Skip Hop Baby Changing Pad, Nursery Style, Grey, White

Pros:
-Good size
-Handy to have straps to hold baby down
-Aerial toy keeps baby distracted/entertained as you change them (as they get bigger though, baby may try to climb/pull at toys as ours did)

Cons:
-Sticky adhesives on the bottom of the mat were ineffective
-Most of the product is easy to clean except the strap can absorb some stains
-A little overpriced for what it is (we got it on sale – not sure if we would pay full price. Then again, all baby products seem to be a bit overpriced!)

Conclusion: Does what it’s intended to do considering the points above.

I love the colour and look of this change pad. We bought it to go on top of our IKEA hemnes 3 drawer dresser and it fits with room for a basket too. Very happy with the purchase!

Il fasciatoio non era in un cellofan ma solo nel cartone che ha una grande apertura. Per cui è anche un po’ sporco in un punto.
Il cartone era un po’ rovinato come se fosse stato riusato.
La barra con i giochi è durissima al punto che non si riesce a ruotare senza fare una forza eccessiva rischiando di romperlo.
Dalle immagini sembra che la barra giochi possa essere messa in entrambi i lati ma non è così. La barra può essere solo, guardando il bambino, a destra.
Darò una nuova recensione dopo averla utilizzata un po’

Had refunded after using for 3 months and resulting in a big stain. Always kept clean and over 3 months it developed a large discolored spot even after always wiping. The mobile can only go on one side and the mirrors and everything are sideways so baby cant even see so it’s pointless and we removed it. We now have the keekaroo and find it better and more cushiony although I do find this one enough cushion as well.

Pros: good looking; easy to clean; the hanging mirror design attract baby’s attention during changing.

Cons:
after wipe clean you need to use towel to dry if you want to use right away, otherwise it feels very cold and wet.
The texture is hard and feels cool, my baby cries every time I place her on it even it’s summer time; So as the picture shows i need to place another layer of paper towel/ regular towel to avoid the coldness and cries, which is missing the whole point of getting this product;
The size of this product is on the larger side, so you can use it for longer period on time, but it also makes it hard to pair with the changing table, I usually just place it on the bed or sofa.
The edge is not high enough to protect rollover;
You need to place your baby on it with caution, the hanging object might hit baby’s face;
Maybe suitable for newborn, my baby is 1.5 months now, I feels change her just on the bed is much more easier than using this changing pad, or just using the traditional changing pad with cloth cover, my baby is more comfortable with that one.

I liked the clean and sleek lines of this changing mat compared to others. I find the mobile part to just get in the way and my little boy doesn’t seem to interested in it so have removed it. The actual mat itself is quite heavy but I like that it is easily cleaned and is on a slight slant for unexpected accidents … overall I think it’s quite pricey for what it is.
