Very nice photo frame
It was well presented in the package, feels sturdy and not cheaply made. Comes with an SD card which is a nice bonus!! It is very multifunctional, from watching movies, to listening to music and having music play while it flicks through your pics!!
Very happy with this buy and gives my wife and I a chance to see all our photos, rather than them being stored on our phones and laptops

I purchased two of these frames and while they look very sharp and the display is great they FREEZE CONSTANTLY!!! I’ve tried adjusting the resolution of the pictures but no matter what they BOTH freeze up after several hours. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a picture frame to display various pictures if it freezes up all the time! There is no way to contact the seller and there is no web page to go to for downloading a firmware update. Very disappointed. If the seller can solve this problem I will revise my review but otherwise it will stand at a disappointing 1 star review even though it could be so much better.

I purchased one of these in the beginning of 2020, only to find that it would constantly freeze.
Next, I reformatted all my JPEGs, which are the only file-type I ever tried to display as the slideshow. I reformatted them not to be larger than 1920×1080 pixels. Again, that picture frame started freezing.
Next, near the end of 2020, I purchased a second frame, belonging to a new batch, which this review is about, hoping that my first one was merely a coincidental defect. But now, the second picture frame has also started freezing, 1 day after my having received it.
I am not happy.

The good:
Picture quality is decent when it works. Not too expensive.
The bad:
Mine did not come with a memory card as others have shown. The operating system is ancient and not user friendly at all. The clock only shows military time and no option to change it to regular time. The colour balance is largely on the blue side, there is no option to adjust colour balance or screen brightness. Photos always seem to want to be forced into landscape orientation, so if your photo is portrait, be ready to either have huge black bars on the sides, or the option to horrifically stretch the image. There is no option to adjust default orientations. If you want your portrait image to actually display in portrait then you need to manually do it with the controller, this will not be a permanent fix though, next time you go back to it… yup, its back in the wrong orientation again. Photos don’t even appear for me in the photo section, just invisible boxes, I have to go to the files menu and know the file names to select something specific. Sometimes it glitches out as I tell it to cycle through photos. The user manual offers little help is very oddly written.
I’m pretty sure these were made 20 years ago and no one has updated the software since. It feels ancient and very limited in functions and has almost no user-friendly features. Do yourself a favor and don’t order one of these time capsules, order a modern one instead.

I bought this product for my Mom for Christmas and so far so good – she loves it. It’s on the cheaper side so of course, there comes sacrifices with that. The black material surrounding the screen is obviously cheap, and it’s on the lighter side. But it works great, has an option to “shuffle” by pressing random under settings. It’s not touch screen. I bought an 128 G SD card with it and they work perfectly together. Would recommend.

The product listing describes the screen resolution as 1920×1080 and this is absolutely false. I manually prepared a photo collection with each photo measuring 1920×1080. The photo frame displayed black bars at the top and bottom, indicating that the resolution is not as advertised. The actual resolution is nowhere to be found in the product description, packaging, or manual, and I’m immensely frustrated at the amount of time and effort I wasted.

I am glad I went with this photo frame. I almost purchased the one twice the cost but I was very pleased with this purchase. It serves its purchase. However, as it does not come with any instructions, you will need to know the basics of how to upload music, videos, and photos onto a USB or disc prior to uploading them to this device.
positive:
– the image and videos were clear and audible
– lightweight
– simple to operate
negative:
– it didn’t come with any instructions (it might be difficult for someone who is not familiar with devices)
– it didn’t come with a disc or USB (you have to provide your own)
– you cannot reorganize the images once they are uploaded

The picture quality is great (10 inch model) and it’s a nice device, but the user manual is deficient, the operation non- intuitive, and there are many unanswered questions. How to go back from a sub menu? Does it support cable transfer to the memory card? Why does it sometimes play the same don’t twice on random? Why does it always start with the same picture/song when it’s in random? Other than these usability issues and the non-intuitive interface it’s a really nice product.
