One use and our Keurig was back to normal operation. Easy to use just follow the instructions. Our Keurig was not making full chips and kept going into cleaning mode. Tried all the online recommendations and nothing worked till I used descaler.

This descaler is a fairly weak solution which doesn’t do a very good job. I won’t be buying it again.

I like that Amazon wants to know how the flavour was. I didn’t try it but I’m thinking it probably isn’t that great but likely exactly what you would think so no surprises.
The descaler works just fine. If you know why you need it, you’re likely familiar with a descaler. It does what it says.

Needed to descale my Keurig. Instructions said use 1/2 a bottle. Descale light still came on after using half a bottle so did it again using the remaining 1/2 bottle. Useless, descale light still coming on and Keurig still pouring very slow. Do not recommend!! Sent remaining bottle back and requested a refund

Don’t waste your money on this one. White Vinegar works much faster than this descaler. Yes, your home for a few hours will smell of a French fry stand but your machine will work good as new for much less money. I wouldn’t buy this again. I was not happy with the results. It barely helped. Once I used a few cups of vinegar it was like magic.

I use this stuff to clean a variety of items (keurig, kettle, coffee pots etc.) and it works well. Not sure why flavour was a rating option…It’s descaling liquid of course it tastes awful so make sure the machine is thoroughly rinsed after cleaning and before use! As long as everything is properly rinsed, the resulting beverage tastes great!

Ninja coffee bar clean light still on after using this descaler. Tried it at the recommended strength, then tried it at concentrated strength. Followed manufacturer’s instruction for 4 hour clean both times. Supposed to be good for 4 cleanings, used it all with no results

Used as per instructions. Did it work? I have no idea other than our Keurig still works! Good value though as you get 4 treatments for less than one of the Keurig product. Delivery was in two days with Prime.

Very disappointed with result, product wasn’t fit for purpose. Instructions state use half of solution in water reservoir topped with plain water and run programme. Did this twice , machine still needed descaler programme. Had to use another product to complete process, this is a fairly new machine only 2 months old.

It costs as much as the nespresso ones do, but do not get the job done. i’ve literally used both bottle over 2 months now…that’s 4 applications. and my nespresso light continued to rapidly blink because it still needed descaling.
after each use, it would be okay for 2 weeks and then it would need descaling again. save your money, just get the nespresso descaling solution. it’s practically the same price.

I was having problems with my delonghi coffee machine. The pump sounded like it was under too much pressure and was struggling a lot, pumping on and off intermittently, not delivering a nice flow of water through the coffee. When I did get some water through to make the espresso I was getting no Crema and the taste was nasty. I may as well of just had a few scoops of some dog s*^t instant coffee.
Thankfully this has sorted the problem out a treat! I used a while bottle diluted into a full reservoir of my machine, they only suggest half, but from the sounds of the instructions that was for smaller machines than mine. After passing it all through and then a another full reservoir, just with water, I made a coffee and to my delight the machine is back in top form giving me that sweet nectar!
Only con was that one of the bottles was leaking slightly when it arrived, so they were both wet and slimy when I got them put the packet; not much had come out though so I wasn’t going to send them back. Plus I just wanted to enjoy a good cup of coffee, which I can now thanks to these!

Disappointed!
Thought that I was getting 5 descaled per bottle! Instead got 2 per bottle, so it was a waste of money, and I won’t buy this version of the product again! I thought I was getting a bargain but it works out twice as dear as if I’d bought this through the manufacturer!
