The vendors app only allows for 1 single user account to sign in and use the app period. They state it is for your “safety/security”. Then the app requires location services to be enabled just to connect it to wifi. It also wants to allow the camera to connect to other devices on your home network. Those are way more of a security concern than only letting 1 account to login to the app. Not sure how this company thought only allowing 1 account to sign into the app and link the camera to would work as a “baby” monitor.
Also the website listing states that the camera supports “SD Card”. This camera will only support a “micro” sd card.
The use cable that comes with it to power the device is only 7 feet long. That sounds like it is long but if you are having to run it from an outlet to the location you actually want the camera that is not long at all. Instantly boxed back up and returned to Amazon. Another note, there are several other cameras out there that support wireless 5G that are around the same price.

Works very well. Set up is easy and user friendly , and it was easy to share so it could be setup on both our phones. Picture quality is really good, Occasionally it will look slightly pixelated so his face looks a little freaky – but the camera is more than adequate to ensure he’s safe and happy.
I LOVE the motion and cry alerts , its the perfect sensitivity and gives me peace of mind when cleaning etc that if im not watching the camera for a minute, the alerts will let me know if he stirs.
I’m considering getting a few more -for the upstairs and maybe the front door for safety. So very easy to use.

Love it for the price. I have a more expensive camera that does not lag as much but I paid $200 for that one. This one is only about $30 and does the same things with a bit of lag. For the price saving, I would buy this any day.

Great baby monitor/camera! Very sleek looking, not bulky like other brands. It has a very wide angle view which is a huge plus, thus eliminating the need of rotation function. Very clear and crisp image. I am very pleased with this camera and would buy again for another room of the house. It’s a plus that it can connect with my Alexa echo.
Definitely worth the money.

I have been having trouble finding an inexpensive security/baby camera that actually works with Alexa. This one does. Their support department is also very quick to respond and helpful. There is a minor issue where the camera goes to “Buffering” after about an hour. You can disconnect and reconnect to get it going again. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

Awesome camera, totally worth the price! Extremely impressed with the night vision. in particularly; it is literally crystal clear.. perfect for Keeping an eye the baby at night.
The picture quality in general is bright vivid and crisp.
The two way talk range is terrific, my home on the first floor is about 900 ft.². I can hear the baby all the way on the other side of the house.
The cry detection feature has come in handy on so many occasions over the past couple of months of owning this monitor.. i’m very happy that I chose this model for this feature alone..
So many other helpful features as well!
The battery life amazes me, I get a good 3 days of use out of it on one charge .
I highly recommend this monitor!.

Best $36 I ever spent! We use this camera in our nursery. We live in a tiny condo, and I couldn’t justify spending $180 on an actual baby monitor. This works great! Has excellent night vision and sound quality. I can even talk to baby through my phone and the camera. We are so happy with our purchase. I will say there is a super bright blue light that I had to put tape over since it’s in a nursery and was hard on the eyes, but other than that you cannot go wrong with this camera. Gives me such peace of mind.

We got this as a replacement baby monitor for our 2 year olds room. There is definitely some good and bad to this monitor but we felt disappointed in it for our use.
Good- the quality is amazing and the ability to take pictures and play back pictures is great. I liked that I could see my sons room from work.
Bad- it requires a subscription to use firstly. Secondly, in using it on our phone the notifications were never loud enough to hear when he was actually awake. It used a lot of internet, and if there was an internet outage the camera wouldn’t work at all. I tried leaving my phone unlocked to hear the video in now time but it wouldn’t always capture his sounds or movements therefore it didn’t work for the purpose we wanted. Lastly?l, the cord was cheaply attached to the actual camera. It broke off despite not being touched since installation. We’ve only had the camera like a month and a bit.
Sadly I wanted it to work, but we will be going back to a different monitor.

I was very impressed with this camera until it died completely. It took less than a month to die, which is decidedly unimpressive. But for a while it was great. It had a wide angle. Its night vision was bright and clear. Its microphone and speaker were both clear and worked well. We were using it as a baby monitor and, in most regards, it was vastly superior to the actual baby monitor it replaced. (The app you need to use with it has some serious issues, but the camera itself was great). BUT!!!! One night it just died. The picture stopped updating. I tried to power cycle it using the app but it said it couldn’t connect. I did some troubleshooting and eliminated the wifi and power supply as potential causes. Not even the factory reset button did anything. The camera is simply dead. Kaput. Gone to a better place. I submitted a service/help request to the manufacturer and am still waiting for a response. One way or another, it’s going to be returned. Whether the manufacturer will replace it or if we’re going to buy something else instead remains to be seen.

Works fine… Worth for the money.
Don’t spend $100+ on baby cameras
Not sure why app needs location. Don’t give location permission

first off, just so you know how i rated this. our house hold is a brand new home that is fully smart. we have over 100 items connect to our wifi and are running internet 600. so that tells you we know what we are talking about when it comes to electronics and this has nothing to do with internet speeds.
this product could have been a 5 star easily but one of the draw-ins to this device is that it is amazon and google ready, it is not good enough. we use our phones and google devices like hubs and casts, having it run fully on your phone is just not possible sometimes
Pros:
– good picture with an option to pick 360p or 1080p in case your internet isnt the greatest
– the app is pretty easy to use and has some good functionality
– connects quickly to your phone and you can see right away with no lag
– easy to share the account if you have more then one person looking through the baby monitor (mom/dad)
– it actually is priced better then it should for what you get
Cons: PLEASE NOTE, any con outweighs pros if the purpose of the device includes safety
– too many notifications (minor issue). hard to explain as some people might like this, but the minute you put the baby down you instantly get 4 notifications.
– there is a 20 second delay with any amazon or google devices
– this means that if you connect through a screen or a cast it is 20 seconds out and that’s unacceptable
when you have a new born, 20 seconds is life or death if your kid is having any issues.
Due to the major con i cant give this a 5 star since it is being advertised as a baby monitor. with that being said, this devise works if you are purchasing for a baby that might be older then 18 months. the delay on devices isnt as much of an issue since at 18 months you will know if your baby has any health concerns. if they do, do not get this device.

Purchased this camera to use as a secondary baby nursery camera (sometimes he sleeps in different rooms of the house during the day). The camera arrived in a nice package and with all pieces included. Easy to set-up and use. The two way talk works well, and it‘s very easy to hear/understand the person speaking. It allows me to view our camera from any distance which is a great improvement over a non WiFi baby monitor which has a limited distance (we couldn’t walk across our house with the monitor without the connection cutting out on our typical baby monitor). I would definitely recommend this for anybody who wants good quality for an amazing price!

This works great as a live camera, and the mic works well too. Night vision displays well in black and white, and the 2 way communication works well too. But… the storage and playback are horrible. Even when I paid the extra money for cloud storage and playback, that didn’t fix the issue. When I click on cloud storage the playback scrolls to midnight. When I move the time towards any other time, it automatically sets back to midnight. It only records when the camera detects motion, which it does miss things at times. But even when you try to view the times it does detect motion, it usually scrolls back to midnight. Very frustrating. This product is best used as a live monitor only until they fix the software. Hopefully by the time you’re reading this they’ll have a fix!
