Wonderful large size , as well as being quite deep. A versatile baking dish, love the handles and see through tempered glass lid.. which fits securely into the bake dish base. The instructions remind that this item is not suitable for stove – top and must be used to bake something… that is not too dry, or very undersized.. when this baking dish, goes into a hot oven. Should not be filled with really hot or cold liquids, suddenly, to avoid shocking the tempered glass. I knew all of that before I purchased , but some new users might not know these care details. As long as this item is stored and used properly.. it should last a lifetime and work perfectly. A great amazon price.. with free shipping !

I really like this casserole! I bought this as an alternative to steel casserole, which I find (if tomato, lemon sauce…) will impart a metal taste (and a Creuset is way out of budget). It made a perfect slow cooked dish : the lid fits well and retained all the liquids. The handles are very useful for clumsy me. I just wished it was a bit bigger for more leftovers!: but this size fits nicely in the sink to fully soak and wash easily.

I made a pork tenderloin in it and it baked very well, no cracks or nothing and the oven was set to 400. I was hesitant to buy, but honestly.. as long as you take care of it, it should last you a long time.

We are very happy with this casserole dish. We are seniors so we like to have something with handles for safety reasons. We also wanted a lid with handle. It’s just the perfect size for casseroles & cleans up very well. The only complaint I might have is the price. It’s quite expensive.

Super – purchased 4 and can get all of them easily onto one oven rack and store easily in fridge. I had been looking for years to find this sort of casserole dish – most had no covers which really limited their use, and the prices were high. These really fit the mark. The handles make them easy to grasp and being clear, you can monitor progress in the oven or microwave. Great size for just about anything you want to cook and store. I love the shape – very practical.
I have been using them for everything from stuffed peppers to re-heating pasta.

This dish was dispatched from US in a box twice it’s size without any surrounding bubble wrap or padding for security.
It must have rattled like hell in transit but still got it in one piece!
Looks very nice though.
