have to hold the button down to use but it took only a few seconds to blend for me!
