What an awesome phone !! I bought the 128GB storage / 4gb RAM model. Added a 128gb micro SD card and I’m laughing. Not too much bloatware to uninstall but even let me get rid of Facebook Spyware without rooting !! Cheapest and most amazing phone I’ve had. Buy it and get the cheaper BYOD (bring your own device) price from your provider. Their “free” phones are not “FREE”…Accepted my Bell SIM like butter. BUY IT….. LOVE IT !!! XO

The phone has lots of features that I like, however I have to use my mobile network very often and with this phone I have connection only on the street . When I put the SIM card into the old phone (Galaxy A 5) I reach LTE right away. My network provider said that the problem is in the phone (international version) is made abroad and has problems in Canada. Very disappointed because I bought two phones. I think we should be warned before we complete the sale.

I’m going to attribute this problem to the phone being a refurb, but after 3 days my phone stopped reading SIM cards and according to the phone, no SIM card reader.
I had been messaging and took a call not an hour before and I went to use my mobile data, and the phone said no SIM card was inserted. This was before work started and was inconvenient to say the least.
Luckily I still had my old phone so I wouldn’t have to go without, and the same SIM card worked fine in it.
I tried both slots, multiple working SIM cards , I rebooted many times and even factory reset and it didn’t fix it. The SIM card manager didn’t even show the slots IMEI anymore.
Unfortunately I’ve had to return the phone.

Excellent phone for the price. Keep in mind that this is not a flagship phone but rather a budget phone. Camera is quite good, screen is great and the battery is excellent. The finger print reader works great. Very satisfied with it. Be sure to get a good case for it, as Samsung phones don’t do well when they are dropped.

Il telefono è carino e funzionale, per il prezzo ha molte caratteristiche come fotocamera e sistema operativo Android decisamente ottime. (quindi un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo) il mio unico problema con questo telefono è stato il venditore, che non essendo direttamente Amazon ma un venditore terzo, mi hanno spedito per ben due volte lo smartphone Samsung galaxy A12 da 64 GB invece da 128 che era in offerta, quindi ho preso quello da 64 GB pagandolo come uno da 128 GB, naturalmente l’ho tenuto per urgenza. SCONSIGLIATO

The seal was broken and a plastic clear tape was stuck on it. It did not even come plastic sealed, it came in a ziplock. Returning it.

I absolutely love this phone. I recently upgraded from an old broken S8 and this thing really impressed me. Fast and quick responses, plus the battery if phenomenal. Used only about 7% over 3 or 4 hours while scrolling Facebook. Would definitely recommend. It had Android 10 when I got it and just recently it updated itself to Android 11. Runs even better than it did when I first got it.

Il telefono è di fascia bassa, le cose positive sono la batteria, la presenza dell’NFC che invece viene dichiarato assente e la lettura delle impronte direttamente sul tasto accensione. Ok per chi deve telefonare ed ha poche pretese sul resto: non pretendete troppo da questo telefono. Fate attenzione alle specifiche tecniche, non supporta il wifi a 5GHz.
Ho comprato il cellulare dal venditore Paba Srl. e non è stato dichiarato nella descrizione che l’articolo era brandizzato TIM. Lo smartphone è stato modificato, con una rom non nativa per fuorviare dalla brandizzazione e quindi presentava dei grossi problemi nel software tra cui:
– assenza galleria e impossibile scaricare playstore con il messaggio “app non disponibile per il tuo telefono”;
– assenza di una app di navigazione e impossibilità di installare chrome da google playstore.
Non l’ho restituito perché mi serviva urgentemente ed ho tentato il Factory reset. Si è ripristinato (compresa galleria e browser) in modalità TIM brand, fortunatamente le applicazioni TIM si potevano disinstallare, tuttavia ho perso molto tempo.

compre el móvil por la marca, se suponía fiabilidad y prestigio de marca mas vendida, resulta que a los 3 meses la pantalla se queda en negro pero el móvil si va, escribo a amazon me dicen que es un vendedor externo, la garantía que alardean de la A a la Z, no la cubren no me dicen ni porque, me dirijo al vendedor, se lava las manos y me remite a la garantía de samsumg, les envío el móvil y PAM me dicen que hay que cambiarle un modulo al móvil y que tengo que pagar 85€ que la reparación no entra en garantía sin darme ninguna explicación un móvil con 3 meses que ha tenido un defecto de fabrica un móvil impecable sin un solo golpe, ahora tengo que reclamar a la OCU, me he dado de baja de Amazon prime y nunca volveré a comprar nada en Amazon, NO LO ACONSEJO, ESTAFAN no se hacen cargo de lo que vende estropeado. DECEPCION.
