Good & fir for purpose but having compared this to the Chinese knock-offs (JJC etc), I’m not convinced it’s worth paying extra for the Nikon brand.

I’ve had 3 new Nikon lenses for over a year, only discovered that the white plastic covers on the rear of the lenses aren’t the “actual caps”. How pathetic that Nikon can’t spring for $15 lens caps on $400+ lenses! But these fit so well and are a great protection. But shame on Nikon for not already having these on the lenses they sell.

Lost the cap while out taking photos, had to purchase another one cause I wanted my lens to be protected. Fits perfectly!

There was a time I would only buy s***ty, third-party back caps. With prices this low, I’ll never go back. Slides on smooth and quick.

perfect for Nikon DX and FX lenses; good price

It’s a rear lens cap, exactly as described, and fastens on to my lenses as expected. Seems a bit pricey for what it is, but when you need it I guess you’re stuck 🙂

I have a Nikon D750, and lenses that fit that camera. This rear lens cap fits the back of those lenses perfectly.

Simple. Fits perfect, unlike knock off’s.
Chuck –
Genuine (plastic) Nikon rear lens cap packaged in sealed Nikon cellophane bag (from Amazon). Fits perfectly. Wish they were cheaper, but so it goes with camera equipment.

Does the job better than the cheap white plastic rear lens cap that comes with the Nikon 70-300 AF-P DX kit lens
