Much better quality plastic and thickness of plastic than others, will last a very long time, would buy again.

4 out of 5 bowls had their handles incorrectly poured …. so they are all wonky and for the price of these bowls this should have never happened ….. not impressed. Therefore I oould not give more then a 3 star rating. These bowls are expensive! You would think a little more care would be given into the manufacturing stages of these.

Thirteen years ago I bought a set of these in green. I wanted red, but green was all that I could find. These bowls are the perfect shape for all of your baking needs, and the rubber ring on the bottom provides extra stability on the counter top. For thirteen years, I still longed for red ones, but the green ones were still like new and I couldn’t justify it. Enter my lovely husband. I didn’t realize that he was using the two bigger ones to cook things in the microwave with. Don’t do this. Heck, even doing this it took months for the cracks on the bottom to show up. I took the small remaining bowl out to use in the RV, threw out the cracked ones, had a talk with him about non-microwaveable stuff, and happily FINALLY bought my red ones!

I really really love these bowls. Nice and sturdy but light to hold. Like the handles and the little pour spouts and a wide variety of sizes. The only reason I took a star off is these melt in the microwave! I don’t know how I missed that in the description, it only states they are dishwasher safe and I assumed they could also go in the nuker. That makes me wonder if they will hold up well after a few rounds in the dishwasher. Fortunately they are pretty easy to clean up in the sink so I will avoid taking a chance as I would like these to last

I love these mixing bowls, they are very high quality and non-slip. I will not wash them in the dishwasher in spite of what it says on the labels.
The colour matches my other Kitchenaid products and am obsessed with red accessories. Love love it.
Highly recommend it. And, also the price is such a bargain.

I cook and bake a lot. I held off ordering until the price was more appropriate for my personal budget. After they arrived and I have used them a few times, I wish I would have purchased sooner. Well worth the investment. They are very durable and a quality product.

I wanted a nice set of nesting mixing bowls. Really ergonomic with handle on edge, spout for pouring and rubber ring on bottom to hold it in place. Great bowls, lovely colour.

Love this set. They are affordable and great quality. Good assortment of sizes and easy to clean. I especially love that the quantities are marked on the bottom in both metric and imperial measures. I wish they weren’t green but love them anyway

Look beautiful. I like the rubber ring on the bottom. Unfortunately my small bowl cracked after only 4 months. The crack is on the bottom so the bowl is no longer waterproof and basically garbage. KitchenAid only warranties their products for 3 months.

To the reviewer who expressed dissatisfaction because the bowls didn’t fit her Kitchen Aid Mixmaster, you provided my husband and me with a running joke. They are mixing bowls manufactured by Kitchen Aid not Kitchen Aid mixmaster bowls. Kitchen Aid bowls for the machine are expensive, usually starting at just under $100.00 in Canada.
