I’ve owned several AirPods and after losing a lot of them (because they fall off or because they’re just too small and are easily misplaced or left in a pocket and ran through the washer) and replacing them I Eventually purchased a pair of Powerbeats pro that I found for $149
    I’ve been thoroughly happy with them since my purchase 6 months ago. They solved a lot of issues that I had with the AirPods for example;
They’re bulkier therefore more difficult to misplace
    They stay on my ear
And the battery life, whoaaa. Lasts all day.

There was one flaw. I struggle answering calls frequently. I answer and there’s a long delay. 10 seconds or so. Enough To where the other person hangs up. About once a day. It’s very annoying.

When I saw the announcement of these I was excited, I thought it was an improvement. And with the $149 price tag I thought it was a good deal. Let me explain why I returned them after two days.

The battery life is worse than the original AirPods. Half the time the person on the other line cannot hear me. When I answer the phone call with my Apple Watch it does not come to my earbuds like it did with AirPods or Powerbeats pro, it goes to the watch which is annoying. Also, what’s the deal with ANC. I held down the button like the manual says, and waited for a chime but then nothing really happened. I couldn’t tell if I was turning it on or off. It didn’t feel like it was working.

I will however mention that I pre-ordered it as soon as it was announced so maybe I got a bad batch. The only positive thing about it is I really like the slimmer case compared to the Powerbeats pro and when I put on a new shirt the earbud stays in my ear unlike my Powerbeats pro for obvious reasons. I’m going back to the Powerbeats because I thoroughly enjoyed how long the battery life lasts and i don’t feel like it’s gonna fall out of my ear like the buds when I’m running around

Keep in mind, I have never tried AirPods Pro. Maybe I should

These Beats Earbuds are the worst, and I repeat the WORST product of DrDre Beats I ever bought. I love my earbuds very much but CMON I can’t even listen to music properly, not to mention even use the noise cancellation and transparency correct, because they don’t work OUTSIDE at all. Don’t bother to buy this for Android users, it will probably work better in Apple because of the Volume Button which THEY DONT EVEN HAVE! on earbuds really? Have they lost their minds selling this product. I repeat to all customers who look at this product, don’t bother buying them. Buy better earbuds with cheaper price then this expensive fraud garbage. It’s a waste of money and a huge rip off when paying for quality sound control on earbuds or when listening to music, so I repeat DONT BUY THEM!!!

Whenever I see something with a 4-star review, it usually means it’s a solid product but there’s something (or somethings) keeping it out of 5-star range.

For me, these are a perfect example of that. They’re small (good), not terribly obtrusive (only some out-of-ear-stick-out, tho your experience may vary), the sound has some solid bass which is helpful for the gym (where I tested these out), the sound overall is clear (download some equalizer apps to play with the sound itself), and they stayed in my ear well. I don’t know much about soundstage or whatever, but the sound itself is clear, bass is nice and strong, and you can hear even the subtle nuances like the shifting of a hand on guitar strings clearly enough without being disturbed. That, to me, is the sign of a good earbud.

The transparency mode and noise canceling modes were alright. But that’s just it, they’re alright. Granted, the AirPod Pros have a higher price tag, so they do the ANC and Transparency mode much better. So it’s understandable that these would do the same, but on just the slightest bit of a lower level.

I’m also spoiled bc the Airpod Pros have wireless charging. These DO have USB C, but the lack of wireless charging is a small thing, really. There’s something about being able to toss these on a charging pad and leaving them there to charge that’s just so satisfying. Also, was not a fan of how the case just doesn’t have that “premium” feel. The matte finish is nice, tho I would have liked a little more weight in the case lid, but at this point, these are such little (and I mean LITTLE) things that really, it’s not a dealbreaker.

My only thing is the amount they stick out. I’m sorry, but they do look a little…funny, the way they sort of stick out just a bit so that the “b” logo is upright. They don’t stick out a LOT, but juuuuust enough that when you look in the mirror, you’ll see a vertical line where the physical button (which I have managed to press on accident a couple of times while adjusting the bud) sticks out. Also, I had a little difficulty getting them to stay in, but that’s beyond pretty much anyone’s control.

These get that 4th star because of just how they are a solid enough product worth the purchase. They don’t do any one thing particularly well, but there are just enough teeny things for me that I wouldn’t say these are the best I’ve ever used. (For comparison, the Jabra 75t gets the equivalent of a 4.3 rating…the hear-through is amazing and their app really helps boost functionality).

For me, these are SOLID gym earbuds. They play music loudly, clearly enough, and the bass is strong enough for me that I can drown out whatever annoying other music is playing outside. They fit and stay relatively well. For the price tag, you get some good bang for the buck. You could do worse, but at this range, depending on if you want to pitch in a few more, you could also do better.

