This is my first madeleine pan and I chose this model for its good reviews and price range. When the pan arrived however, it had two small dents along one long side of the pan. Possibly damaged during delivery. Wrote to Seller about this but there hasn’t been any respond so far (3 days now). I just wanted to point out that the item should’ve been packed with better protection but instead It came wrapped only with a flimsy plastic bag and soft-padded envelope.
Since dents were at the side, it does not affect the shape of the madeleines. So I decided to go ahead to use the pan anyway. I’m quite pleased with the outcome. Madeleines browned and shaped nicely from the shell molding. They also slid out easily due to its non-stick feature. Pan is lightweight but seems durable. Easy cleaning since nothing was stuck post baking.
Less one star due to poor packaging.

This Madeleine pan is great, I bought one some time ago but because I bake a lot, one was not enough for me, so now I bought another one because this pan is very good, it doesn’t stick, doesn’t burn, easy to clean.
I recommend this product to my friends as well

Made my first batch of Madeleine recently with this pan, and they turned out excellent. They can away from the pan easily after following the directions included with the pan. Very satisfied with my purchase. So glad I can make my favourite French treat!

I got it on sale…. my only thing…. they could have EASILY added an extra row. Then it would be about the size of a cupcake tray. I came back to buy another one but it has gone back up regular price. Which is just kind of annoying

Me encantó y no se pegan para nada el tipo de masa que use fue de avena y a veces puede pegarse más que la harina normal sin embargo para nada se pegaron y quedaron perfectas las madalenas, no necesitas engrasar ni usar tanta mantequilla

I almost purchased the turquoise silicone Madeleine pan, but I’m glad I went with this one based on the reviews. It was a bit bigger than expected, so keep that in mind if you have apartment-sized appliances. It is easy to wash and doesn’t scratch (I wash by hand), and the Madeleines pop right out without any force! Granted, I did brush the pan with melted butter and dusted it with flour before piping, but overall, very very happy with this product and happy I purchased it 🙂
