I have very high requirements for pillows, and I think a good pillow can improve the quality of your sleep. This pillow is very comfortable. Also, it was effective in relieving the pain in my neck and lumbar spine. Also, the pillow comes with two pillowcases that you can swap in and out of to keep clean. I like this pillow very much. It’s excellent quality and reasonable price.

I’ve had this pillow only two nights and a couple of naps and for the first time in two years I did not need nerve blocks in my neck today. I’m also a side sleeper. If I happen to roll on my back, the result is usually a massive headache caused by my arthritic and a degenerative disc in my neck. I rolled on my back last night. No headache. No pain. Neck felt fully supported. I was totally amazed. This is now my only pillow. I read some reviews about odours, on this and other foam pillows. It’s common and fades. I also have a mem foam mattress. This pillow I did not find strong out of the packaging at all. Still, I followed my steps I do for my mattress every sheet change. I sprinkle dried lavender under the fitted sheet and pillow case. Only thing I smell is the relaxing and lulling scent of lavender. So that’s a little tip to those who may be scent sensitive. Find a favourite scent in dried form and sprinkle.
I’ve tried so many pillows with my bad neck. Most have been too hard or too soft. As Goldilocks once said, this one feels “just right”. I highly recommend the Sagino Cervical Memory Foam pillow and so happy I’ve come across it.
Update May 29th: This pillow works so well for me I just ordered two more. One for my son in law with arthritis and one for my daughter who has fibromyalgia. When it comes to pain, even a little relief goes a long way. Both kids have tried my pillow one night each (and my neck felt the loss with agony) and are now anxiously awaiting theirs. Our household is completely sold on these pillows. Thanks Sagino for bringing us relief!

Right from the unboxing I knew this was a quality pillow. The pillow came in its own separate box complete with an extra grey cover. The foam density is just right for my sleeping positions. It reduces my shoulder pain which often wakes me up at night. I like the design and contour. What I didn’t like was the odor when I removed the pillow from its plastic bag used to ship it. It took 3 days for the odor to dissipate. Other than that it is a fantastic orthopedic memory foam pillow and I highly recommend it.

I bought this pillow because of my serious neck problem. I was not used to it at the first 2 nights，cause it was a little high for me. Beyond that，with this pillow，my neck felt very comfortable being gently held. The raised design on both sides of the neck does not affect turning of the head or sleeping on the sidecourse. I also like the design of the other side，though I had no idea about it until I found the graphic representation on the box. When I sleep on my stomach, the front of my suspended neck is supported, which means that my cervical spine can be relaxed whether I sleep on my back, side or stomach. This pillow could not cure my cervical spondylosis, but it do relieve my pain indeed, which was the purpose I bought it. Overall I am satisfied with it.

I have been having constant pains around where my neck and my shoulders meet. Since I am on the computer all the time now for distance teaching, I have been in pain daily. Gave this a test run, and it is not memory foam but a harder foam. At first I thought there is no way this will do anything for me if it is a harder pillow than I am used to. But honestly, I am feeling so much better than before I started using the pillow. It is helping me to feel so much better than I was. Yes, I am still doing the distance teaching, but I am honestly not feeling the shooting pains in my shoulder neck area. This pillow must help keep my night position aligned enough so I am not making it worse… so maybe it is actually healing. Super excited to have found this orthopedic pillow!! And yes, it comes with a pillow case that easily goes on and off for washing.

I work for a spine pain specialist and we were joking about pillows and how they affect a persons sleep, so with the neck pain I’ve been having, and the headaches that have come secondary to them, I decided to get a new pillow. Even with my background, I was skeptical about how much this would actually help, boy was I in for a surprise.
I got the box and it was a little beaten up, however this was at no fault to the company, but everything inside was wrapped up tightly and perfectly clean. As for the smell some people complain of, I cannot honestly comment about it, I’ve had a sinus surgery and have not regained my sense of smell from it, so I haven’t noticed one, but my husband wants me to order one for him too so it can’t be too bad!
The pillow:
There is a low edge that does well to support the low neck (C6,7) as it goes down into the upper back if you use it on your back, but I prefer this side to be down when I lay on my stomach. It’s very comfortable and they’ve put a lot of thought into it, down to arm placement. I prefer the more contoured side when I lay on my back or sides though. It supports my shoulders and head more. It’s higher up but it keeps the spine aligned in both positions, so it doesn’t put any weird pressure on my nerves.
When I wake, sans a headache and neck pain, it’s a little strange not to immediately reach for a headache medicine, but it’s absolutely fantastic. This pillow is solid but not heavy, it’s less than 3lbs I believe. But it is not fluffy, so if you want a feather pillow that will still support your neck, this will not be it. However, being realistic, I really feel this is a great pillow, especially for the cost, and I highly recommend it!

This is a great ergonomic pillow. It came in high quality packaging and included a nice cover too. I’m a fussy sleeper, often waking up in all kinds of postures, but with this pillow I stopped waking up with neck pain. I also had less dead-arms as my arm had a comfortable position to place (on the pillow)!
The thickness of the memory foam is perfect, just enough to feel supported throughout the night but not so thick that you feel like you’re sleeping on a rock. It’s really a great balance. Keep in mind that it did come with a slight scent that’s typically for memory foam, but nothing out of the ordinary. I let it air out for a day and it was good to go. Overall great purchase, highly recommended!

This pillow is incredible! Because it is very comfortable, it is not too hard or too soft. I am a sleeper on the side and back. When I wake up, I always feel very painful in my neck, but after using it for a period of time, I find that the pain in my neck has eased and the quality of sleep has improved. I cannot say that the neck pain has disappeared 100%, because the cause of the neck problem is also related to my sleep habits. I am very satisfied with the pillow and have already recommended it to friends and family. It is strongly recommended that you also try this pillow, it can definitely afford the price, if possible, I will give it 10 stars.

This is a really nice pillow, the shape and wedge can firmly support and protect my neck while sleeping, it can keep my head and neck stable and it prevents me from hurting my own neck. It is pretty awesome that the pillow has two different height on each side, so no matter if I’m sleeping on my back or on the side, I can find both comfortable and supportive position to sleep. My neck and back pain got a lot better after I start using this pillow. It might take a few days to get used to it, but after you get used to it, you can’t fall asleep without it. I really like that it comes with two pillowcases so that I don’t need to get another pillowcase when the one I’m using gets dirty and needs to be washed. I hate that I didn’t find this pillow and bought it earlier. Definitely worth the price I paid, highly recommended!
Logic Magic –
This pillow is a classic example of what works for me, may not work for you, and vice versa. Here is my take.
Positives:
* very well made. Pillow cases feel like they are made of soft durable material.
* pillow cases slip on/off with ease
* zippers feel sturdy and work well
* inner and outer cases can be washed
* for “log” sleepers. If you primarily sleep on your back, straight as an arrow, this pillow is for you
* neck support is awesome
* not too soft or too hard
(Personal) Negatives:
* smell. Not only you should wash both the inner and outer cases for hygienic reasons, but also for the smell. Not very nice but it goes away after a wash
* even after washing the pillow cases, there is still odor (foam?) which should go away after couple of days.
* if you like to make origami animals out of your pillows, this one isn’t for you
* my noggin did not land in the center of the “head basket”. Felt like my neck was too short.
All in all, good product but it all depends on your sleeping type. If you are getting ready for a cryo sleep on your space voyage, don’t leave your home without one. And although not perfect for me, I will give it a second try, if only for the neck support.

** 2 WEEKS UPDATE **
The pillow is starting to grow on me. Definitely some sleeping adjustments had to be made but the sleep is much better. Bumped rating to 4 stars.
