Jlet –
This is perfect for an rv or travel trailer. It saves so much space. I promptly threw away all of my lids and replaced them with this and it functions perfectly for what I need it for. No regrets.

Good back up for a glass lid that broke for my pot set. Set had warranty but not on the lids ☹️
Handle came off the glass lid. Lagostina set and they could not replace the lid even if I paid for it.

Nice quality, Works well, easy to clean. One small drawback is that the lid sits low on the pan, so the lid is closer to the food than with a conventional lid.

The lid is well made and a decent value. I would give it five stars if it fit the product I purchased it for, and was advertised as fitting. It is advertised as 9.5″, 10″, and 11″. This might seem like I am being too picky, but strangely the pans are very sensitive to the ring diameter in order to fit. The actual steps in the lid are 9 3/8″, 10 3/16″ and 11″. It absolutely will not fit a 10″ pan, which is what I have. The second step needs to be just under 10″, not slightly larger than 10″, or it wont fit. In my case this means something between 9 3/4″ and 10″. It will fit a 9.5″ pan and an 11″ pan (as advertised), but not a 10″ pan. I guess it would also fit a 10.375 to 10.5″ pan, but not a 10″ pan
I thought about giving it fewer stars, but i figured that if they fixed the advertising description, that would not be a fair rating. I likely will not return it due to it not being that expensive, and figured that it would sort of fit other things for now. Unfortunately, I now wonder if other vendors advertising a 10″ lid will fit a 10″ pan now.

I have a number of pots and pans in the kitchen and some are missing the lids as they were dropped or damaged. This solved the issue as it fits multiple sizes. It fits snuggly and is lighter than the original lids due to its design. The centre part is glass while the rim is plastic. With it being lighter makes it easier to handle and less likely to drop.

Since I ordered a couple different sizes of these, figured I would chime in.
I don’t know how high people who say these melt have their burners, but I have used these to cook both meat and fish in Calphalon saute pans that did not come with lids (and bought many years ago). I have a glass top stove, and even though easy to clean, everything surrounding it is not. So I usually have to set up a couple of fold up grease guards around each pan to contain any splattering.
Bought these so I didn’t have to always do that. I have used them with pans on medium and medium high heat, with no issues. Anything beyond that, you are gonna burn what you are cooking anyways….
Anything I have that I use on high heat, such as pots I boil water in, has their own glass and metal ringed lid. But, i threw one of these on one of those pans, just to see what would happen, and nothing melted or smelled.
But hey, it IS silicone, and I imagine it WILL melt if something is cranked long enough.
Use your best judgement on how high of heat your burners put out, and use accordingly.
Update: No issues still, ordered a 2nd one for another 10 inch pan I have, as I find myself cooking with both of them sometimes and only had one cover.

It’s a nice pot lid. To start off, I would say forget the sizes that they recommend in the description. Yes the sizes they list are the edges at the end of the pot lid which allows the lid to more securely seal the pot. However, due to the silicone material, as long as the edge of your pot forms a flat surface, this lit can seal any pot very well. The silicone is soft enough to partially mold around the ledge of whatever sized pots you have (granted it isn’t too small or large so as to not meet with the silicone parts of the lid). So for me this has been the go to lid that I would reach for in my cabinet full of assorted pots and lids. In terms of durability, I’ve dropped this lid a few times. Due to the silicone that circumscribes the lid, the lid itself is actually quite drop proof. Obviously hurling it off the roof is a no go (haven’t tested this), but if you were cooking and drop it off of your counter, chances are this lid will be fine. This is not something I could say about other glass with stainless steel rimmed lids on the market. And finally, and this is likely the only bad thing I wuld say about this item, is that the silicone (as per all silicone materials) doesn’t clean very well. The surface won’t be as clean as it would be after the first clean. And overtime (depending on your dishwasher, detergent or handwashing technique) the silicone could take on a whiter shade (as if there’s a layer of powder on it). I’m sure if you google, there will be ways to eliminate this but I personally have never bought cookware for the look and purchase these things for utility. So in terms of how this lid looks, I don’t care all that much. I will say thought, despite all the usages, repeated washings and more than a few drops, the lid has performed superbly. Doing exactly what I need it to do and replacing some of the original lids that came with the pots and pans I had. So I could whole heartedly recommend this item. Again, if you have a set of cookware that’s aesthetic, don’t count on this lid being great looking for too long. If you’re a college student in need of a lid that goes with anything (as long as its within the sizes they recommend) then this is perfect and will do the job every time.
Bonus: If you’re a cast iron pan user (i.e Lodge), this lid is great. I never wanted to buy a cast iron lid for when I cook burgers or steaks, so this lid has been a great alternative. The clear top also makes it easier for me to inspect the cooking progress while the silicone is heat resistant enough to work with the cast iron. Again also, the silicone creates a great seal with the side of the cast iron pan so that’s also a plus.

