Excellent stands for my LG – SPK8 rear wireless speakers.
* Easy to assemble
* Look Great
* Well made
* Speaker wires can be hidden in stands tubing
* Perfect height for my setup
* Bargain price
I almost nearly never bought these because sometimes i look too far into some of the negative reviews and it puts me right off products.
One review claimed these don’t fit the LG – SPK8 rear wireless speakers, well im sorry but thats a lie.
Their is a few different fitments inside the kit including L shaped brackets which i used couple with the extension bar and knob, this adds 3cm in height on the SPK8 speakers, their is flat plates if you want to sit the speaker ontop of the bracket which are the wrong size for my application, their is other various bits and pieces for other speaker applications also.
To fit the LG – SPK8 speakers to the stands requires:
2 x L brackets
2 x (m4 7mm) screws
2 x (m5 12mm) screws
2 x extension bars (adds 3cm in height)
2 x twist knob
**These are all included in the kit**
The L brackets will fit most speaker applications with threaded inserts in the back of speaker providing you have the correct size screw for your speaker.
Also due to the shape of the bar on the stand you can either have the bend facing forward or backwards depending how long your speaker is so your speaker does not hit the stand.
Other screws included are:
2 x m4 (10mm)
2 x m5 (12mm)
2 x 1/4-(20x12mm) (for slotted rear speakers not threaded)
2 x 1/4-(20×1/2″)
Max height with LG – SPK8 speakers:
* Top of speaker to base of stand
Approx 105cm
(+3cm with extension)
* Bottom of speaker to base of stand
Approx 92cm
(+3cm with extension)
Theres not much more to say other than fantasticoooo.
If you liked this review or it helped you out in anyway, please do give it the thumbs up for me 👍🏻
Many thanks Louis

This is a high quality item, with a solid ‘reassuring’ weight. The design means that it’s easy to adjust the height of the speakers, and the base can be rotated (in relation to the speaker) to help with final positioning. Come withe a selection of bolts and fittings for various speakers. Unfortunately, the supplied bolts are too large for the Samsung SWA-9000s speakers. For a few pennies a hardware store will happy sell two M4 bolts and nuts, these work perfectly.

These stands are not universal for every surround sound satellite speaker. I am using them on a Vizio 5.1 system.
The cast iron base is nice and heavy but the casting is sloppy such that the 13 small feet at the bottom are not even and there is some wobble. It comes with self adhesive pads to adhered to the 13 small feet, but are very thin to take out the wobble. The pads do not stick very well either and come off when you move the stand. I purchased thick felt pads to use instead and these removed most of the wobble.
The hole provided in the top of the stem of the stand is too small to fit the speaker wire end connector. So the wire cannot be concealed inside the stem. I had to run the wire outside and zip tied to the stem.
It comes with metal adapters to mount the speakers using either a bottom mount or a back mount. My Vizio speakers have a back rear mount, but the metal mounting adapter affects the speaker magnet and its performance. Non-ferrous adapters such as aluminum or ABS would have eliminated the magnetic interference.
The rear adapter also interferes with the speaker wire connection port.
I ended up mounting it on the bottom of the speaker, but since the Vizio satellite speaker does not have a bottom mounting hole, I had to rig up my own custom mount.
So before you buy these stands, make sure you investigate if there is a better design more adapt for your speakers.

Please mark this as helpful, especially for Vizio people, people complained about the wire pressing against the metal rod(stand), and they are correct, and here’s a solution: As my photos show, by rotating the bracket and not installing it as instructed, you can create plenty of room for the wire, and it seems to still be very well balanced. First assemble the rods attached to the base correctly as instructed, then screw the speaker to the bracket like in my photo instead of screwing the bracket to the stand, then the last thing is to attached the bracket to the vertical stand. Screwing the speaker to the bracket first will allow you to use a screwdriver and make it tight, before attaching the bracket to the stand, because the stand blocks access to tighten the speakers screw…. So screw bracket to speaker securely.

I bought these stands for Samsung SWA-9000 satellite speakers. The included bolts are too large for the keyholes in the back of the speakers. Furthermore the keyholes are too high for the L shaped mounting brackets. The problem is solved by using the flat brackets and the included two-sided tape. The speaker sits on top of the bracket and the bracket is easily attached to the stand. I was concerned about the strength of the adhesive tape but so far it is holding. Assembly was easy. Threading the speaker wire through the base and bottom pole is easy. Threading the upper pole was a challenge because there was an obstruction in one of them. Needle nose pliers are useful to grip the wire when it appears in the bored hole. The stands are stable and look fine. Good value for the money.

