New, Current Energizer CR2 Batteries have “Typical Capacity: 800 mAh (to 2.0 volts)” according to their website.
.
These were manufactured in 2017 (UPC 039800022974 – e2 Photo EL1CR2 – camera battery – CR2 – Li x 2 – Size: 750 mAh). 50mAh lower. 2 Years of shelf life is also missing.

Needed these for Door and Window sensors, and tracking them down was such a fiasco, I just popped onto Amazon, and lo and behold, there was power.

Both of these batteries have died already. We purchased them for the breathing monitor we use for our newborn. We put the first battery in when we received them in late September and tested the monitor. All appeared to be working. We turned the monitor off didn’t use again until our daughter was born on 10/12. When we went to turn the monitor on when she was two weeks old, it was dead. We figured it was a dud battery (this happens) and put the second battery in. We have used the monitor every night for three weeks and last night, it wouldn’t turn on. The original battery that came with the monitor lasted six months with our son, so there is no reason these should have died so quickly.

Bought these for my golf rangefinder. Played 9 holes, used the rangefinder (less than 2 hours, used the rangefinder about 10 times) – went out the next day to play another 9 holes and 2 holes in the battery was dead.
These batteries should last minimum one or two years in a rangefinder.

These are knock offs and Not energizer batteries. I received like 8 packages and I want to send them back but YOU CANT RETURN. This is a scam and Amazon should rectify. I will endlessly call Amazon until I get a return or I burn through $8.42 of their call center time. Yes, I am that petty

Nothing much to review. I have good experience to Energizer batteries in the past, that is why I bought Energizer.
My star ratings below on battery life and longevity are based on my previous experience with Energizer AA size alkaline batteries.

Went to buy this battery for my rangefinder at CT. It was $25!! Found this on amazon for less than half the price. Arrived in a couple days. Might be an older model battery as it looks slightly different than the battery I replaced. Works perfect so far though.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I bought these for my Vortex Viper red dot sight. The first battery was completely dead. The second battery turned on with a faint red dot which disappeared to nothing in less than a minute. For. Reference the previous batteries lasted more than 2 years with frequent use. I ordered a 2 pack of Duracell replacements and they work great. So there wasn’t any issue with my equipment, they simply sent me dead batteries and they aren’t worth mailing back. For added information the date stamp on the package said best if used by 2028. So it wasn’t even an out of date issue, they are simply a defective product.

Absolute duds. Both batteries lasted one week on my timer. Don’t waste your money.

They are batteries. Not much else to say. Definitely cheaper than buying at a store.

I paid $28 for one of these batteries at Walmart so getting two for 1/2 that price was fantastic.