Even in low volume can’t hear kiddos or wife right next to me. Very clear. Bass for little buds pretty good as well

Just got ‘em. And several hours later… here’s my honest opinion. I’m totally satisfied with the design, size, fit, iPhone compatibility, charging case, price, range, etc. Can’t tell you much about their battery life yet. What I do wanna tell you about is the sound. I’ve tried a lot! of high-end headphones and earbuds over the years. Bose, Sennheiser, Sony, Apple, JBL… But these Beats Studio Buds blew my mind! Clarity within strong bass. True sound of live music. Unbelievable! You MUST check this out. Go to YouTube and search for “dolby atmos sound test”. Believe you me, it’s a game changer! These bad boys CAN pull it off, revealing their full potential! Amazing! PS usb-c to usb-c charging cable (included) is an idiotic idea! IMHO, usb-c to usb cord would be more suitable.
Update: Two weeks later. Here’s a few things I’m not happy about…
Battery life. Honestly, I don’t think they can last up to 8 hrs. straight, as Beats claims (without putting ‘em occasionally into the charging case). Wearing ‘em “on and off”, the battery charge level drops rapidly within a couple of hours. (neither ANC nor Transparency mode activated) Hmm…
Physical “click buttons” suck! Sticking ‘em into my ears (with my sausage fingers) can be quite challenging sometimes. I happen to press these buttons too many times and this is annoying as hell! Oh, well…
Lack of volume control!!! That’s a big issue, I’ve experienced with New Beats Studio Buds, for sure! Every now and then, you may wanna adjust the volume… Nope, can’t do it! You must have your phone nearby.
An instant pairing with iPhone works 6-7 times out of 10. Go figure, right!?
In conclusion, I have to say I still like Beats. I’m gonna keep ‘em as a secondary pair. The sound is astonishing, no doubt about that! The price is right too. Would I recommend ‘em? I guess. But… (read above)

I started off giving these earbuds 4 stars, and then realized that I was unfairly comparing them to Air Pod Pro’s that are over $100 more expensive. For the relative value, these earbuds fit the bill.
Feel: These earbuds are a bit slippery, and with the squat design it makes them a bit hard to grab. However, they fit snug into my ear so I don’t have to over handle them much anyway. It takes getting used to putting them back into the case correctly.
Looks: I like the variable colors. I bought these because I misplaced my tiny white Air Pods Pro case (whose last location deleted after 24 hours because Apple is a money monger). This red case is bigger but not cumbersome.
Interaction: I don’t like the button on the outsides of the buds. I wish the button was on the bottom with more of a squeeze function. To click the button, I have to essentially jam the bud further into my ear to get it to press. I also like to lay down with my buds in, but if I turn my ears against the pillow, the button is constantly pressing. A button positioned on the button (or top) would be way easier to pinch when on purpose without accidental clicks. At least clicking it doesn’t pull the buds out of my ear; an issue I had with the lever arm of the APPs.
Sound quality and connection: Good enough for me. Calls connected and sounded just fine. I don’t need my phone calls to have live orchestra quality. The music seems good too. Not overly bass forward but crisp.
ANC/Occlusion: The occlusion effect seems slightly worse than the Air Pod Pro’s but no where near as bad as the Jabra’s and other brands. I can sometimes hear my stomping on pavement but I don’t hear my blood flow or anything. The ANC/transparency is also relatively equitable to the APPs, of course slightly not as significant in quality because these buds are much cheaper. It does seem to smartly block out certain sounds; i.e. my HVAC, while letting through someone calling my name.
Haven’t really tested the battery life but supposedly they’re better than APP. Again, these are solid buds for the price. You get what you pay for, and these buds seems to prioritize what I actually care about so you don’t have to pay $250 every time your APPs or Bose go missing.

I love these! I have the AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro and these are way better! With the AirPods Pro the un ear fit was horrible these kept falling out which sucked! With these they fit perfect and don’t even feel like I have anything in my ear. I like that they don’t have a long stem popping out because If anybody is like me and has there earbuds on while putting on a sweater the AirPods fall off but these don’t get tugged on by the stem because they don’t have one! If anybody loves the bass in songs these are great! Absolutely love this product!

    Pros:
    – Very comfortable fit and design (stays put during workouts/running and has no pressure build up)
    – Decent ANC, maybe a notch below Airpods Pro but still a difference maker
    – IPX4 water resistance rating (tested through sweat and a little rain and no issues for me)
    – 8 hrs battery with ANC on, and 5 hrs with ANC off + 2 charges in case
    – Dynamic, boomy and bass heavy sound that is perfect for intense gym workouts or rap/EDM/hip hop
    – Volume gets very loud (they are maybe 1-2 ticks louder than Airpods Pro/Galaxy Buds Pro)

    Cons:
    – Case feels a little hollow with fingerprint oils showing easily
    – No wireless charging
    – Soundstage could be a little wider, vocals can be a bit overshadowed by the heavy bass
    – Transparency mode feels a little too robotic

The packaging was the only thing i like. Went from airpods to these when i lost my airpods. Ive given these some time to get used to. Too bulky, wind causes alot of noise in them. Airpods were the easiest and best functioning for me so far. The connectivity on airpods always makes sense and does what you want them to do. These have fallen out of my ears on their own, which airpods never did.