This is not a very good product. It is very basic – in a sense that it keeps your food from splattering all over the place. However, it fogs up within 7 seconds or so when placed on a hot pan with food that gives off steam – that’s pretty much everything. Then you can’t see anything.
Universal Design:
We bought the 9.5″, 10″, 11″ model. Yup, it fits our 11″ frying pan just fine.
Tempered glass & food-grade silicone & BPA Free:
I’ll have to take their word on this. I’m not a chemist. Tempered glass – not going to drop it on the floor and see if it breaks. Food-grade silicone – again, we’ll have to take their word on this. BPA free – BPA is found in many plastic products. This doesn’t have any plastic in it, just silicone, which is BPA free.
Easy to clean & maintain:
Yup, wash it and it gets clean. Will the silicone edge deform or deteriorate over time? I don’t know. Speculation. The fogging problem is so quick and bad, I’ll be throwing it out if I can find a Te-Chef or T-fal that will fit my pan. Out Te-Chef almost fits our new pan, and I love it, but almost doesn’t quite cut it. If I can modify the Te-Chef to fit, this one goes in the trash bin.
Easy to view & sleek modern design:
Easy to view – not even close. Well, unless you just use it to cover a stone-cold pan. Once you place it over a hot pan, it only takes about 7 seconds to be completely fogged up. And you can’t see a thing. I look at my omelets, through the glass, to see when I need to flip them. With this lid, you have to open it up and let all the heat out of the pan to see what’s going on. Sorry, but this isn’t going to work. If the glass was higher in the middle and the sides a little steeper, the condensation might be able to run down to where you could see your food inside.
Sleek & modern design – I suppose, bt that’s its downfall. I like the silicone handle. It stays cool as expected.
100% Money back guarantee:
I threw away all the packaging and have used the product for about three weeks, so I don’t usually try to initiate a return under such circumstances. It’s only $16 plus tax. I think I can afford to throw that in the toilet, but I do want to let others know that this isn’t that great of a product. If you don’t care about seeing your food through the glass, then this is a good product for you at a great price. For me, I bought it for the glass, so I could see my food.
One last problem:
The vent is way too small. Steam seems to only come out through the edges of the lid. The tiny vent hole instantly gets plugged up with condensate and overall is just inadequate as far as size. When it’s plugged (always), you can push down on the handle and it will pop out the condensate plug and start to vent in conjunction with the venting from around the edges. The it plugs up again. Kind of annoying and definitely a poor design or afterthought feature.
Buyer beware. Or rather buyer be informed.
We’ll see if Walfos-US reads this and reaches out with a response.
Amazon fan –
I received the small and large lids much earlier than expected and they both fit my pots perfectly. I can’t comment on durability yet but so far they have held up well. I am not putting them in the dishwasher as I want to keep them looking like new. I’m very pleased with this purchase
Barcham –
This is exactly what I was looking for. For the longest time I have been using the lid from my stainless steel cookware set on my cast iron and T-fal pans, even if it didn’t fit anywhere close to properly. Finally, I just had enough of poorly fitting lids sliding into the pan or sliding off the pan altogether, so I started looking for a lid that would fit a few different sizes of pan. I considered getting one with a stainless rim but just didn’t like the look and eventually decided on this one, and I am really glad that I did. It fits my T-fal non-stick pan very well and fits my various sizes of cast-iron skillets perfectly, and that is what was really important to me. My cast-iron pans are very old, over 75 years, and they were not that particular about being precise in their sizing back then I guess. But this pan fits them as good as I could possibly have imagined. I enclosed pics of my T-fal titanium pro skillet and one of my old cast iron skillets to show how the cover fits. Both are ten-inch pans. It also fits my stainless steel stock pot and other stainless casserole pots, so it will become my main lid unless I have multiple pots going at once.
Now I will need to get the smaller size to cover my smaller skillets and sauce pots because for whatever reason, the lids from my set of stainless pots just do not fit my other skillets or pots and either fit inside the rim or outside the edge and slide off. This lid in a smaller size will solve that problem once and for all.
For anyone worrying about the silicon retaining odours or tastes, you have nothing to worry about. The first thing I cooked under this lid was salmon and the lid retained no odour at all and was very easy to clean, requiring little more than a wipe with a soapy sponge to wipe off the bit of oil that had splattered up. I have other silicon tools in my kitchen which have lasted years without any problems and expect this to give me just as reliable service.
The handle on the lid is also made of silicon, or it is silicon coated, and has a nice surface which is easy to grip and will not slip and slide out of your hand. If you are looking for this kind of lid, I can’t recommend it highly enough. It fits my needs perfectly and maybe it will fit yours as well.

Picture this. Your significant other brings home a brand new, shiny pan. You do her a favour and take it out of its package to clean it before use. You’re generally a clumsy person and lo and behold, the lid slips through your little butter fingers and smashes on the kitchen tile. Glass everywhere. Tears start pouring because you feel so awful. Fast forward about a year and you still haven’t replaced the lid. Until one day, you find it on Amazon! And woah, this one is even better because it fits several lids! In theory, it sounds great. In reality, it’s quite annoying to use and takes a lot of force to stay on a pot/pan. If you’re anything like myself, this’ll probably lead to pasta spillage all over your stovetop. Overall, it’s an okay lid and it does the trick. Just be careful!
