Parts were missing or broken and when I inquired to have Replacements I was told there was none whatsoever so I had to make the choice to either keep the item as is or disassemble the item for return. I was not overly impressed that there was no replacement parts for the item.

I have been using it since more than a month now and I find it all right though not that good.
I am glad I ignored the negative reviews regarding the assembly of the cart that I read before buying. I had no issues with the assembly. Every part was properly labelled, the manual couldn’t have been more detailed and precise and the holes on the parts were properly positioned. Though it took me 3-4 hours from start to finish. The product looks as good as it is pictured though I really wish it wasn’t so flimsy as a finished product. Whenever I open the door of my Microwave, entire cart shakes. Other than that I had two issues:
A part was missing when I opened the shipment. I had wait for 5 business days until the missing part arrived. I was really annoyed about that but the customer support was reachable and placed the order for missing part withing a minute of calling.
Another issue is the Chocolate colored finish on the body. It is not paint or plywood, its a paper-like material. I ripped off the alphabet label from one of the doors surface and the chocolate color paper came off. Now that 1 inch space is visible like an eyesore even from 6 feet away. Luckily they had stuck the labels on the non-surface area of other parts otherwise I would’ve returned the item. I really wished that they would mention this detail in the product description so customers wont be fooled into high expectations.

It is great for the price. We purchased it for a room in our basement. It is great for the price. We did not install the wheels because it is obviously not made well enough to move around. Looks good for what it is, a cheap microwave cart. Perfect for the basement next to our basement refrigerator.

Instructions were great and it was very easy to put together.

Had to remove the wheels and sit it directly on the floor. Its not sturdy. Said it only comes in black (which is what I wanted) I get chocolate brown. Over priced for what you get. Better off to order from Walmart

It looks really good and it is very practical. Dimensions are differen gor each coulour, but the one I ordered has the same high as my counter which was really hard to find. Anyway one star less is for lower quality. The drawer is very weak and not sure if it can hold dor long ( not very important part to me)

Well over priced for the lack of quality. Badly scratched in many places (looks like someone took steel wool to it in places, chunks of the coating are missing while it was still in styrofoam in the box, it is not just a couple of small scratches), missing pieces (4 plugs), and color is blotchy which dyes hands when touching these spots. Would return it but now it is built. I have a sheet of plastic over it to help prevent any further color from dying against my wall.

For the price it is fairly good quality. I cannot complain. Took me about 2 hours to put it all together. The directions are not confusing its pretty straight forward. Just a ton a pieces and pre assembly. Everything went together perfectly. Only downfalls after its put together its not all that sturdy when you move it. Like it will stay together but when you wiggle it left to right you can fee that its loose and not all that tight. (Yes i tightened the screwes and pieces as much as i could. Just how it is. Second issue is all the other screws were flush except for the ones out the outside so when you put the covers on them it looks ridiculous. But for the price its perfect and it will do.

Not sure why there were so many terrible reviews. It really isnt that bad. (Fyi this is a 25 year old female who put this together. So if i could do it so can you)

Assembly took me, by myself, at least 2 hours from opening the box to the last screw in place bit it did take me half and hour to get everthing out of the box. Directions recomend 2 people and I agree it would be easier and quicker. The styrofoam in the box is MESSY (pic) so I would recommend a vaccum at the ready. The pieces are nicely labeled and the directions are decent but I did have to look to past directions a couple times to understand some of them. The handles for the drawer and cabinet are cheat plastic and two of mine stripped during installation so I will be replacing those. Everything seemed to line up well with the predrilled holes except the drawer (pic) it hits the bottom and it needs to be lifted a bit to close all the way, yes I double checked to make sure I didnt put the face on upside down. One of the wheels broke (pic) after I filled the shelf and tried to move it. After taking the wheels back off the shelf seems even sturdier but I wouldnt risk moving without completing emptying it.

First at least 5 five panels had scratches on them. This would be easy to fix if some paper was put between the panels instead of letting them rub together.
    Some Good points:
    1. All parts were included in box.
    2. All holes were in correct place
    3. Instructions are good.
    4. Parts are bagged and lettered very well.
    Now some hints:
    1. take time to inventory all parts, put a tarp or blanket out where you will be working. Put panels out in order of number, this will save you much time.
    2. Read the direction carefully, take your time! The 70 minute assemble is unrealistic.
I have put many of these types of peices together over the years It took about 5 hours to complete.
    3. Mine is glued together, this takes a lot more time. It also makes a peice that will last and support whatever
you want. right now it has a microwave and Foodi oven ( Wife loves it ) plus Two instapots below ( Wife also loves
    those also )
I first did a dry fit and to make sure everything fit right, then took it apart and glued it.
I did find some holes that were not drilled, these were on the drawer slides. Now the directions show 3 screws on slides on two outside panels, only two holes are drilled. The drawer botton none of the holes are drilled. I sugguest drilling small pilot holes before installing screws.
I did use a impact drill to install the hardware. I also hand tighten the last turns.
Do this often! Use a tape measure check distances. Make sure drawer is square! ( go corner to corner measurement
should be the same) Check for square Before putting on back!
Update 10/18/20 The cart is holding the extra weight fine.
It has been several months now and the drawer still works fine.
The extra time to glue the sides and back were worth the trouble.
Use all the nails enclosed, I used a few extra brads on the back.

Looks: Very nice looking unit. Im lucky that this unit matches my flooring and cabinets very well.

Size: Good. My microwave barely fits but I did premeasure my microwave before buying it so I was aware of this. Its an older microwave so it’s a bit long.

Sturdiness: without the wheels, its sturdier. I dont see the point of wheels unless youre planning to move it around a lot

Ease of assembly: very easy to put together

Happy with my purchase overall, I would recommend it.