I really don’t know what any of the low reviews are on about, I’m an audio specialist and I specialize in such products! I own the Red version of the Beats Studio Buds and i have to say the audio is just outstanding quality! ANC Mode works just perfect on this product just as well as RayCons except even better because no accidently clicking buttons on the buds and no odd/strange bugs or any bugs at all that would ruin the music experience none of that stuff! Soon as you link it with your device (I Prefer Android, the One Plus Gaming Phone’s are really amazing high spec phones but that’s off topic) the Beats Ear Buds are made Extremely EASY TO USE & it pops up right on ya device once you turn that Bluetooth on it will connect and you should see a bar pop up from the top of ur screen showing the name of your buds, battery percentage off both buds and all that. name em, register your Official Beats Buds Product serial number for all that extra stuff/app updates don’t forget to do that.
I don’t understand all these people’s issues ive tried many products and reviewed them side by side and the Beats Buds are a New Release Wireless Earpod Product and these are HIGH QUALITY INDEED! Just put them in your ear make sure ya Bluetooth is on and your set! Listen to your Spotify and enjoy your music! I listen too a large variety of music so obviously if I couldn’t hear my sounds properly or had any problem AT ALL I would of told you guys as that’s only fair but no! that is NOT the case, these are very fine ear buds i’m surprised they were PRICED so well. This is definitely a good expensive product for the consumer who NEEDS to hear their music the way they should of in the first place! The type of consumer who PREFERS a product that is FAST,AMAZING SOUND! ❤️🤙🏽 INSTANT CONNECTING, EASY NO FRUSTRATION LISTEN TO MY MUSIC RIGHT AWAY TYPE OF EAR BUDS. Even better their made by the famous BEATS BY DR DRE BUDS AND they look sleek as heck! very nice finish! My product has a bright red beautiful colour and it’s a very modern and cool look! What a plus. These are one of the easiest to use ear buds in the game with top of the line sound. I will repeat my self a thousand times til i get this point through! Game changers! you can change the setting for ear bud in the app right at the front page, change the name, whatever you want it was made very easy to use! honestly I could even recommend this for elderly people who aren’t too good with using electronics in the first place as it certainly is so cool that their is finally now a brand out there like this! They need to call these buds #TheEaze By Dr Dre as that completely explains easy to use earpods with top quality sound and comfortable it doesn’t get better then that. CONNECTS in seconds 😂
Lit’s genuinely issueless and that’s what i love, i hate when products have alot of BUGS and ERRORS or when they put buttons in weird spots so you accidently press them or need to press too many times this is a common problem that alot of ear bud designer’s struggle with! when it comes to the design of their product Beats By Dr Dre Buds nailed that! N when it comes to how comfortable they are in your ears once you put them on they within one music session you’ll already have a new love and comfort for these buds you know why? because you listened and got this amazing product and loved it and became impressed with the ease as well! I’m reviewing these products because I saw some VERY OFF LOOKING WEIRD REVIEWS that are claiming things in which just isn’t the case! ALL these years trying and reviewing different brands audio products/brands of all sorts to see such false statements about an ACTUALLY GREAT PRODUCT, i don’t usually write reviews on Amazon, I record YouTube videos as a YouTuber but after seeing such negative reviews how could i not leave a comment on such matter when I see such false notions noo idea what they are on about as I am having very great luck with this one! I seriously found those reviews quite odd. ANC MODE and all those features are working REALLY GOOD, FAST and once again MADE TO BE SUPER EASY TO USE and change around in the app as you want! Too me personally it doesn’t get better then that because way too many products have so many flaws but this is one product that certainly LACKS PROBLEMS They changed up the game in a way that’s just crazy with the ease of use too easy to use it’s literally unfair how easy it is to use product! You need to try it for yourself Lol!! That’s why I’m PREACHING this so hard right now they nailed extremely fast instant connecting and EASY TO USE, NO weird buttons on the buds themselves! I promise you will be extra satisfied! The product design on point the sound is amazing and your able to switch between modes like that! you will hear your music in the way you should be hearing the artist, rapper, singer ya love. whether it’s rap, ghospel, r&b, CLASSICAL, REGGAE, EDM, TRAP, DANCE HALL, ROCK AND ROLL, PSYCHEDELIC SURF/PSYCH ROCK, INDIE! You name it! These buds are how you should be hearing your music when you wear earbuds, like I said ive tried many many brands and what really stood out to me with these beats wireless earbuds is how easy to use instant connecting, kickin’ sound product bud!
I was able to get that same day delivery which was even more fly!
Took a day ta come and I became the bud listening bong tokin, jay smokin, Canadian eh!
    The end 😉

These headphones are nice and noise canceling but I feel like the volume is much lower than my other beats ear buds. I even went to my control settings on my android to make sure my media volume was all the way up. Still great but just a heads up.
