I’m from Alaska, so I know boots. These are not a good choice for toddlers. 1) They do not keep the feet warm. These keep feet as warm as plain rubber boots with wool socks in them. If you don’t want to worry about your kiddo’s feet getting cold, buy some Baffins. 2) The soles are defective. The rubber used is made of some kind of cloth composite. Once the surface gets scratched, the cloth fibers are exposed. If the cloth fibers come in contact with packable snow, snow will stick to bottom of the boots and instantly give your kiddo ice skates. In summary, these are going in the garbage. There is no use for inter boots that don’t keep feet warm and turn into ice skates.
