I bought this as a gift for my fiancé because he’s always complaining that he’s warm or it’s too hot, etc. He had no idea what it was until I put it around his neck and turned it on. His reaction was like that of a child having ice cream for the first time. And I mean he was screaming “YAY” and jumping and laughing. Now he’s a 6 feet tall big muscly man, so picture that in your head. He absolutely LOVES it!
I don’t think I’ll be ever to top this gift. He’s still talking about it, and he is not the overly expressive type.

Easy to charge and use. Rather noisy for my liking. Extremely well made (sturdy) and it appears to be good quality. Had it on for approximately 30 minutes and I paid the price the next morning with inner ear problems. Had that “wind blowing inside your ear” sensation and had not been on an airplane in many, many months, re: inner ear pressure. Will try again on my next hike but will insert ear plugs. Hopefully that should rectify my personal “concern”. Thought it would perform better.

I love this fan which looks like you have a pair of headphones resting on your neck. It’s powerful but not too noisy and keeps me cool, it runs on charge for quite a while, depending on what speed you have on, but its easy enough to charge up. With the cool air going straight to your neck it really makes a difference. I recommend this fan & great price too.

I have bought and ordered several of these as all my family wanted one after seeing mine. We have this fan style and one that is a different style. All by this company. They are all going strong with the exception of one of them which started developing a slight hum. I reached out to the company and without hesitation they sent me a new one. They seem as rock solid for their warranty and customer service as some of my favourite companies like Anker or audible. I will also say that, they have also made a really really good fan. When i was first looking at the different fans out there on Amazon, other brands made ones with half the battery power. One brand made one with more battery but i ended up returning that one as it was just too heavy. This is definitely the best of the bunch in my opinion. So between the great customer service I received plus the fantastic products, i think I’ll be a lifelong customer!

There are a couple of different versions of these types of neck fans, they are Chinese in origin and are made of plastic. They don’t seem/feel overly cheap, but not a super-premium feel either, but for $35, I’m not complaining. The most important thing is, these things work, they push cool air all around you neck and makes you feel cooler on where it matters.

I decided on this one over some of the others because of the 4000ma battery vs ~1500 for others I’ve found. The extra battery makes it a bit heavier, but when wearing around the neck, the weight is negligible. This one is a rigid product, its not flexible like some of the other ones you can find on Amazon.

In terms of noise, its almost inaudible at the lowest level, at the highest, its not too bad, but noticable. I wouldn’t try to have a meeting with these things on max settings. I’m going to buy one for each member of my family. Highly recommended.

The fan was a gift for my wife, she has hot flashes and uses this to control them. It works great for her. She charges at night and uses throughout the day. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have a soft cover, as the hard plastic can irritate the neck if worn all day. Otherwise – great product – highly recommend!
