This is a very high quality product providing medical grade air purification. High quality construction and high quality materials. I would have given it all 5 stars but the first shipment was lost (courier problem not the vendor)

If I’d been shopping only for a HEPA filter that cleans the air it would have been perfect.
However I was looking for an ionizer.
For those that need only a HEPA filter solution I recommend this as a well built solid performing filter system.
It did reduce the fire smoke from the wildfires to where I could not smell it indoors. I would buy it for any situation that does not require ionization.

My cat isn’t afraid of it. So modren looking.
Blows cold air. Powerful! Very Quiet on low nice noise blocker at night when on high. (Louder) easy to clean. Comes with warranty u have to send in. And to cleanup wipe it down with a dry cloth and vacuum the filter every month. Switch filters every 4 months.

Update: Error on box. Since I didn’t use product, giving 4 star rating.
Description says it filters down to 0.1 microns. This would be a far superior level of filtration over True HEPA. However, when we received the product, the box said down to 0.3 microns – the same as a True HEPA.

I purchased this product and was happy for about a week. An internal noise started to develop. I missed the 30 day return window by about a week. Amazon will not replace it. The manufacturer was useless. I guess they do not ship to Canada and will not honour a warranty. What an ordeal I do not recommend this product or the manufacturer.

Great purifier. On the lowest level you cant hear anything, medium you only hear a slight noise. Only downfall is replacement filters are pricy…..each one contains two filters as this unit needs two filters to run. I would buy multiple packs when on sale. I bought this unit as the wildfires in BC have caused a lot of smoke, and this is one of the few units that actually filter out smoke particles. My house smells great, eyes are no longer itchy…cant say the same about the outside air, lol

My older air purifier (different manufacturer) had failed and, after a few months, I detected the air quality in the house was suffering. The Medify MA-25 was rated the best quality model of its size in an independent comparison I found online. While slightly more expensive than others of similar size, I chose this model because the quality of construction and cleaning effectiveness were rated the highest. After a few weeks, I am very satisfied with the performance of the unit, so much so that I went back and purchased a second unit for use in other rooms. Selection of fan speeds and shut-off timer are good, and work well. Removal of odours (e.g. cooking smells, pet smells) was also immediate due to the carbon filter. The room air seems “fresher” and allergic effects on sinuses have bee significantly reduced. I like the clean and compact design, and the ease of changing filters on each side of the unit. My only criticism is that the third (high) fan speed is fairly noisy if you remain in the room. At the second speed, the low noise is almost unnoticeable. I like the units very much and would recommend them for rooms of 1000 sq ft or less.
My biggest criticism is of Amazon and its pricing. When I went to reorder the second unit, the price for the white model had increased by $80. So, I ordered the black model at the original price. One week after the black model arrived, the Amazon price for the black model had returned to its original level. That’s not a big issue for me, although I would have ordered both units in white, by why the pricing trickery?

El purificador hacía ruido y me enviaron otro purificador nuevo para reemplazar el que hacía ruido.
Buena comunicación con el vendedor.
El purificador Medify limpia el ambiente rápidamente el aire del ambiente y se respira mejor.
Tengo asma y alergias y me ha servido para que el aire de mi casa esté más limpio y también absorbe olores.
Vivo en una ciudad muy contaminada así que también sirve para limpiar el aire de contaminación.

It said on the listing it had a 0.1 micron rating which would filter some Covid-19 cells but when the item arrived the owners Manuel said it only filtered 0.3 microns which does nothing. This product should be taken down for lying

1. Well packaged.
2. Easy and to the point manual.
3. Love the child safety lock.
4. Four settings to sleep mode.
5. Not heavy and can be placed on top of sturdy tables and chairs.
6. Easy to replace Hepa filters.
7. Filters last from 2-3 months depending on usage.
8. Quiet up to level 2, but gets somewhat loud at level 3, but you can definitely tell it’s purifying the air.
9. It WORKS! Our bedrooms has a musty smell especially with 3 dogs. Smell is gone after setting it for 2 hours. Living room smells much better as well.
