Bought 2. They work great. Used one in my basement bar. I have the main TV and one over the bar. I ran an hdmi cable to the the bar tv while building the house. Now I only need the cable box at the main TV to send the picture to the bar TV. They have to be on the same channel but I knew that and it’s fine. The room isn’t big enough for them to be on separate channels anyway. Also way cheaper than buying an extra cable box for an occasionally used TV.

Bought this for stripping DRM/HDCP from my receiver to my PC input capture card. I use this so I can stream via my streaming rig on youtube, etc. Prior to this I had a green screen and audio, now I can capture 1080P content without issue. Very small and convenient, easy to conceal and tuck away if need. Has a bit weight to it very solid metal construction.

Excelente producto, la carcasa es de metal y le añade un plus de estética y durabilidad, el cargador es bastante pequeño y nada voluminoso, el cable mide aprox. 1.5 mts. Trae un manual en ingles pero no es realmente necesario, solo conecta tus dispositivos, espera entre 3 y 5 segundos a que reconozca la señal y listo. No es necesario tener las dos salidas conectadas al mismo tiempo para que funcione como otros splitters. La fuente de alimentación es de 5v/1A asi que usa casi lo mismo que un cargador de celular. En cuanto a calidad no veo ningún problema, se ve exactamente igual que la fuente. En mi caso lo use para un A/V Receiver que manda todo con HDCP debido a la conversión de Component a HDMI, con este splitter por fin pude ver el contenido sin problemas en mi pantalla. Es necesario estar conectado con la fuente, de lo contrario no manda señal. En cuanto al envió tardo 6 días hábiles por DHL Express por ser importación.

Fixed my HDCP issue!
Initial review having used the device for ~4 hours thus far.. I bought the splitter to correct the HDCP issue between my Yamaha RX-V671 receiver and my projector, which wasn’t showing video and causing HDMI connection faults on the receiver. I placed the splitter between the HDMI out on my receiver and the HDMI in on my projector, which seems to have completely fixed the handshake issues I was having.
In short, I can confirm that the 1×2 Splitter (in the HDMI 1.3 flavor) did fix the handshake issues I was having!

Recently switched from Arris Gateway to Bluesky TV with Shaw. I use an Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro to get HDTV on my PC. Everything worked fine with the Gateway portal but when I connected the Bluesky box, I got no picture or sound! (probably an HDCP issue related to the Bluesky HDMI output). Connected the HD-102 and voila – had my TV back on my computer. Thanks – great product!

Those who are wanted it for mobile to capture card and to pc. It will work no problems.
I am using normal usb type cheap capture card, no problems working.
Also you need to have MHL support in mobile or it won’t work.
My setup is input from mobile, 1 output to capture card 2nd output to monitor. In both output audio is transmitting.
I use capture card for just recording and streaming. There was a lag in video output in capture card. So I can’t play looking at the capture card output. I wanted a hdmi spliter so I can use 2nd hdmi output to 2nd monitor for no lag.
Also build quality is dam good and heavy. Solid as rock. But price is higher.
Go for it if you looking for like above use.

I use this device to split the HDMI signal between my main monitor and my Insignia 60″ TV (Because I have quad-monitors and therefore all of the outputs on my video card are taken). The quality of the picture is flawless and not at all noticeable, 10/10. I have purchased a cheap HDMI splitter before and the quality was absolutely terrible, so I am quite happy with the purchase, its way worth it compared to buying a cheap splitter for a couple bucks. Also, a huge plus for this product in my books is the fact that is it powered via a normal A/C outlet, not via a USB Port, All of the USB ports on my Tower are taken so this was essential to me, along with the fact that there is no pesky software to download to make it work, its completely external, and like I said, plug and play. Very Satisfied

Tengo otro splitter HDMI el cual funciona de manera extraña, algunas veces solo se ve una tele, y en otras las dos, lo peor de todo es que había perdido la funcionalidad CEC para manejar mi HTPC (conectado a otra entrada en una de las TV). Con este splitter de Orei, veo las 2 TV al momento que quiera y sin ningun problema, solo en ocasiones un ligero retraso para que aparezca la imagen, pero nada molestoso, y lo mejor que ya puedo nuevamente manejar mi HTPC a traves del CEC sin interferir el splitter. Recomendado ampliamente

The adaptor wire is long enough to reach my power outlet, it doesn’t feel cheap, easy to use, came in with a instruction pamphlet, you can easily find more info online (eg. YouTube). If you wanted to live stream PS3 games, you would want a HDCP bypass splitter that would work, I highly recommend buying this particular splitter.
