Purchased this because I was impressed with the bamboo cladded body. However after one month plus of daily use the bamboo finish start turning black. Followed the instruction for hand wash only and never soaked it in water. Quite disappointed.

Love the quality of product. I have been using it for three weeks now before putting up a review. The strainer is of fine holes that it holds the tea leaves well and at least the stems do not get through the holes easily like other brands. The strainer doesn’t fall off when I’m drinking from the tumbler. It can also hold the warmth of my tea well that the warmth of the tea practically last more than half a day. I recommended the tumbler to my colleagues as well.

Product looks nice and well made. However so disappointed that after just 2 uses, the top part literally came out!!! Now i have to find a superglue to stick everything together in order to use it. Sigh.
