Now the signal don’t go through correctly.
I did solve the problem by buying a way longer cable. :/

Gender benders are commodity products. You get what you pay for.
There is no need to buy the most expensive one you can find and you should always stay away from low cost devices.
A point to ponder is the metals on the mating parts. If you have gold shelled connectors on your DVI cables, you want a gold coupler to avoid contact issues after about two years, if you have tin shelled connectors, this device is just the job.
This is a mid price Dual Link DVI gender changer, its sturdy and well built. I expect it to last many years.

Didn’t work for older Dell 6200 switch console. Have to buy a proper male-male cable instead

With modern computers having such diverse possibilities for connectivity, this little gem is worth its weight in gold. Virtually all USB cables have a standard USB plug on one end and with this, they both fit into this device, no matter what is on the other end!

This is one unit, not like the product photo shows two unit, also confusing description, says two connectors as shown below…

This has solder pins on one side and a female connector on the other, ie it’s a female socket ready to get soldered to a circuit board
I was twice sent this, so it’s the description that is wrong

I tried to use this gender adapter, according to instructions found online, to charge my Asus Transformer TF300 with the Anker Astro 3 external battery. No sufficient connection was made, so the tablet did not charge. I don’t truly know if the cables or the adapter was at fault, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to do the same with this adapter.

This did not work on 2 different applications so I returned it.

Came fast and safe. Real easy to use due to the high quality of the build, I use mine between a Fire Stick and its cable to a TV, as the cable is multi purpose (swsps to our DVD player and the FS). This coupler was cheaper than getting an extra cable and splitter, plus we haven’t noticed any signal degradation.

My Backup Camera needed to be connected with the supplies 10′ RCA Cord, waaay longer than I needed. This hard-to-find Adapter allowed me to make a direct connection in an inch or so instead – super!

The item is as advertised. Fast shipping and no issues with the seller. It may be a tad on the expensive side for what it is, but the convenience of not having to go out and hunt for it is well worth the extra couple of dollars.