These speaker stands are nice. There’s not much for height (36″ max) but they sit at a good height for my recliner.
Pros:
– Many points to customize height and space. The tear drop shape of the base make it so you can turn the base many different directions to make it fit in very specific places in regards to your couch placement.
– The finish on the stands is very rough, almost like a spackle, but it is nice. It shouldn’t be too hard to match any decor
– The base is very heavy and should withstand almost any side force – Should be hard to knock over
Cons:
– Could be a bit taller
– Not easy to hide cords up to the speakers
– Speaker mounts don’t fit all speakers (could only fit 1 screw through the mount)
Overall – Good price for the stands. They work, and I can’t complain. The stands will work for most speakers, but may need some tweaking to make it work for you.

I was desperate to get a budget set of speaker stands quickly. This was a great choice, as these offer good stability and build quality for excellent price and can be delivered next day.
– Easy assembly, enclosed instructions were clear and helpful
– Plenty of screws and brackets provided for various speaker brands
– Compatible with Samsung SWA-9000
– Stable and good looking
– Handy cable management
As mentioned above, they are indeed compatible with Samsung rear speaker set SWA-9000. You just have to buy two M4 bolts, some washers and nuts at your local DIY shop, because the keyhole on the speaker is too small for the bolts provided in the packaging. I’ve also found floor protector pads extremely useful for additional support of the speaker on the bracket to keep it straight and scratch free. See photos for a better idea.
Pulling the cable through the poles was a challenge, but if you pull a string through first (best to do each pole in halves) and then tie it to the cable to pull back again, it’s a fairly easy process with a huge payoff. It looks much tidier that way.
Extremely happy with my purchase. 🙂
PS: I’ve got the stands set to maximum height so that the speakers’ tweeters are slightly above ear level.

If you’re getting these for Vizio satellite speakers, just know that you won’t be able to thread the cable through because of the RCA plug, and that same plug will not *quite* fit perfectly in the speaker attachment. It works, but the speaker will be angled up ever so slightly, and you’ll either want to wrap the speaker cable around the stand (as I did) or just accept an unsightly wire.

Good robust stand that looks the part with nice height adjustment. Supplied with lots of bits but really should have longer M4 screws!
These work with my Samsung SWA-9100s speakers (also would work with SWA-9000s as speakers are identical it seems that 9100 just has no dongle as work directly with my HW-Q800T sound bar). As other reviews state you will need to purchase a longer M4 pan head screw as the longest supplied is only 10mm. I have used these in conjunction with the supplied black washer and a nyloc nut so that the spacing always stays the same no matter how many times you remove the speaker from the stand. It works well.
For the wiring, don’t try and feed the Samsung wire up through the upper pole, this will not work. Take some stiffer wire and feed from the top down. Then take the speaker cable supplied, feed up through the lower pole, tape this to the stiffer cable and pull through the upper pole.
Also purchase for these speakers:
2 x M4 x 16mm Pan head screws
2 x M4 Nyloc nuts

Cleverly designed speaker stands
– Had the entire thing set up and ready within 20 minutes
– Easy to get the cable into the stands (when doing so before assembling them), then they are out of sight
– The feet are super heavy – Anyone wondering how they do on soft carpet: They have no problems standing straight w/o wobbling, just leave the stick on rubber feet/pads off
– The attachments included for mounting the speakers are plentiful, I was lucky I could just use the one mimicking a wall hanger, which took 30 seconds per speaker to mount.
– Good price/value
– Well packaged
10/10 would buy again.

I purchased the Vizio SB36512-F6 soundbar and it comes with 2 rear satellite speakers, so I needed 2 speaker stands for them so I ordered this SANUS Speaker stand. Let me say first off that they work great and my speakers fit perfectly, although I did have to use the speaker screws to attach them to the stand. The only reason they get a 4 star is that the hole to feed your speaker wire through is small, too small or the speaker wire plug to fit through. The wire fits through no problem, but not the plug. If the hole was a little bigger, it would be perfect.
I also love the height adjustable function. I was able to raise the height to the perfect level.
I highly recommend them.

These are excellent. Very discreet thanks to the black powder coating and low profile mount as well as a relatively flat base. The base is well-weighted to prevent tip overs and has cable channels integrated for no pinches. The mount is easy to assemble and fits standard keyholes as well as screw mounts perfectly, and the assortment of hardware included covers most speakers. My only caution (complaint?) is the size of the tubes makes pulling 14ga wire a real struggle. 16 or smaller shouldn’t be an issue, but be warned – you’ll need some sort of fish or lead thanks to the bend in the upper part. Still definitely deserves 5 stars, all things considered.
Xtreme Mayhem –
For the price you can’t really go wrong, as long as they remain stationary and aren’t moved a lot they shouldn’t give you any problems. They seem to be pretty sturdy and, and reasonably durable, but the “clamp” mechanism to secure the top half of the stand and adjust the height seems to be fairly cheaply made. I wouldn’t recommend adjusting it a lot. So far no problems though.
