The system looks good and has some great ratings, though others report very unhappy experiences. I’m in the second group. It’s full of bloatware, particularly Macafee anti-virus stuff that is extremely difficult to remove. It took **five** hours to restart after the removal. The computer couldn’t run brand-new software–a niche market word processor and spreadsheet program I’ve used for 35 years through all its iterations. The Corel folks couldn’t figure out what was wrong, either. It could locate my 1TB external hard drive, but couldn’t read what was on it. I scanned it, troubleshot it, did everything Microsoft suggested, only to find that it took **six** hours to restart, and then still couldn’t read the drive. When Disk Manager wasn’t working properly, I restarted the machine; after three hours it was still restarting, so I gave up for the last time. I am NOT a newbie by any means, but I had an easier time putting together my first PC that arrived as a box of parts in 1984. Sending this machine back!

Es un All in one, con un procesador bastante poderoso en este momento, ryzen 5 4500u, 16gb de ram, disco nvme de 512GB, pantalla 24 pulgadas.
Cumple en desempeño para cualquier tarea de oficina u hogar en este 2020.
Lo “malo” viene en Inglés el SO, pero puedes cambiar la configuración en el panel de control a español y listo todo queda traducido, el teclado viene en inglés es decir sin la “ñ”, pero puedes conectarle cualquier teclado en español que sea usb o bluetooth y sin problema funcionará sin problema.
El mouse que trae es decente y alámbrico.
Sin duda es un equipo recomendable Youtube, Office, incluso para tareas medianas en suites tipo photoshop o algo así. Sin embargo no para Gaming a menos que quieras correr juegos de 5 años atrás con graficas medias-bajas como mucho. Al ser un AIO no se le puede comprar una tarjeta de video.
Por el precio en estos momentos principios de 2021 en México es prácticamente imposible conseguir un AIO nacional de las mismas prestaciones pero más barato. (casi toda la porquería nacional en este precio alrederdor de los 15k MXN es Celeron, o AMD A4 o cosas básicas)

bought this computer couple of weeks ago my main complaint is with customer service dept. I phoned to try to get some help with a problem I had trying to access my accounts on the internet required some tech assistance after being transferred to approx. 5 different agents was told that to get tech support you need to pay for it what a joke for a two week old computer I am currently trying to decide whether or not to return it.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase. Even if I hadn’t bought it on sale, it would still be a great buy. Beautiful display and elegant design. Came with everything except Windows fully up to date (and Windows didn’t need much) and has a decent amount of storage, though you may want to get an external drive if you need a lot of space. First experience with SSD and MAN is it fast! The graphics are actually amazing for integrated graphics. Good enough to play CoD Warzone on low settings and apparently GTA 5 as well (yet to confirm that one).

Looks like a great AIO system very sleek but unfortunately upon initial set up the unit had a loud fan noise sounding like a sewing machine, tic, tic, tic, tic. Opted for a replacement to give Lenovo a chance potential shipping issue bagging of the unit may have caused the fan to come loose or a piece to have broken inside, causing the noise.

Una maravilla, resiste los programas que uso, no tiene ninguna falla de software o hardware hasta la fecha, muy rápida, el interfaz es muy bueno, soy docente y estudiante, así que me va muy bien! 10/10 ✅🤍

C’est un ordinateur très rapide et puissant.
J’aurais voulu avoir quelques port usb de plus.
A part de ça c’est un excellent ordinateur.
Même la carte graphique qui n’est pas une carte dédié est bonne.
Le clavier qui vient avec l, ordi, je l’ai trouvé très agréable et silencieux (il y a des gens qui disait que c’était cheap)
Bref, c’est un achat à recommender surtout pour le prix!

La compré por tener 16 GB en RAM y disco SSD. Me ha sorprendido lo rápido que se conecta a internet y el rápido procesamiento de tareas, no soy un usuario que emplee software de gran exigencia pero si ejecuto muchas tareas simultáneas y esta computadora tiene todo para manejar estas capacidades. La recomiendo mucho para usuarios caseros o de oficina.

Using this computer as a student and for fun, the chip is great, 16 GB of RAM is a big plus. I don’t expect anyone to use the provided keyboard and mouse as they feel quite cheap. Can run fps games at lowest settings, Valorant can be run comfortably at 60fps with reasonable settings. Great AIO, an HDMI-in port would be nice though.

OJO: la computadora viene en inglés (Windows y teclado), lo cual no mencionan en la descripción. Tuve que actualizar a Windows 10 Pro para cambiar el idioma a español y comprar aparte un teclado de 102 teclas con distribución en español.
La máquina es bastante potente para cualquier trabajo de oficina y escuela, aunque no para trabajos pesados como rendereos o juegos definitivamente. La unidad de estado sólido la hace súper rápida para arrancar e iniciar programas. La pantalla FHD de 24″ otorga bastante espacio para trabajar con ventanas en paralelo y el contenido en 1080p se ve súper bien. Las bocinas suena bastante fuerte y relativamente claro, aunque en algunos tonos llegan a distorcionarse un poco.
El soporte minimalista me encanta pues otorga espacio para colocar algo debajo de la pantalla y hace que la superficie debajo de ésta sea fácil de limpiar.
Algo que deja mucho que desear es la cámara web, pues su calidad es muy baja, sobre todo cuando hay mucha luz pues crea sobreexposición. Además, no cuenta con sensor infrarrojo para Windows Hello.
En general, es muy excelente equipo de escritorio, aunque por el precio yo esperaría un segundo disco duro / unidad de estado sólido y una cámara Windows Hello al menos, pero para quienes no requieren de eso, es excelente opción.

When I purchased this PC, I didn’t expect it to run any major PC game as it had integrated GPU. However, after changing some video configuration, I can even run AC Odyssey with Full HD. For the price of this PC, it’s very impressive.

Estoy muy conforme con mi compra, no he tenido problemas de rendimiento al correr programas como Dreamweaver o Photoshop (incluso con los dos a la vez), además de que muy fluidos algunos juegos con gráficas medias/bajas; es un gran producto de calidad. Si tuviera alguna pega este equipo es que el teclado viene con distribución en inglés, pero esto fácil se resuelve configurándolo y poniendo pegatinas en las teclas que lo necesiten.
