  • Power bar surge protector. ETL listed, this power strip massive outlet expansion features 13 AC outlets and 4 USB charging ports(17W total USB output), which provide power and charging for up to 17 devices from a single wall outlet. Max.power: 1875W (125V~15A)

It seems like everything I buy needs to be plugged in. I’ve had my electrician add extra lines to my panel more than once. However, sometimes, you just need a robust power bar.

This one is great. It has enough outlets to meet most of my needs, and the USB ports allow me to charge my phone, tablet or other device without taking up one of the traditional outlets.

My only complaint is that it is too easy for adapters to “fall out” or get “pulled out”. It can be a little annoying. However, I have only had that happen a couple of times.

    Pros:

+ 13 power sockets with the five parallel sockets on each side widely spaced and 3 in-line sockets in the centre
+ Subtle LED indicators that do a solid job of indicating
+ 45-degree angled plug that is unobtrusive and smugly fits
+ Very good quality power cord, but only of 5m length
+ Four USB ports, but the combined output being only 3.4A; however, 2.4A on any port, if only a single port is used
+ Slim form factor and lightweight with four mount holes (with good quality screws in the package), yet built tough

    Cons:

    – Only 3.4A over all USB ports combined
    – The power cord is only 5 feet long
    – No individual switches for power ports; one master switch that does it all

For 13 sockets and 4 USB charge ports in such a slim and rugged build, this is a great bargain and is the king of power bars for me at the price. I only wish Trond would put in switches for each port, lengthen the cord length by another feet (without any compromise on the existing excellent cable) and beef up the USB ports with a higher charge current capacity (QC2/3/4+?).

TL/DR: Your search has concluded: product recommended; excellent distribution of outlets; has USB power; is mountable; will buy more.

    Review:
Needed to update my older power bar in my network cabinet. I wanted a power bar that could accommodate equipment using larger power plug-in “bricks” and regular plugs without blocking any ports. The USB charging ports adds convenience for equipment using USB for power, again avoiding to plug in unnecessarily large power bricks.

I was also looking at better ways to save space and using the mounting screws to permanently secure the power bar out of the way was feature I was looking for.

I will be purchasing a few more as I gradually “rejuvenate” my entertainment/gaming setups.

had this since Dec 2020 now it is Mar 2021 and in that time my usb ports have died i had 1 thing plugged into 1 of the 4 Usb ports and nothing not a single one works out of the 4 that are on the unit not impressed would not recommend buying this product giving it one star.

I was contacted by the company and they sent a replacement unit as the part was still under warranty so i have changed my review to 3 stars as i feel that even though they made it right by sending a replacement when it was still under warranty it should not have happened in the first place.

I was diagnosed with depression so I bought this and a fork, this works so good that I threw away the fork and I’m happy forever now. 10 out of 10 this will give you the POWER to change your life.

It did what I bought it for. The plugs are not only widely spaced, but well-spaced. (There is a difference). It is easy to just make a huge surge strip and space them out, but to get 13 outlets that are ideally spaced in a reasonably small footprint… this took someone some real problem solving and planning.

They oriented the outlets along the edges so that power bricks that are common for electronics, phone chargers, routers and modems, SFF PCs, etc… can be placed along the outward facing outlets on the edges and they are widely spaced enough so that they don’t block the adjacent plug ports, and instead of blocking two outlets with their length, they just hang over the edge. I was able to consolidate (3) surge protector strips into just this one single surge protector because of how I could utilize the outlets in such a way as I minimized the number of blocked outlets.

Here’s how much I was able to hook up:
    3 x monitors
    1 SFF computer
    2x desktop computers
    1 x NAS
    1 Router
    1 Switch
    2 speaker systems
    1 printer

There are like 7 big power brick plugs in that list, and yeah, I was able to plug 12 devices including several of those big old power bricks that normally block at least 2 Outlets each, in the 13 available plugs. And yes, 1 outlet was blocked and rendered unusable. I had to plan it out, but come on, that’s actually impressive. I hate seeing wires and cable management matters to me.

I highly endorse this surge protector strip. It literally felt like they designed it just for my needs.

First, the good. I’m using all of the plugs for two computer set-ups, both with dual monitors, an unmanaged switch, two NAS drives, and some other auxiliary equipment. This thing replaced three different power bars and for that I’m very happy.

When it comes to the USB slots though it’s painfully slow to charge my iphone, and sadly for me all of the slots for power are used up. My iPhone 7 plus take over eight hours to charge from the USB, but only about 80 minutes when I use the wall charger, so this is pretty disappointing, but only as far as the USB charge piece goes.

Otherwise, I’m really happy and would recommend this product, and I think most people could get it and reserve one of the plugs for their device wall charger.

I bought this so that I could remove the 3, yes 3! home depot brand 8 plug power strips and change to just 1 strip.

I was able to plug everything I needed into this with room to spare! The usb outputs are excellent, I was able to get rid of the 3 seperate wall wart usb block I needed to power my usb camera, my echo input, and my harmony controller and all have no issues running off this devices power. Getting rid of those usb blocks alone made this purchase worth while but allowing me to be able to plug everything else into 1 power strip is amazing. (Yes I am easily amused and excited)

The holes on the outside for mounting are genius I don’t know why other brands don’t do this but I can see me buying more of the smaller strips from this brand just because of the mounting holes

The only way this device could have been any better is if it came with a level because in my first try I screwed it to my wall crooked and my wife was sure to let me know 😛
