I was so excited to use this. I kept it in the box until my special occasion when I needed it. I charged it and got it up and running and the tracking didn’t even last 8 hours. Randomly stopped working on the highway and no way to troubleshoot it as I was in a different city. What a piece of garbage!!!! Contacted customer support multiple times and have heard back absolutely nothing. Clearly a huge scam. Worst product and customer experience I’ve ever had in my life

I am using this on my evoke and car. It works well but I have issues with the app and tech support. Real issues with not recognising my password and the not having any back-up readily available. So I cannot use it.
It is also expensive for the gps cost per month

I bought this product few months ago and I have to tell you that the product is very very good. So easy to use and very well made. You can see that the product is high quality when you look at it and the app work quite good. And what can I say about the service customer. I am extremely impress about the service customer. It is really one of the best service customers have ever seen. I worked in this field many years ago and I can tell you that they know how to serve customers and make a good established customers as well. I highly recommand this product and this companie without any dought.

Nice device. Supposed to have more information for international data plan. Because on the activation it shows domestic only. Which make me confused a little bit that it will work or not.
Also i’m not sure that any plan will work for the country i want to activate.

Bought this because I suspected my boyfriend who lived with me of being unfaithful. The day it got delivered I caught him doing the dirty with his “ex-employee” in his car.
I guess it’s true – once you get to the point of wanting to find proof, you will find what you’re looking for.
Funny thing… I didn’t even get a chance to use the tracker yet – it was still on the charger.

This GPS is very accurate most of the time, depending on the tracking package you purchase. I placed it under my car and the battery lasted 13 days in temperature near -15 celsius! I was skeptical at first reading the reviews but I’m more than satisfied with my purchase, quality/price wise! And don’t worry about the strength of the magnet: stays in place no matter how bumpy the drive can be.

We run a moving business and wanted to find a GPS tracker which met the criteria or cost, features, battery performance, vehicle tracker platform, etc. Overall, we are very happy with the tracker for our moving trucks. Setup was familiar painless; the device itself is well-built and can be stuck on anything metal; battery life is good; the functions on the platform are really good for real time tracker and the history function is awesome as you can reply the whole route of the vehicle (including time, speed, etc). Highly recommended

Battery life is decent (says 2 weeks, more like 1.5 weeks on a car driven sparingly).
Had a real issue with getting signals when concealed under a floor mat, but much better when I was able to put it under the leather cover on my back seat.
Software is kinda nifty, but leaves much to be desired (very old-school).
Overall I’m glad I bought it. It’s reasonably priced for what you get and the service offered.

Not impressed so far. Tracker does not update at the set time saver intervals. Ive set the timer to 6 hours and didn’t get an update for almost 24 hours. Then I set a 1 hour update timer and didn’t get one for 6 hours. This issue has happened within 48 hours of opening the box/purchasing a subscription.
The reviews on Amazon seemed great, but there weren’t any after the most recent update from SilverCloud app, but the reviews on Google Play Store about Silver Cloud within the last couple months were right about how poorly this tracker runs since the update.

I got my product right on time just as they said, that was 5 days ago and up until now the battery is still saying 30% which is wrong. I have been charging the product since I got it and it’s still not working, tried contacting their customer service and they put me on hold for like 45mins and no one attended to me, so the line just went off and haven’t heard from them again. Product is still not working, meanwhile I have activated it with my money already 🤦🏽♀️. This is just not right😒

I bought one of the global models from LandAirSea to help me keep track of a Onewheel while I am traveling around the world. This thing is great! I have the 3-second plan and I am able to track my items and vehicles anywhere in the world from anywhere in the world! I have tried several similar options and this one is by far the best! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Todd helped me through every step of the setup process and I am very pleased. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT even internationally.

Used the product for 1 months, everything was fine until the product wouldn’t open anymore. Tried contacting them, told me to try something , I tried it and it didn’t work. I’ve been sending them messages for the past 2 weeks to get a new one or get reimbursed and they are not answering. Wasted my money. Try another company guys if the product isn’t working they don’t care
