My main reason for buying this was the battery life which seems to be as advertised. The sleep and exercise monitoring, reporting and recording have me doing a lot more of each. I just hope the numbers are as accurate and sugnificant as there are presented.

The oxygen sensor is hit and miss and is only “spot” so useless for sleep apnea. Use a comfortable Wellue ring pulse oximeter. Trusleep seems buggy on GT2e and staging is not transparent. Really, really extensive fitness activities. Heart rate seems good. Music controls hit and miss and don’t play nice with Sony noise cancelling headphones. Mapping seems good. Does not automatically recognize all fitness. See my talks on Youtube under Rod Pantony. GT2e + Wellue ring pulse oximeter are powerful combo!

I’m an Android person so I wasn’t interested into an Apple Watch. I got this instead and it comes with more features than I needed. So far the battery had been great and the build quality is the same as my wife’s Apple Watch at less than half the cost.

Un reloj básico si utilizas sistema operativo ios, muy bonito el diseño, pero realmente si usas ios es un reloj básico, trabaja mejor la xiaomi band 4, no puedes cargar música, no puedes cargar nuevas esferas que no sean las que están instaladas de fábrica en el reloj, no puedes cambiar la música desde el reloj aunque estés escuchando alguna app de música, lo regresé, solo espero mi reembolso.

Su apariencia es muy buena, el sentido al tacto es suave, es elegante, es bastante preciso cuando lo ajustas bien. Para poder utilizarlo, en principio no tengo un cel de la misma marca, por lo que tuve que bajar tres aplicaciones para poder utilizarlo de manera completa, una vez que lo enciendes se actualiza y ya puedes lo sincronizadas con el cel; no…no hay manual específico para este modelo, puedes ver uno de un modelo de pulsera. La batería dura once días con uso normal y 15 días si lo mantienes en No molestar. La carga de tarda como hora y media (desde 15% a 100%). Tiene muchas esferas para que lo configures a la que más te agrade, incluso tiene una dónde puedes personalizar con 5 imágenes de tu colección personal de fotos. Tiene una lista muy larga de los deportes que prácticas, solo que no tiene balón cesto. Hasta ahora no hay queja y me sigue gustando.

I use the watch’s GPS for daily walks, and reviewing fitness activities using my phone and Bluetooth. The watch vibrates when a cell phone call comes in, which is helpful. I am expecting the low-profile buttons will survive while cross-country skiing, and previously I’ve had regular watch crowns pulled out by the winter mitts. My only critique, but it applies to every watch, is that the strap is a bit short for my big wrist – but it fits.

If you decide get this watch , DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE , if you do ,you’ll loose some functions EX: battery spam live decrease about 15 to 20% / Auto sport activity no longer works. iPhone users, to get different watch faces you will need to have an android phone handy. Create a HUAWEI account and download missing watch faces. When complete ,make sure you disconnect from the android phone .Cheers

Watch display glass is too fragile, it got cracked very easily. ( Less than 60 days of usage)
Do not recommend while heavy lifting or CrossFit activities.

I just received the device today, watch is little heavier (bcaz of ss) and looks premium.
Straps are too soft and good for daily use.
But the only crap is the Huawei health app! Latest version will not allow you to do many of the stuffs. It gets crashes and says need the latest version of Huawei mobile service app and won’t let the app load.
And for now i have downloaded older version 10.0.3.*** which does not have many of the new features!
Update:
To fix the issue ‘Please install Huawei Mobile Service version 4 or higher”
After installing huawei mobile service, go to settings – account and settings – add account – select Huawei ID – register/sign up that will fix the issue!
After a month usage:
A good looking watch on hand! Definitely can feel a Premium build.
Battery lasts for 7-8 days on regular use with daily logging work out stats
Sleep tracking is good pretty accurate
Spo2 supports with new update that’s really a plus at this process range
can only reject the call using this watch, prefer to add option to accept when connected with Bluetooth.
No double tap to wake option that’s a downside as sometime watch won’t wake up while lifted.
Music control, stress monitor, 100+ watch faces are again a plus
Go for it… better then Fitbit! Trust me I was Fitbit user for almost 3+ years!

Have been wearing the watch for 4 days, only taking it off to shower. The size is good, although on a smaller wrist it can be a little uncomfortable, not the fault of the watch, just an observation.
The watch was easy to pair with my Huawei P30, however it is not very intuitive to use. I had a Pebble previously, in my opinion the Pebble was a smarter watch, minus the health and fitness features. On the Pebble when you received an email you could preview it on your watch, the GT2 only pops up a notification. I use Signal for text messages, not supported at all, no notifications. On the Pebble the text would be displayed and you could do a quick reply with ‘canned’ answers. I’ve also noticed that since the GT2 was connected, my phone does not seem to get emails until I unlock the phone. Prior to connecting the watch, messages would appear on my phone without my intervention. (Just sent myself an email, received on my desktop and tablet, not on my phone or watch.)
Watch faces and other customizations are very limited, unless you are registered in Mainland China. Features such as automatic stress testing is not available unless your account is registered from China.
Battery life is great. It took about an hour for the initial charge on Monday, it’s Friday and I have 63% battery remaining.
Total score would be a 5 if app support was better and all features could be used.

I feel so far this is the best watch which is built on this price range. I’ll share my experience below.
1. Had to download HMS core app from a third party app site since huawei health was having some issue connecting without Huawei mobile service’s and one in playstore doesn’t match with the requirement.
2. Setup was quite easy, straight forward. Just after setup user will get a 140mb system update which brings us new features, which was good and I expect huawei to continue to do so.
3. Screen is very bright and vivid in colors and watch itself looks very elegant.
4. So many downloadable watch faces will make the watch less boring after a time period.
5. Sleep tracking and other workout related features are yet to be tested since I got it just today.
6. User can only reject the call using this watch ,since there is no mic or speaker u can’t accept calls. Notifications are very prompt and strong in response.
7. Touch sensitivity is also upto the mark.
Satisfied with this purchase. I hope this review will help you choose the product.
