Solo tiene una limitante, la del mínimo de hervir, lo cual para nosotros no es ningún problema en la familia pues es mínimo una buena taza de café. La usamos para hervir de todo y para limpiarla del sarro que se forma solo se tiene que agregar cualquier tipo de vinagre (yo uso de manzana) junto a una taza de agua, se deja hervir y lo dejas reposar. En tan solo 15 minutos verás como el sarro se quita y la enjuagas. Listo.
Es muy fácil de limpiar y segura.

Es fácil de usar, es muy bonito su diseño y su funcionalidad es increible. Generalmente calentaba el agua en la estufa y me pasaba que cuando menos veia ya se habia evaporado la mitad, ahora ademas de ahorrar gas tengo la tranquilidad de que una vez que calienta se apaga automaticamente y no corre ningun riesgo. Simplemente excelente producto, justo lo que estaba buscando

I thought that the first item I ordered leaked from the base. After first use, I noticed water accumulating between the kettle and the electric base. Lifted the kettle off the base and water began trickling from the holes at the bottom of the kettle (where water shouldn’t be…). I returned it and tried my luck with a second one. Same problem! Then realized that when you fill it, if you get water on the outside of the glass, it will pool in the kettle base, as it’s not sealed from the top. Once you then plug it in to the electric base, boil and then lift it up, you’ll find water between the kettle and electrical base – leading you to believe it had leaked! I stack it up to a poor design and you just have to be careful when filling it to not get water on the outside of the glass.
Besides this nuisance, it boils water very rapidly, it’s easy to clean, and the blue LED looks great!
Took one star off my rating for a poor design regarding the water that accumulates in the base under the glass of the kettle unit.

Edit: The lid on mine became increasingly difficult to close a few months after my purchase. One day I forgot to check if I had closed it and I hadn’t. It melted down and smelled like burned aluminum.
It’s an excellent kettle and just the right size for me (for personal use) and it boils my water super quickly. It takes about 1-2 minutes to boil a liter of water (way faster than using a stove). I’m super impressed with the build quality and how sturdy it feels.
I also really like the fact that it’s mostly glass, allowing me to easily see the water level and the bubbles as it boils.

Excelente relación entre calidad y precio, están práctica cómo conectar ponerle agua y prenderla, me puedo ir al baño, lavar los dientes, a hacer lo que sea porque sé que se va a apagar solita. Además es muy rápida y la luz azul se ve bonita no es exagerado.
El único detalle que es mínimo es que por ser de acero la base se puede llenar de manchas de agua dura pero no es importante ni feo.
ACTUALIZACIÓN: Pasaron 10 meses y dejó de prender, ni un pin*** año duró.

Defective product. Filled water to maximum line; after a few minutes of boiling the water, it started leaking from the bottom of the kettle (all over the base and my counter). Video shows water leaking as I hold it up over my sink.

Started to form a little rust spot in bottom in first 2 weeks…..so started to make sure it was dry after each use….. which is a pain….but just make sure to drain all water right after boiling and let heat from kettle element dry the interior. Also leave lid open so all moisture can evaporate out. Auto opening lid would be nice, has to be manually lifted and clicked to stay up. Other than that for the price it’s an ok kettle.

This is a great size, I like the blue lights, and the water heats up quickly.
I really like that there’s no little tube on the side to tell you how much water is in it. I clean my kettles with vinegar and I know that everything gets boiled, but I still have never liked the nooks and crannies in tea kettles where I imagine that bacteria can fester. That was what appealed to me about a glass kettle. I can see everything and I can easily reach my hand inside to scrub out the calcium/lime buildup.
The lid props open with a click and also clicks closed (which was a functionality problem with my last Hamilton Beach stainless kettle).
Other reviewers mentioned black plastic shavings in the water at first falling off the lid, and the same happened to me, but I’ve had the kettle for 3 months now and that only happened a little bit initially.
Overall I’m very happy with this product. I’ve been an avid tea drinker for about 15 years, and this has been my favourite kettle. Perfect size, works well, and it lights up 🙂 If you’re using something several times a day, it should be a joy to use!

Ok folks. Like you, I read the reviews of this product, both positive and negative and am always skeptical. However, some of the negative reviews I was scratching my head. One person commented on the film at the bottom of the pot after use. That’s not the pot. That’s your water. A simple mixture of dish detergent and vinegar cleans it right up. Another person complained about burning their hand opening the top. Why would you open the top after the water has boiled? You simply pour the water into you cup or tea pot. You should only open the top to put water in the pot. Another person complained of the plastic burning smell. That’s a concern but not the case for me. So, with that in mind, here is my honest review. First, this is the second one I’ve had. I got one as a gift a few years ago and loved it! Then about 2 months ago, I knocked it off the counter and as glass does, it broke. I decided I didn’t need the larger pot, as I had, and instead opted for this 4 cup one. Like the larger one, I love it! Unlike a traditional kettle that sits on top of your stove, this automaticly shuts off after the water boils. I don’t have to wait and watch the pot boil because we all know a watched pot doesn’t boil. 🙂 It is effecient, quick, and does the job. This one is little so if you need more water than 4 cups, buy the larger one.

The kettle looks nice, very clean and sleek design, making it one of the best priced glass kettle from a known brand.
The capacity is pretty good, and it seems like there’s a bit more usable capacity on top of the max line. The water does boil quite vigorously and it’s really fast. It measures at 1440W, so the 1000W in listing detail is incorrect.
I really glass kettles as they boil quieter and looks nice and are probably safer from toxins in plastic.
I don’t like that there’s still a little of plastic that water comes in contact with at the spout. It is not as quiet as other glass kettles, and water runs down the sidewall from the spout if I try to pour really fast. But for the price, it’s great!

After roughly 3 months of ownership, this kettle has shown to be, at best, a cheap knock-off. The clip inside the lid hinge broke after only a few days, so the lid will not stay open when you fill it. And now my son is reporting that the kettle won’t shut off at the boil point – it just keeps going until there’s nothing left. I guess we’ll be buying a different brand name.

Tengo 6 meses usando el producto. La razón de esta compra fue para ahorrar gas en el proceso de hervir agua, ya que en una estufa toma casi los 5 min y en esta tetera eléctrica es aproximadamente de 2 min. La función de apagado automático funciona bien y se realiza justo cuando termina de hervir el agua. Es sumamente importante asegurarse que la tapa esta bien puesta, ya que de no ser no se apagara y seguirá hirviendo, (lo anterior también te lo explican en el manual de uso). Hasta el momento no ha creado sarro en el fondo, pero tiene mucho que ver el tipo de agua que se hierva, yo usualmente pongo ya purificada, creo que formaría más sarro si se utilizara sobre todo un agua alcalina. Es fácil de lavar, y el fondo lo suelo tallar con una fibra de las que son para lavar los trastes solo cuando ya tiene sarro formad y es sumamente importante solo hervir agua, ya que de lo contrario no hacen valido las garantía.
