The bench arrived 11 days earlier than estimated which was a nice surprise. Had it assembled within 30 minutes and sitting on it on the front porch. This bench was packed well in a box and there were 6 pieces. Very well thought out for simple, easy assembly. Very nice looking bench and fairly comfortable. I purchase a lot of stuff on line and was a bit worried about this one, but so glad I took the chance. It is 100% solid wood. I will without hesitation recommend this bench.

Using bench on outside porch. Easy to assemble, comfortable for two adults, sturdy, nice appearance. Did use spray sealant since location is not protected from rain or heat of sun. Recommend.

It should be easy to assemble. Looks sturdy. Should be comfortable to sit.
However, It was broken when arrived.
Just waste of time.

My wife and son put this together and quickly realized there were multiple issues!
1. Some screw guide holes were not aligned correctly, or completely missing – we had to drill two new holes!
2. One bolt needed a different size allen wrench, not the one included.
3. The front seat support cracked when bolted, will need to use wood glue to secure.
4. Does not feel sturdy, although the bolts are all fully installed it wobbles a bit. I’m concerned it will not safely support the anywhere near the weight capacity in the product description.
While it is pretty, I’m glad my wife and son are handy, they made this work, I would have just sent it back/asked for a refund.

This is an attractive and sturdy bench. The assembly took me 20-30 minutes. The assembly point had mortise and tenon with a screw to hold them together. As with all these types of assemblies I used ,titebond 2, exterior grade wood glue at the joints to help make the joints stronger. As with all wood there are some flaws, they are minor and din’t seem to affect the integrity of the bench. Had I spent more money I would have expected the wood to be 100% clear of defects, knots, feathering etc. This bench was literally half the price of an identical one on Wayfair, with the exact same design and specs. I am happy with this purchase so far
