They work just as good as expected. In regards to recreational use or even work within a close distance, they have higher value than what you pay for. It’s a satisfying purchase.

If you intend to use them as is, they should work perfectly out of the box.
For my part, I wanted to use them with other radios we have, so I needed to adjust the preset programmming for “privacy codes” (CTCSS/DCS) to make them compatible, which is made possible using a 2-pin PC28 FTDI programming cable and the Retevis H-777 programming software available on their Web site. However, it didn’t work for me, but working with customer service led to solving the problem by changing my Windows number format from French Canadian to US English, and it worked, so everything is fine now and I could change the programming to use the units with all my other radios.

After some tests I can say that this product is way better than I expected! take a look at the reviews and compare if you want, but this one you’ll not regret for sure!

Bought these for my daughter for her birthday and she loves them. She can be down the road at the park and we can communicate with her with no issues. The sound quality is great and the battery lasts for a while.

Good radios but they won the award for worst product design. The belt clip amd wrist strap are
Impossible to instal. They give you everything uninstalled amd you need an engineering degree to figure out to to attach the belt clip amd wrist harness. Good luck.

These walkie talkies have very sensitive charging bases so you have to put the them in just right or they will die. The charging cord is very short as well. They feel light and cheap overall. There’s a delay in the call so you have to press the big button and wait 3 seconds before talking so the other person can hear everything you say. Connection isn’t very good and sometimes there’s loud shrill interference noises. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased walkie talkies and I’m completely let down.

Bought the 3 pack and using for our 2 story house for quick communication. Also work well for neighborhood use. Easy set up and controls are fairly intuitive. I would recommend for inexpensive walkie talkies that work very well. I liked the separate base chargers to allow charging of units where you place them. These come with belt clip, usb wall socket, wrist strap, lithium battery, and charging base.

Très bon produit. Très pratique pour pouvoir communiquer avec les enfants quand ils sont à l’extérieur. Batteries au lithum un plus et un chargeur pour chaque appareil vraiment pratique. Je recommande ce produit.

They are absolutely comfortable to hold, perfectly sized for big and small hands. They were tested at a 3km range and worked, slight static, sound was good and clear. The terrain of this range was a bunch of hills, trees and a warehouse blocking the signal.
